RESUMO

Trigger probes are widely used in precision manufacturing industries such as coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and high-end computer numerical control(CNC) machine tools for quality control. Their performance and accuracy often determine the measurement results and the quality of the product manufacturing. However, because there is no accurate measurement of the trigger force in different directions of the probe, and no special measuring device to calibrate the characteristic parameters of the probe in traditional measurement methods, it is impossible to exactly compensate for the measurement error caused by the trigger force of the probe in the measurement process. The accuracy of the measurement of the equipment can be improved by abiding by the Abbé principle. Thus, in order to better evaluate the performance parameters of the probe and realize the accurate compensation for its errors, this paper presents a method which can directly measure the performance parameters of the trigger probe based on the Abbé measurement principle, expounds the measurement principle, the establishment of the mathematical model, and the calibration system, and finishes with an experimental verification and measurement uncertainty analysis. The experimental results show that this method can obtain the exact calibration errors of the performance parameters of the trigger probe intuitively, realize the compensation for the errors of the probe in the measurement process, and effectively improve the measurement accuracy.

RESUMO

Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) are considered as promising candidate organic electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) because of their relatively high capacity, ordered nanopores, and limited solubility in electrolyte. However, the practical capacity of COF materials is mainly affected by their low electronic/ionic conductivity and the deep-buried active sites inside the COFs. Here, we synthesize an iodine doped ß-ketoenamine-linked COF (2,6-diaminoanthraquinone and 1,3,5-triformylphloroglucinol, denoted as COF-I) by a facile one-pot solvothermal reaction. The introduction of iodine can make the COF more lithiophilic inside and exhibit high intrinsic ion/electron transport, ensuring more accessible active sites of the COFs. Consequently, when used as the cathode of LIBs, COF-I demonstrates a high initial discharge capacity of 140 mA h g-1 at 0.2 A g-1, and excellent cycling stability with 92% capacity retention after 1000 cycles. Furthermore, a reversible capacity of 95 mA h g-1 at 1.0 A g-1 is also achieved after 300 cycles. Our study provides a facile way to develop high-performance COF electrode materials for LIB applications.

RESUMO

Research on multinational inter-organizational relationships has demonstrated that the capabilities of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) can be developed via partnerships, but at present, we lack studies that relate the development of such capabilities to the management of business governance structure. This study provides a new perspective on internationalized SME marketing strategies in the global context. Using a dynamic capability view of firms, the study develops hierarchical regression models linking global dynamic capabilities and governance structure. This study empirically verifies the research framework from 206 internationalized SME Taiwanese firms. The results confirm previous studies that indicate positive correlations between market orientation, learning orientation, and global dynamic capabilities. The results also indicate that the development of global dynamic capabilities impacts the choice of governance structure in firms. Our study suggests that internationalized SMEs strategically manage their autonomy and strategic options by choosing combinations of different relationship types while they decide to develop global marketing capabilities and global design capability, or both. The study also found that market orientation and learning orientation act as enabling mechanisms for building global dynamic capabilities.

RESUMO

As one of the key parts of rotary machine, the fault diagnosis and running condition monitoring of rolling bearings are of great importance for normal working and safe production of rotary machine. However, the traditional diagnosis approaches merely count on artificial feature extraction and domain expertise. Meanwhile, the existing convolutional neural networks (CNNs) have the problem of low fault recognition rates. This paper proposes a novel convolutional neural network with one-dimensional structure (ODCNN) for the automatical fault diagnosis of rolling bearings, which adopts six sets of convolutional and max-pooling layers to extract signal features and applies a flattening convolutional layer followed by two fully-connected layers for feature classification. The architectures of one-dimensional LeNet-5, AlexNet, and the proposed ODCNN are illustrated in detail, followed by the obtaining of training and testing samples, which is pre-processed by overlapping the vibration signals of rolling bearings. Finally, the classification experiment is carried out. The experimental results show that the ODCNN has higher fault diagnosis rates and can achieve high accuracy with load variant. Additionally, the extracted features of three CNNs are visualized, which illustrate that the new CNN has a better classification capacity.

RESUMO

This study was conducted from the strategic marketing perspective to test the impact of brand relationship types on brand loyalty. We also test three path effects of brand love and brand trust. Data were collected from three metropolitan customers who use tablet PCs. We obtained 383 valid samples, giving a valid response rate of 89%. Data analysis was performed with SmartPLS2.0 and SPSS 23.0 to test the proposed model. The results indicate that an expressive brand relationship significantly predicts brand trust and brand loyalty. In turn, brand trust has a positive influence on brand love, while brand awareness and brand love influence attitudinal and behavioral loyalty. Expressive brand relationship has two indirect mediating affects via brand trust and brand love, which influence brand loyalty. Finally, we suggest managerial implications and directions for future research.
