RESUMO

Continuous exposure to airborne pesticides causes their gradual accumulation in the human body, eventually posing a threat to human health. To the best of our knowledge, risk assessment study of pesticide non-occupational exposure to residents in agricultural areas has not been conducted in China. In this study, air samples (gas and dust) were collected from inside and outside residences of seven households and an area near the field in a grain-growing area (wheat and maize rotation) for eight months, and the pesticides present were examined both qualitatively and quantitatively. Using a 95% confidence interval, 9 out of 16 pesticides were detected, namely acetamiprid, acetochlor, atrazine, flucarbazone-sodium, imidacloprid, methyldisulfuron-methyl, nicosulfuron-methyl, pendimethalin, and beta-cyhalothrin, and their safety was subsequently evaluated. The results showed that the inhalation exposure of households to beta-cyhalothrin exceeded the acceptable range in the first residential, and the excess lifetime cancer risk of acetochlor inhalation exposure in six households and area around the field exceeds 1E-6, which highlights the need to strengthen preventive screening for cancer risk.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVES: To optimize the oxygen therapy regimens for infants with pulmonary diseases during bronchoscopy. METHODS: A prospective randomized, controlled, and single-center clinical trial was conducted on 42 infants who underwent electronic bronchoscopy from July 2019 to July 2021. These infants were divided into a nasal cannula (NC) group and a modified T-piece resuscitator (TPR) group using a random number table. The lowest intraoperative blood oxygen saturation was recorded as the primary outcome, and intraoperative heart rate and respiratory results were recorded as the secondary outcomes. RESULTS: Compared with the NC group, the modified TPR group had a significantly higher level of minimum oxygen saturation during surgery and a significantly lower incidence rate of hypoxemia (P<0.05). In the modified TPR group, there were 6 infants with mild hypoxemia, 2 with moderate hypoxemia, and 1 with severe hypoxemia, while in the NC group, there were 3 infants with mild hypoxemia, 5 with moderate hypoxemia, and 9 with severe hypoxemia (P<0.05). The modified TPR group had a significantly lower incidence rate of intraoperative respiratory rhythm abnormalities than the NC group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of arrhythmias between the two groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Modified TPR can significantly reduce the risk of hypoxemia in infants with pulmonary diseases during electronic bronchoscopy, and TPR significantly decreases the severity of hypoxemia and the incidence of respiratory rhythm abnormalities compared with traditional NC.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: We analyzed the clinical characteristics of children with plastic bronchitis (PB) caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) and explored its risk factors. METHODS: We prospectively analyzed clinical data of children with MP pneumonia (MPP) treated with fiberoptic bronchoscopy (FB). Patients were classified into a PB and non-PB group. General information, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests, results of computed tomography scan, and FB findings were compared between groups. We conducted statistical analysis of risk factors for developing PB. RESULTS: Of 1169 children who had MPP and were treated with FB, 133 and 1036 were in the PB and non-PB groups, respectively. There were no significant differences in sex, age, and incident season between groups (P > 0.05). The number of children in the PB group decreased during the COVID-19 pandemic. Compared with children in the non-PB group, those in the PB group had longer duration of hospitalization, increased levels of neutrophil (N), C-reactive protein (CRP), procalcitonin (PCT), D-dimer, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), alanine transaminase (ALT) and aspartate transaminase (AST); lower levels of lymphocyte (L) and platelet (PLT); and higher incidence of lack of appetite, decreased breath sounds, single lobar infiltrate, pleural effusion, pericardial effusion, mucosal erosion and/or necrosis, and bronchial embolization. L levels and pleural effusion were identified as risk factors in multivariate logistic regression. CONCLUSIONS: Children with PB caused by MPP had a strong and local inflammatory response. L levels and pleural effusion were independent risk factors of PB with MPP in children. Our findings will help clinicians identify potential PB in pediatric patients for early and effective intervention.

