RESUMO

Oxidase-mimicking nanozymes with specificity for catalyzing oxidation of aromatic amines are of great significance for recognition of aromatic amines but rarely reported. Herein, Cu-A nanozyme (synthesized with Cu2+ as a node and adenine as a linker) could specifically catalyze oxidation of o-phenylenediamine (OPD) in Britton-Robinson buffer solution. Such a specific catalytic performance was also corroborated with other aromatic amines, such as p-phenylenediamine (PPD), 1,5-naphthalene diamine (1,5-NDA), 1,8-naphthalene diamine (1,8-NDA), and 2-aminoanthracene (2-AA). Moreover, the presence of salts (1 mM NaNO2, NaHCO3, NH4Cl, KCl, NaCl, NaBr, and NaI) greatly mediated the catalytic activity with the order of NaNO2 < blank ≈ NaHCO3 < NH4Cl ≈ KCl ≈ NaCl < NaBr < NaI, which was due to anions sequentially increasing interfacial Cu+ content via anionic redox reaction, while the effect of cations was negligible. With the increased Cu+ content, Km decreased and Vmax increased, indicating valence-engineered catalytic activity. Based on high specificity and satisfactory activity, a colorimetric sensor array with NaCl, NaBr, and NaI as sensing channels was constructed to identify five representative aromatic amines (OPD, PPD, 1,5-NDA, 1,8-NDA, and 2-AA) as low as 50 µM, quantitatively analyze single aromatic amine (with OPD and PPD as model analysts), and even identify 20 unknown samples with an accuracy of 100%. In addition, the performance was further validated through accurately recognizing various concentration ratios of binary, ternary, quaternary, and quinary mixtures. Finally, the practical applications were demonstrated by successfully discriminating five aromatic amines in tap, river, sewage, and sea water, providing a simple and feasible assay for large-scale scanning aromatic amine levels in environmental water samples.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVES: To observe the differences in the effects of different dosages of grain-sized moxibustion on uterine artery blood flow in patients with cold and dampness primary dysmenorrhea (PD). METHODS: A total of 60 patients with PD were randomly divided into 3 groups with 20 cases in each group. Acupoints Sanyinjiao (SP6), Diji (SP8) and Xuehai (SP10) were selected in all the 3 groups, and different dosages of grain-sized moxibustion were used (3 moxa cones, 6 moxa cones, 9 moxa cones) respectively. Treatment started 7 days before menstruation for 3 times, lasting for a total of 3 menstrual cycles. The values of uterine artery blood flow parameters including pulsatility index (PI), resistance index (RI), and systolic/diastolic ratio (S/D) were recorded before and after treatment. The visual analog scale (VAS) score and cox menstrual symptom scale (CMSS) score (including severity [CMSS-S] and time of duration [CMSS-T]) were evaluated before treatment, at the end of each menstrual cycle, and one menstrual cycle after treatment. RESULTS: The values of uterine artery blood flow parameters (PI, RI, S/D) after treatment in the 9 moxa cones group were lower than those before treatment, as well as lower than those in the 3 and 6 moxa cones groups after treatment (P<0.05). The VAS scores of the 3 moxa cones group were lower than those before treatment in the first and second cycle (P<0.05). The VAS scores of the 6 and 9 moxa cones groups were lower than those before treatment at each observation point (P<0.05), and were lower than those of the 3 moxa cones group in the third cycle of treatment and follow-up period (P<0.05). And the VAS score of the 9 moxa cones group was lower than that of the 6 moxa cones group during the follow-up period (P<0.05). Compared with the scores before treatment, the CMSS-T scores at each observation point after treatment were lower in the 9 moxa cones group (P<0.05);the CMSS-T scores in the second and third cycle after treatment, and follow-up period were lower in the 6 moxa cones group (P<0.05), with the CMSS-S scores in the second and third cycle after treatment, and follow-up period lower in the 6 and 9 moxa cones groups (P<0.05). The CMSS-T and CMSS-S scores of the 6 and 9 moxa cones groups were lower than those of the 3 moxa cones group in the third cycle and follow-up period (P<0.05). The CMSS-T and CMSS-S scores of the 9 moxa cones group were lower than those of the 6 moxa cones group during the follow-up period (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Grain-Sized moxibustion has dose-effect relationship in the treatment of PD. Compared with 3 and 6 moxa cones groups, 9 moxa cones group has advantages in improving uterine artery blood flow parameters and alleviating dysmenorrhea symptoms in PD patients.

