RESUMO

Biological nutrient removal processes involving the use of activated sludge (AS) to treat municipal wastewater normally result in high aeration energy consumption and significant greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Therefore, developing cost-efficient and environmentally friendly processes for wastewater treatment is vital. In this work, a novel non-aerated microalgal-bacterial membrane photobioreactor (MB-MPBR) was proposed, and its feasibility for organic contaminant and nutrient removals was evaluated, for the first time. The effects of inoculation ratio (microalgae to bacteria (M/B)) on the biological performance and membrane fouling were systematically investigated. The results showed that 95.9% of the chemical oxygen demand (COD), 74.5% of total nitrogen (TN), 98.5% of NH4+-N and 42.0% of total phosphorus (TP) were removed at an inoculation M/B ratio of 3:2 at steady state, representing a significant improvement compared to the M/B inoculation ratio of 1:3. Additionally, the higher inoculation M/B ratio (3:2) significantly promoted the biomass production owing to the favorable mutual exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide between microalgae and bacteria. Cake layer formation was the primary fouling mechanism owing to the absence of aeration scouring on the membrane surface. The membrane fouling rate was slightly higher at the higher inoculation ratio (M/B = 3:2) owing to the increased biomass and extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) productions, despite the larger particle size. These results demonstrated that the non-aerated MB-MPBR could achieve superior biological performance, of which the inoculation M/B ratio was of critical importance for the initiation and maintenance of microalgal-bacterial symbiotic system, yet possibly caused severer membrane fouling in the absence of external aeration and carbonation. This study provides a new perspective for further optimizing and applying non-aerated MB-MPBR to enhance municipal wastewater treatment.

RESUMO

Spleen tyrosine kinase (SYK) is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase. The dysregulation of SYK is closely related to the occurrence and development of allergic diseases, autoimmune diseases and cancer. SYK has become an attractive target for drug discovery due to its important biological functions. This article reviews the biological function of SYK, the relationship between SYK and disease, and therapies targeting SYK. In addition, inspired by new technologies such as proteolysis targeting chimeras (PROTACs) and phosphatase recruiting chimeras (PHORCs), we propose the development of new therapeutic approaches for targeting SYK, such as SYK PROTACs and SYK PHORCs, which may overcome deficiencies of existing methods.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: Symptomatic hemorrhage contributes to an increased risk of repeated bleeding and morbidity in cerebral cavernous malformation (CCM). A better understanding of morbidity after CCM hemorrhage would be helpful to identify patients of higher risk for unfavorable outcome and tailor individualized management. METHODS: We identified 282 consecutive patients who referred to our institute from 2014 to 2018 for CCM with symptomatic hemorrhage and had an untreated follow-up period over 6 months after the first hemorrhage. The morbidity after hemorrhage was described in CCM of different features. Nomogram to predict morbidity was formulated based on the multivariable model of risk factors. The predictive accuracy and discriminative ability of nomogram were determined with concordance index (C-index) and calibration curve, and further validated in an independent CCM cohort of a prospective multicenter study from 2019 to 2020. RESULTS: The overall morbidity of CCM was 26.2% after a mean follow-up of 1.9 years (range 0.5-3.5 years) since the first hemorrhage. The morbidity during untreated follow-up was associated with hemorrhage ictus (adjusted odds ratio per ictus increase, 4.17 [95% CI, 1.86-9.33]), modified Rankin Scale score at initial hemorrhage (adjusted odds ratio per point increase, 2.57 [95% CI, 1.82-3.63]), brainstem location (adjusted odds ratio, 2.93 [95% CI, 1.28-6.68]), and associated developmental venous anomaly (adjusted odds ratio, 2.21 [95% CI, 1.01-4.83]). Subgroup analysis revealed similar findings in brainstem and non-brainstem CCM. Nomogram was contracted based on these features. The calibration curve showed good agreement between nomogram prediction and actual observation. The C-index of nomogram predicting morbidity was 0.83 (95% CI, 0.77-0.88). In validation cohort, the nomogram maintained the discriminative ability (C-index, 0.87 [95% CI, 0.78-0.96]). CONCLUSIONS: Multiple symptomatic hemorrhages, initial neurological function after hemorrhage, brainstem location, and associated developmental venous anomaly were associated with morbidity of CCM hemorrhage. The nomogram represented a practical approach to provide individualized risk assessment for CCM patients. Registration: URL: https://www.clinicaltrials.gov. Unique identifier: NCT04076449.