RESUMO

Sodium dehydroacetate (DHA-S) is a food additive and preservative. The present study was conducted to investigate the potential toxicity of repeated oral doses of DHA-S. DHA-S was administered orally by gavage to Wistar rats at doses of 0, 50, 100, or 200 mg/kg BW/day for 28 days, after which growth indicators, clinical pathology, organ weights, and histopathology were determined. Body weight and food consumption were significantly reduced at doses of 100 or 200 mg/kg BW, and some hematological indexes and organ weight were significantly affected, particularly in female rats. At a dose of 200 mg/kg BW, the blood coagulation activities were significantly reduced in female rats. At a dose of 100 or 200 mg/kg BW, the main blood biochemical parameters of both sexes were obviously affected. Similar histological changes in the hepatic and renal tissues were observed in both the treated (200 mg/kg BW DHA-S) and control animals. Female rats were more susceptible to most of the toxic effects caused by DHA-S, which further indicating a gender difference in the toxic phenotype profile of rats. Based on these results, the no observed adverse effect level (NOAEL) of DHA-S was determined to be 50 mg/kg BW/day in rats.

RESUMO

MATERIALS: Patients with alcoholic acute pancreatitis in our hospital were recruited from Jan 2019 to July 2022 and divided into IAAP and RAAP groups. All patients underwent Contrast-Enhanced Computerized Tomography (CECT) or Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) after administration. Imaging manifestations, local complications, severity scores on the Modified CT/MR Severity Index (MCTSI/MMRSI), Extrapancreatic Inflammation on CT/MR (EPIC/M), clinical severity [Bedside Index for Severity in Acute Pancreatitis (BISAP) Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation (APACHE-II)], and clinical prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results: 166 patients were recruited for this study, including 134 IAAP (male sex 94%) and 32 RAAP patients (male sex 100%). On CECT or MRI, IAAP patients were more likely to develop ascites and Acute Necrosis collection (ANC) than RAAP patients (ascites:87.3%vs56.2%; P = .01; ANC:38%vs18.7%; P < .05). MCTSI/MMRSI and EPIC/M scores were higher in IAAP than in RAAP patients(MCTSI/MMRSI:6.2vs5.2; P < .05; EPIC/M:5.4vs3.8; P < .05).Clinical severity scores (APACHE-II and BISAP), length of stay, and systemic complications [Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (SIRS), respiratory failure] were higher in the IAAP group than in the RAAP group (P < .05). No mortality outcomes were reported in either group while hospitalized. Conclusions: Patients with IAAP had more severe disease than those with RAAP. These results may be helpful for differentiating care paths for IAAP and RAAP, which are essential for management and timely treatment in clinical practice.

RESUMO

Link prediction aims to identify unknown or missing connections in a network. The methods based on network structure similarity, known for their simplicity and effectiveness, have garnered widespread attention. A core metric in these methods is "proximity", which measures the similarity or linking probability between two nodes. These methods generally operate under the assumption that node pairs with higher proximity are more likely to form new connections. However, the accuracy of existing node proximity-based link prediction algorithms requires improvement. To address this, this paper introduces a Link Prediction Algorithm Based on Weighted Local and Global Closeness (LGC). This algorithm integrates the clustering coefficient to enhance prediction accuracy. A significant advantage of LGC is its dual consideration of a network's local and global features, allowing for a more precise assessment of node similarity. In experiments conducted on ten real-world datasets, the proposed LGC algorithm outperformed eight traditional link prediction methods, showing notable improvements in key evaluation metrics, namely precision and AUC.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: China has experienced a continuous decreasing trend in the incidence of hepatitis A in recent years. Temporal trend analyses are helpful in exploring the reasons for the changing trend. Thus, this study aims to analyse the incidence trend of viral hepatitis A by region and age group in mainland China from 2004 to 2017 to evaluate the effectiveness of prevention and control measures. METHODS: Data on hepatitis A and population information were collected and analysed with a joinpoint regression model. Annual percentage changes (APCs) and average annual percentage changes (AAPCs) were estimated for the whole country and for each region and age group. RESULTS: From 2004 to 2017, the seasonality and periodicity of hepatitis A case numbers were obvious before 2008 but gradually diminished from 2008 to 2011 and disappeared from 2012-2017. The national incidence of hepatitis A (AAPC = - 12.1%) and the incidence rates for regions and age groups showed decreasing trends, with differences in the joinpoints and segments. Regarding regions, the hepatitis A incidence in the western region was always the highest among all regions, while a nonsignificant rebound was observed in the northeastern region from 2011 to 2017 (APC = 14.2%). Regarding age groups, the hepatitis A incidence showed the fastest decrease among children (AAPC = - 15.3%) and the slowest decrease among elderly individuals (AAPC = - 6.6%). Among all segments, the hepatitis A incidence among children had the largest APC value in 2007-2017, at - 20.4%. CONCLUSION: The national annual incidence of hepatitis A continually declined from 2004 to 2017 and the gaps in hepatitis A incidence rates across different regions and age groups were greatly narrowed. Comprehensive hepatitis A prevention and control strategies, including the use of routine vaccination during childhood in mainland China, especially the implementation of the national Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) in 2008, resulted in substantial progress from 2004 to 2017. However, gaps remain. Regular monitoring and analysis of hepatitis A epidemic data and prompt adjustment of hepatitis A prevention and control strategies focusing on children, elderly individuals and those living in certain regions are recommended.

