Glycosyltransferases, enzymes that catalyze glycosidic bond formation, are one of the most important but least well-characterized protein families found in nature. A new label-free, high-throughput glycan arraybased strategy enables rapid profiling of tens of thousands of potential glycosyltransferase reactions.