RESUMO

Background: Polyphyllin is a class of saponins extracted from Paris polyphylla rhizomes and has been used in clinical application in China for more than 2000 years. However, the mechanism for treating gastric cancer (GC) is still unclear. This study was designed to predict the targets and mechanisms of total Polyphyllin from Paris polyphylla rhizomes for the treatment of GC. Method: Firstly, PubChem and Swiss Target Prediction databases were utilized to collect the 12 ingredients of total Polyphyllin from Paris polyphylla rhizomes and their targets. GC-related genes were obtained from the GEO database. Then the intersecting targets to all these molecules that identified using Venny. Secondly, the intersecting targets were imported into STRING platform for protein-protein interaction (PPI) network. Moreover, Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment analyses were conducted in DAVID website. In addition, the GEPIA was applied to perform the expression levels, transcript levels, staging, and overall survival of hub genes. In addition, we used AutoDock Vina to evaluate binding affinity of molecular docking between key ingredients and anti-GC targets. In vitro cell experiments, we detected the cell viability of gastric cancer cells at 24, 36, and 48 h using CCK-8 assay. The G0/G1 of cell cycle and apoptosis were detected by flow cytometry. Finally, quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to detect the level of hub genes, and Western blot was used to detect the changes of PI3K/Akt signal pathway. Results: Firstly, we identified 12 ingredients and 286 targets of total Polyphyllin. A total of 2653 GC-related differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were collected, including 1366 up-regulated genes and 1287 down-regulated genes. Moreover, 45 targets were obtained after intersection. Secondly, results of the GO enrichment suggested that these genes were closely related to cell proliferation, migration and aging. KEGG analysis suggested that Polyphyllin in GC therapy were mostly regulated by multiple pathways, including the pathways in cancer, calcium signaling pathway, Rap1 signaling pathway, phospholipase D signaling pathway, etc. In addition, GEPIA results exhibited that PDGFRB, KIT, FGF1, GLI1, F2R, and HIF1A were associated with GC progression, stage, and survival. Besides, the molecular docking results further confirmed that the binding energy of Polyphyllin Ⅲ with HIF1A was minimal. In vitro cell experiments, Polyphyllin Ⅲ inhibited the cell viability of gastric cancer cells, blocked the cell cycle G0/G1 phase, and induced cell apoptosis. In addition, Polyphyllin Ⅲ down-regulated the mRNA levels of PDGFRB, KIT, FGF1, GLI1, F2R, and HIF1A, and regulated the PI3K/Akt signal pathway. Conclusions: The results revealed that total Polyphyllin treated GC through multiple targets, multiple channels, and multiple pathways. In addition, Polyphyllin Ⅲ played an anti-gastric cancer role by inhibiting the proliferation of gastric cancer.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Yigong San (YGS) is a representative prescription for the treatment of digestive disorders, which has been used in clinic for more than 1000 years. However, the mechanism of its anti-gastric cancer and regulate immunity are still remains unclear. AIM: To explore the mechanism of YGS anti-gastric cancer and immune regulation. METHODS: Firstly, collect the active ingredients and targets of YGS, and the differentially expressed genes of gastric cancer. Secondly, constructed a protein-protein interaction network between the targets of drugs and diseases, and screened hub genes. Then the clinical relevance, mutation and repair, tumor microenvironment and drug sensitivity of the hub gene were analyzed. Finally, molecular docking was used to verify the binding ability of YGS active ingredient and hub genes. RESULTS: Firstly, obtained 55 common targets of gastric cancer and YGS. The Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes screened the microtubule-associated protein kinase signaling axis as the key pathway and IL6, EGFR, MMP2, MMP9 and TGFB1 as the hub genes. The 5 hub genes were involved in gastric carcinogenesis, staging, typing and prognosis, and their mutations promote gastric cancer progression. Finally, molecular docking results confirmed that the components of YGS can effectively bind to therapeutic targets. CONCLUSION: YGS has the effect of anti-gastric cancer and immune regulation.

RESUMO

In this study, an aerobic denitrifying bacterium with quorum quenching activity, Acinetobacter sp. WZL728, was inoculated into the anoxic/oxic membrane bioreactor (A/O-MBR) to study its effects on A/O-MBR performance. The pollutant removal and membrane fouling between A/O-MBR with WZL728 (EMBR) and A/O-MBR without WZL728 (CMBR) were compared. WZL728 increased the total nitrogen removal efficiency from 75.05% in CMBR to 91.03% in EMBR and extended the filtration cycle from 5.44 days in CMBR to 9.57 days in EMBR, which indicated that WZL728 improved the pollutant removal performance and mitigated membrane fouling of A/O-MBR. The concentration of N-acyl-homoserine lactones in the biocake of EMBR (EMBRB) was 11.23% of that in the biocake of CMBR (CMBRB). The content of extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) in EMBRB was 69.00% of that in CMBRB. The abundance of bacteria associated with EPS secretion (Alpthaproteobacteria) decreased and the abundance of bacteria associated with EPS degradation (Clostridia) increased in EMBRB. Valine, alanine and uridine diphosphate-N-acetylgalactosamine associated with protein and polysaccharide synthesis were significantly lower in EMBRB than those in CMBRB, which revealed the reason for the decrease of protein and polysaccharide content of EPS within EMBRB. This study provides useful information for improving A/O-MBR performance by probiotics.