RESUMO

BACKGROUNDS: Liver hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most malignant tumors, of which prognosis is unsatisfactory in most cases and metastatic of HCC often results in poor prognosis. In this study, we aimed to construct a metastasis- related mRNAs prognostic model to increase the accuracy of prediction of HCC prognosis. METHODS: Three hundred seventy-four HCC samples and 50 normal samples were downloaded from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database, involving transcriptomic and clinical data. Metastatic-related genes were acquired from HCMBD website at the same time. Two hundred thirty-three samples were randomly divided into train dataset and test dataset with a proportion of 1:1 by using caret package in R. Kaplan-Meier method and univariate Cox regression analysis and lasso regression analysis were performed to obtain metastasis-related mRNAs which played significant roles in prognosis. Then, using multivariate Cox regression analysis, a prognostic prediction model was established. Transcriptome and clinical data were combined to construct a prognostic model and a nomogram for OS evaluation. Functional enrichment in high- and low-risk groups were also analyzed by GSEA. An entire set based on The International Cancer Genome Consortium(ICGC) database was also applied to verify the model. The expression levels of SLC2A1, CDCA8, ATG10 and HOXD9 are higher in tumor samples and lower in normal tissue samples. The expression of TPM1 in clinical sample tissues is just the opposite. RESULTS: One thousand eight hundred ninety-five metastasis-related mRNAs were screened and 6 mRNAs were associated with prognosis. The overall survival (OS)-related prognostic model based on 5 MRGs (TPM1,SLC2A1, CDCA8, ATG10 and HOXD9) was significantly stratified HCC patients into high- and low-risk groups. The AUC values of the 5-gene prognostic signature at 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years were 0.786,0.786 and 0.777. A risk score based on the signature was a significantly independent prognostic factor (HR = 1.434; 95%CI = 1.275-1.612; P < 0.001) for HCC patients. A nomogram which incorporated the 5-gene signature and clinical features was also built for prognostic prediction. GSEA results that low- and high-risk group had an obviously difference in part of pathways. The value of this model was validated in test dataset and ICGC database. CONCLUSION: Metastasis-related mRNAs prognostic model was verified that it had a predictable value on the prognosis of HCC, which could be helpful for gene targeted therapy.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Due to high nuclease activity and complex contents in urine, urinary cell-free DNA (ucfDNA) was prone to degrade. So, we developed standardized urine collection tube (UCT) to prevent ucfDNA degradation and simultaneously maintain urinary cells in their original form during the sample collection process, ensuring stabilization of the original proportion and integrity of ucfDNA. METHODS: Urine samples were collected from bladder cancer patients and divided into 10-mL normal tubes and 10-mL UCTs, respectively, and kept at ambient temperature. Urine supernatant was separated by centrifuging, and ucfDNA was extracted. Then ucfDNA was quantified by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. UcfDNA fragments distribution was analyzed by Agilent 2200, and the frequency of specific mutations of urinary system disease was detected by next-generation sequencing method. RESULTS: Urine collected into UCTs showed no statistically significant changes in their original proportion and integrity of ucfDNA up to 7 days at ambient temperature and also ucfDNA fragments were maintained well. Conversely, urine collected into normal tubes was observed an obviously decline in their original proportion of ucfDNA and ucfDNA fragments changed greatly. The △% of allele fraction (AF) for specific genes of ucfDNA from UCTs was lower than from normal tubes by 3.7-fold. CONCLUSION: Using UCTs, they can maximally keep the original proportion and integrity of ucfDNA and stabilize urinary cells and minimize the background noise caused by urinary cellular DNA releasing, it will be help to open the door of next-generation noninvasive liquid biopsy applications utilizing urine.

