Total synthesis of hydroxy-α- and hydroxy-ß-sanshool using Suzuki-Miyaura coupling.

Here, we describe the first total synthesis of hydroxyl-α- and hydroxyl-ß-sanshool, which involves Suzuki-Miyaura coupling (SMC).
