[Clinico-radiologic diagnosis of Meckel's diverticulum. Three cases]. / Diagnóstico clínico-radiológico del divertículo de Meckel. A propósito de tres casos.

Three patients in whom a radiological diagnosis of Meckel's diverticulum was made, are presented. The clinical features and the different diagnostic methods employed for diagnosis are discussed in the light of the radiological findings and a review of the literature.

[Annular carcinoma of the colon. Differential diagnosis with spasms or colonic sphincters]. / Carcinoma anular del colon. Diagnóstico diferencial con espamos o "esfínteres" colónicos.

A case is presented of annular carcinoma of the colon, which appeared with radiological features of regularity of the spasms or pseudosphincters of the colon. A review is made of the radiological differential criteria of both entities.

We present the clinicoradiologic study of 6 cases of duodenal diverticulum. We review the embryological theories of its formation, the form of clinical presentation, endoscopy and radiology. Its eventual differential diagnosis and possible therapy are discussed. An exhaustive review is made of the literature.