RESUMO

Based on the "cluster effect" and the structure characters of acetylcholinesterase (AChE; EC 3.1.1.7), a new series of 1,2,4-triazolin-3-one and phthalimide heterodimers were designed, synthesized, and evaluated as potent dual acetylcholinesterase inhibitors (AChEIs). Most of the synthesized compounds showed good in vitro inhibitory activities towards both Drosophila melanogaster acetylcholinesterase (DmAChE) and Musca domestica acetylcholinesterase (MdAChE). Among them, 5g was found to be the most potent anti-AChE derivate (5g, IC50 = 8.07 µM to DmAChE, IC50 = 32.24 µM to MdAChE). It was 2.31- and 1.35-fold more active than the positive control ethion (CP, IC50 = 18.62 µM to DmAChE, IC50 = 43.56 µM to MdAChE). The docking model study revealed that 5g possessed the fitted spatial structure and bound to the central pocket and peripheral site of DmAChE. Moreover, most compounds demonstrated high insecticidal activity to Lipaphis erysimi and Tetranychus cinnabarinus at the concentration of 300 mg/L.

RESUMO

The coffee bean weevil (CBW), Araecerus fasciculatus (De Geer, 1775), is a cosmopolitan stored-product pest, especially in tropical and subtropical areas. Previous reports showed evidence for aggregation behavior of CBW and this study aimed to identify and evaluate the aggregation pheromone of this pest. Whole-body solvent extractions were analyzed by coupled gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and comparison of male and female extracts showed a male-specific compound which was identified as squalene, 2,6,10,15,19,23-hexamethyl-2,6,10,14,18,22-tetracosahexaene. This compound was shown to attract male and female CBW in Y-tube olfactometer and storage trap assays. The longevity of septum lures was also evaluated in a warehouse. Squalene could be useful in monitoring and controlling this pest.

RESUMO

The coffee bean weevil (CBW), Araecerus fasciculatus (De Geer, 1775) (Coleoptera: Anthribidae) is an important pest of stored products such as grains, coffee beans, cassava, and traditional Chinese medicine materials. In China, CBW causes large losses of Daqu, a traditional Chinese liquor fermentation starter, and, unfortunately, the use of conventional insecticides against CBW is not suitable in Daqu storage. We found CBW to be highly attracted to fermenting yeast cultures, such as Kluyveromyces lactis. Eight volatile compounds, produced by fermenting cultures and not by sterile samples, were identified by gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry. Five of these substances elicited significant responses in Y-tube behavioral bioassays. Field trapping experiments revealed 2-phenylethanol and 2-phenylethyl acetate to be crucial for attraction of CBW. Results show that yeast volatiles play an important role in host location, and that 2-phenylethanol and 2-phenylethyl acetate could be utilized as potential attractants in monitoring and control systems against this important pest.

RESUMO

A series of novel phthalimide derivatives related to benzylpiperazine were synthesized and evaluated as cholinesterase inhibitors. The results showed that all compounds were able to inhibit acetylcholinesterase (AChE), with two of them dramatically inhibiting butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE). Most compounds exhibited potent anti-AChE activity in the range of nM concentrations. In particular, compounds 7aIII and 10a showed the most potent activity with the IC50 values of 18.44 nM and 13.58 nM, respectively. To understand the excellent activity of these compounds, the structure-activity relationship was further examined. The protein-ligand docking study demonstrated that the target compounds have special binding modes and these results are in agreement with the kinetic study.

