RESUMO

The study covered influence of Melaxene on human brain functional state. Complex dynamic (12-hour) neurophysiologic study revealed that single dose of Melaxene (3 mg) influences brain functional state--reliably increases cross-correlation parameters of global spatial synchronization of cortex biopotentials in various ranges of EEG rhythms. Analysis of functional asymmetry of spatial synchronization of cortex biopotentials in various brain areas proved that Melaxene acitvates important cross-correlation links in spatial synchronization of cortex biopotentials in left and right brain hemispheres, with dominated activity of left hemisphere.

RESUMO

Some theoretical aspects of the rehabilitation problem and its interaction with the problem of professional health of pilot have been discussed in this paper. The authors have proposed methodologic approaches to the essence of medical and professional rehabilitation; classification of the main directions and types of rehabilitation, the principles of its application in flying practice as well as the question about economic advisability have been studied. As the main lines of medical rehabilitation there suggests the nosologic, psychologic and physiologic, professional (singly) rehabilitation with consideration of the labile and base components of professional health of pilot. As the base principle of rehabilitation there advances an etiopathogenic approach to the use of different means and methods of rehabilitation treatment and correction of a changed functional state. General requirements upon provision of multilevel, differential, individual, accessible and adequate rehabilitation are formulated. The method to calculate the economic effect of rehabilitation measures at the expense of savings in costs of pilot personnel by increasing the flight longevity and decreasing the number of flights necessary for maintaining the given level of combat effectiveness is proposed. The classifier of the main directions and types of rehabilitation is presented.

RESUMO

Coronary circulation was examined in pilots of transport aircraft during 14 flights by Doppler cardiography (with respect to changes in the integrated level of the reflected signal in systole). At certain flight stages the coronary circulation efficiency varied substantially. It is concluded that coronary circulation should be monitored during pilot training and aircraft testing in order to standardize flight loads.

RESUMO

Changes in cardiac output and systolic time intervals of pilots inflight were examined by the Doppler ultrasound method. The changes were related to the degree of complexity of different flight stages. It is recommended that the above parameters be monitored during flight training in order to standardize professional loads.
