[Seasonal fluctuations of the indicators of cellular and humoral immunity in persons with prenosological and nosological manifestations of chronic bronchitis]. / Sezonnye kolebaniia pokazatelei kletochnogo i gumoral'nogo immuniteta u liudei s donozologicheskimi i nozologicheskimi proiavleniiami khronicheskogo bronkhita.

A study was made of the tissue and humoral immunity in 276 persons with prenosological and nosological signs of chronic bronchitis among the indigenous population as well as in newcomers living under the conditions of ultracontinental climate. Seasonal fluctuations of indices of the cellular and humoral immunity were more noticeable in the former than in the latter. Persons with prenosological signs of bronchitis were characterized by less pronounced tension of the cellular immunity in autumn than healthy people whereas considerable inhibition of the cellular immunity and change in the rhythm of its seasonal fluctuations were noted in patients with chronic bronchitis.

[Experience with a clinical parasitological examination in a clonorchiasis focus in the Amur River region]. / Opyt kliniko-parazitologicheskogo obsledovaniia v Priamurskom ochage klonorkhoza.

The clinical manifestations of clonorchiasis were studied in 190 patients in the Amur River region. The severity of the disease correlated with the excretion rates of Clonorchis eggs. The peculiarity of the region is a rather low egg excretion; 66.8% of patients excreted as many as 100 eggs/g, 27.3%, up to 1000 eggs/g. Most examinees (94.3%) suffered from chronic gastroduodenitis and functional disorders of the biliary system.