RESUMO

Dysferlin has recently been reported to participate in cell membrane repair in muscle and other cells through lysosome fusion. Given that lysosome fusion is a crucial mechanism that leads to membrane raft clustering, the present study attempted to determine whether dysferlin is involved in this process and its related signalling, and explores the mechanism underlying dysferlin-mediated lysosome fusion in bovine coronary arterial endothelial cells (CAECs). We found that dysferlin is clustered in membrane raft macrodomains after Fas Ligand (FasL) stimulation as detected by confocal microscopy and membrane fraction flotation. Small-interfering RNA targeted to dysferlin prevented membrane raft clustering. Furthermore, the translocation of acid sphingomyelinase (ASMase) to membrane raft clusters, whereby local ASMase activation and ceramide production--an important step that mediates membrane raft clustering--was attenuated. Functionally, silencing of the dysferlin gene reversed FasL-induced impairment of endothelium-dependent vasodilation in isolated small coronary arteries. By monitoring fluorescence quenching or dequenching, silencing of the dysferlin gene was found to almost completely block lysosome fusion to plasma membrane upon FasL stimulation. Further studies to block C2A binding and silencing of AHNAK (a dysferlin C2A domain binding partner), showed that the dysferlin C2A domain is required for FasL-induced lysosome fusion to the cell membrane, ASMase translocation and membrane raft clustering. We conclude that dysferlin determines lysosome fusion to the plasma membrane through its C2A domain and it is therefore implicated in membrane-raft-mediated signaling and regulation of endothelial function in coronary circulation.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Sex pheromones have proven to be a viable tool for monitoring and controlling pests and is an important part of integrated pest management (IPM). The noctuid moth Macdunnoughia crassisigna Warren poses a significant threat as a defoliator pest, impacting soybean and cruciferous vegetable production and quality in East Asia. However, a lack of comprehensive knowledge about its sexual chemical signaling hampers the development of semiochemical-based IPM approaches for M. crassisigna. RESULTS: We first determined the mating rhythms of M. crassisigna. We then collected pheromones from the sex glands of virgin females at the mating peak and analyzed their components using gas chromatography-electroantennogram detection analysis. The results showed that three components elicited significant electrophysiological responses in male antennae. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis characterized these components as (Z)-7-dodecene acetate (Z7-12:OAc), (Z)-9-tetradecene acetate (Z9-14:OAc), and (Z)-11-hexadecen-1-ol (Z11-16:OH). Further field experiments indicated that the mixture of Z7-12:OAc and Z9-14:OAc at a ratio of 3:1 displayed significant attractivity to males, confirming its role as a putative sex pheromone of M. crassisigna. Long-term monitoring tests showed that traps baited with these pheromone lures effectively mirrored the population dynamics of M. crassisigna. CONCLUSION: This study successfully identified and validated the sex pheromone released by female M. crassisigna and formulated potent sex lures for field-based pest monitoring. These findings enriched our understanding of chemical communication in Noctuidae and laid a foundation for developing practical monitoring and control methods against M. crassisigna. © 2023 Society of Chemical Industry.

RESUMO

Quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) is a widely applied technique for accurately assessing the expression of target genes. In practice, the evaluation of gene expression requires appropriate reference genes. To screen reliable reference genes for evaluating gene expression via qRT-PCR in Mythimna loreyi, a notorious migratory pest across Asia, Africa, Europe, and Australia, we assessed the expression stability of 13 candidate reference genes in M. loreyi using the ΔCt method, BestKeeper, Normfinder, GeNorm, and the web-based comprehensive platform RefFinder. These reference genes include RPL10, RPL27, RPL32, RPS3, TATA-box, GAPDH, AK, Actin, EF, α-tubulin, SOD, 18S rRNA, and FTZ-F1, which is frequently employed in Lepidoptera insects. Our findings revealed that the performance of the candidate reference gene depended on experimental conditions. Specifically, RPL27 and RPL10 were the most suitable for evaluating expression changes across developmental stages, tissues, and adult ages. The optimal reference genes were recommended in specific experiment conditions, for instance, EF and RPS3 were recommended for mating status, AK and RPL10 were recommended for temperature treatments, RPL27 and FTZ-F1 were recommended for larva diet, and EF and RPL27 were recommended for adult diet treatments. Additionally, expression profiles of pheromone-binding protein 2 (MlorPBP2) and glutathione S-transferase (MlorGST1) were used to validate the reference genes. This study provides reference genes for the accurate normalization of qRT-PCR data, laying the groundwork for studying the expression of target genes in M. loreyi.