RESUMO

Objective: Dysmenorrhea is a common clinical condition and some studies shown that the skin temperature of some acupoints changes in primary dysmenorrhea (PD) patients. This study aimed to evaluate the changes in skin temperature at specific acupoints in PD patients and healthy subjects. Methods: The literature for assessing skin temperature at acupoints in PD patients and healthy subjects was searched in eight databases. The literatures obtained from the search was independently screened by two authors, and the quality of the included articles was evaluated using the consensus checklist of the Thermographic Imaging in Sports and Exercise Medicine (TISEM) and the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS) scale. The skin temperature of the relevant acupoints or the difference between the left and right acupoints of the same name was used as the outcome during any period of menstruation. Finally, the meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4.1 software to evaluate the changes in skin temperature in the related acupoints. Results: Seven eligible studies were included, which included 328 patients with PD and 279 healthy subjects. The results of the meta-analysis revealed a significant difference in skin temperature around the Sanyinjiao (SP6)(MD: 0.04, 95% CI: 0.00, 0.08), Xuehai (SP 10)(MD: -0.07, 95% CI:-0.11, -0.02) and Taixi (KI 3)(MD: 0.06, 95% CI:0.01, 0.11) acupoints between PD and healthy subjects. PD patients also showed a difference in skin temperature at the Taixi (KI 3)(MD: 0.14, 95% CI:0.04, 0.24), Shuiquan (KI 5)(MD: 0.11, 95% CI: 0.03,0.19), Taichong (LR 3)(MD: -0.10, 95% CI: -0.19,-0.01), Diji (SP 8)(MD: -0.09, 95% CI: -0.16, -0.01), and Xuehai (SP 10)(MD: -0.14, 95% CI: -0.23, -0.06) acupoint areas at different times of menstruation compared to that of healthy subjects, as revealed by the subgroup analysis. Conclusion: Primary dysmenorrhea patients showed some differences in the skin temperature of the special acupoints are as Sanyinjiao (SP6), Diji (SP 8), Xuehai (SP 10), Shuiquan (KI 5), Taichong (LR 3), and Taixi (KI 3) compared with healthy subjects. RESUMO

Rockburst physical model test, as one of the important means to study deep tunnel engineering, reflects the main influencing factors of rockburst into the model test through similar theory, so as to reveal the formation mechanism, influencing factors and evolution law of different types of rockburst in deep tunnels. In order to study the mechanical properties of white sandstone in deeply buried tunnels at high ground temperatures, materials suitable for conducting rockburst physical and mechanical tests were developed on the basis of the Daqian Shi Ling tunnel project, and similar material ratios were preferentially selected on the basis of white sandstone. Judged by the rock burst propensity, similar materials with low strength and high brittle characteristics, can better simulate the characteristics of white sandstone, and all show a strong propensity to rock burst, is the ideal rock burst similar materials. Uniaxial compressive tests were conducted on similar materials and the original rock at different temperatures, and comparative analysis was performed. Through the study of stress, displacement and modulus of elasticity, it was concluded that the compressive strength of similar materials gradually increased with temperature in the range of 20-100°C, and the vertical displacement at peak strength decreased with increasing temperature. The damage forms of white sandstone and similar materials at different temperatures were comparatively analyzed, and it was obtained that the damage forms of white sandstone and similar materials were basically the same, with a few specimens showing tensile and shear damage, and most specimens showing the form of combined tensile and shear damage. The study of rock burst similar materials and the development of the failure characteristics of rock burst under the action of thermal coupling are of great significance to the mechanism of rock burst generation and prediction.