RESUMO

Hypochlorous acid (HClO) as a kind of reactive oxygen species (ROS) plays a vital role in many biological processes. Organic fluorescence probes have attracted great interests for the detection of HClO, due to their relatively high selectivity and sensitivity, satisfactory spatiotemporal resolution and good biocompatibility. Constructing fluorescence probes to detect HClO with advantages of large Stokes shift, wide emission gap, near infrared emission and good water solubility is still challenging. In this work, a new ratiometric fluorescence probe (named HCY) for HClO was developed. FRET-based HCY was constructed by bonding a coumarin and a flavone fluorophore. In absence of HClO, HCY exists FRET process, however, FRET is inhibited in the presence of HClO because the conjugated double bond broke. Due to the good match of the emission spectrum of the donor and the absorption spectrum of the acceptor, the FRET system appears favorable energy transfer efficiency. HCY showed high sensitivity and rapid response time. The linearity between the ratios of fluorescence intensity and concentration of HClO was established with a low limit of detection. What's more, HCY was also applied for fluorescence images of HClO in RAW264.7 cells.

BACKGROUND: The modified pancreatitis activity scoring system (mPASS) was proposed to assess the activity of acute pancreatitis (AP) while it doesn't include indicators that directly reflect pathophysiology processes and imaging characteristics. OBJECTIVES: To determine the threshold of admission mPASS and investigate radiomics and laboratory parameters to construct a model to predict the activity of AP. METHODS: AP inpatients at institution 1 were randomly divided into training and validation groups based on a 5:5 ratio. AP inpatients at Institution 2 were served as test group. The cutoff value of admission mPASS scores in predicting severe AP was selected to divide patients into high and low level of disease activity group. LASSO was used in screening features. Multivariable logistic regression was used to develop radiomics model. Meaningful laboratory parameters were used to construct combined model. RESULTS: There were 234 (48 years ± 10, 155 men) and 101 (48 years ± 11, 69 men) patients in two institutions. The threshold of admission mPASS score was 112.5 in severe AP prediction. The AUC of the radiomics model was 0.79, 0.72, and 0.76 and that of the combined model incorporating rad-score and white blood cell were 0.84, 0.77, and 0.80 in three groups for activity prediction. The AUC of the combined model in predicting disease without remission was 0.74. CONCLUSIONS: The threshold of admission mPASS was 112.5 in predicting severe AP. The model based on CECT radiomics has the ability to predict AP activity. Its ability to predict disease without remission is comparable to mPASS. CRITICAL RELEVANCE STATEMENT: This work is the first attempt to assess the activity of acute pancreatitis using contrast-enhanced CT radiomics and laboratory parameters. The model provides a new method to predict the activity and prognosis of AP, which could contribute to further management. KEY POINTS: Radiomics features and laboratory parameters are associated with the activity of acute pancreatitis. The combined model provides a new method to predict the activity and prognosis of AP. The ability of the combined model is comparable to the modified Pancreatitis Activity Scoring System.

RESUMO

The cluster effect is an effective strategy to explore new lead compounds, and has been successfully applied in rational drug design and screening. A series of novel organophosphorous-homodimers were designed and synthesized based on the dual-site structure characteristics of acetylcholinesterase (AChE). The compounds were evaluated in vitro for their inhibitory activity to AChE extracted from Drosophila melanogaster and Musca domestic. Compound 4H showed an excellent inhibitor activity to both Drosophila melanogaster and Musca domestic with the corresponding IC(50) values of 23 and 168 nM, respectively. Meanwhile, its activities against Drosophila melanogaster and Musca domestic AChE were more than 10,00,000 and 100,000-fold higher compared with the parent compound (MH), and was up to 245 and 107-fold higher than those of the positive control omethoate. The molecular docking study revealed that 4H possessed an optimal spacer length and can perfectly fit into the central pocket, active gorge, and peripheral site of DmAChE, and consequently exhibited highly improved inhibitor potency to DmAChE. The bioassay tests showed that 4 series compounds showed prominent insecticidal activities against both Lipaphser erysimi and Tetranychus cinnbarinus at a concentration of 200mg/L. The insecticide activity of compound 4H was particularly significant that can cause 96% mortality to Tetranychus cinnbarinus after 24h of treatment.