RESUMO

Objective: Global longitudinal strain (GLS) is a sensitive and reproducible predictive factor in patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD), although its correlation with exercise tolerance is unknown. We aimed to identify the correlation between global longitudinal strain (GLS) and cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPX) parameters and assess the prognostic implications and accuracy of GLS in predicting exercise intolerance in populations with ischemic heart disease (IHD) using CPET criteria. Methods: Prospectively, 108 patients with IHD underwent CPX and 2D speckle-tracking echocardiography. Correlation between GLS and multiple CPX variables was assessed using Spearman's correlation analysis and univariate regression analysis. A receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis was performed on GLS to detect exercise intolerance. Results: GLS was correlated with peak oxygen uptake (peak VO2; r = −0.438, p = 0.000), %PPeak VO2 (−0.369, p = 0.000), peak metabolic equivalents (METs@peak; r = −0.438, p < 0.01), and the minute ventilation−carbon dioxide production (VE/VCO2) slope (r = 0.257, p < 0.01). Weak-to-moderate correlations were also identified for the respiratory exchange rate at the anaerobic threshold (RER@AT), end-tidal carbon dioxide at the anaerobic threshold (PETCO2@AT), oxygen consumption at the anaerobic threshold (VO2@AT), carbon dioxide production at the anaerobic threshold (VCO2@AT), and metabolic equivalents at the anaerobic threshold (METs@AT; p < 0.01). On multivariate analysis, the results showed that age, the BMI, and GLS are independent predictors for reduced exercise capacity in patients with IHD (p < 0.01). The area under the ROC curve value of GLS for identifying patients with a peak VO2 of <14 mL/kg/min was 0.73 (p = 0.000). Conclusion: As a sensitive echocardiographic assessment of patients with ischemic heart disease, global longitudinal strain is an independent predictor of reduced exercise capacity and has a sensitivity of 74.2% and a specificity of 66.7% to detect exercise intolerance.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To study the distribution characteristics of adiponectin gene +45 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) in Chinese children, and to determine the role of adiponectin gene +45 polymorphisms in the pathogenesis of childhood obesity. METHODS: A total of 147 Chinese obese and 118 healthy children were randomly selected and enrolled to identify adiponectin gene SNP+45 polymorphism by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) assay. Plasma adiponectin levels were determined using ELISA. Waist circumference (WC), waist to hip ratio (WHR), percentage of body fat (%BF), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), serum triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), plasma fasting insulin (FINS), and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) were measured. RESULTS: The allelic frequency of adiponectin gene SNP+45 in children with obesity and healthy controls were 40.5% and 25.4%, respectively. There were significant differences in the distribution of genotypes and the allelic frequency between the two groups (P<0.05). The plasma adiponectin levels were significantly higher, in contrast, %BF, HOMA-IR, TC and LDL-C levels were significantly lower in obese children with TT genotype than those in obese children with TG or GG genotype. CONCLUSIONS: The adiponectin gene SNP+45 polymorphism may be associated with pathogenesis of obesity in children. T→G variance may be associated an increased risk of childhood obesity and result in a decreased level of adiponectin.

RESUMO

Objective: To explore the biochemical risk factors and imaging mechanisms of post fatigue after mild ischemic stroke among a Chinese population. Methods: Forty consecutive patients with mild ischemic stroke within onset of 14 ± 2 days were enrolled between March and June 2018. The clinical information, scale data, biomarkers in peripheral venous blood, and imaging data during hospitalization and follow-up period were collected. Results: Patient age (range 34-78) was positively correlated with the prevalence of fatigue (p = 0.009). Both blood norepinephrine and serotonin levels during hospitalization were negatively correlated to the prevalence of post-stroke fatigue (model 1 p = 0.009 and model 2 P = 0.043, respectively). Infarct of right cerebral hemisphere is positively correlated with the occurrence of fatigue after mild ischemic stroke (p = 0.020). Compared to non-fatigue patients, amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation (ALFF) was lower in several areas of brain in stroke patients with fatigue, including the right orbital inferior frontal, right inner orbital frontal, right frontal, right triangular frontal inferior, right anterior and lateral cingulate, and right medial frontal gyruses. Analysis of the difference in functional connectivity between the fatigue and non-fatigue groups found no cluster. Conclusions: Frontal lobe-related neural pathways may play an essential role in the regulation of fatigue after mild ischemic stroke. Abnormal neural circuits may reduce the levels of neurotransmitters such as serotonin and norepinephrine and lead to post-stroke fatigue.

RESUMO

In this study, the long-term effects of different salinities on the performance, sludge morphology and shifts in microbial communities were studied in a simultaneous anammox and denitrification (SAD) process at a C/N ratio of 0.5. Stable nitrogen removal efficiencies of 86.96 and 84.58% and nitrogen removal rates of 0.95 and 0.93 kg (m3 d)-1 could be achieved under low (25 mmol l-1) and moderate (50 mmol l-1) salinity, respectively. However, the performance collapsed when the system was exposed to high salinity (100 mmol l-1). The content of extracellular polymeric substances increased as salinity increased, which resulted in larger sizes of granular sludge under low and moderate salinities. Nevertheless, high salinity shock disintegrated granular sludge, thereby decreasing the average granule size. The Illumina-Miseq sequencing results revealed that Candidatus Jettenia was the sole salinity-tolerant AnAOB genus during the entire operation, whereas the main denitrification bacterial genera shifted from Denitrisoma under low salinity to Denitrisoma, Thauera and Ignavibacterium under high salinity. The results of this study provide a comprehensive and practical evaluation of the SAD process for organic nitrogen-rich saline wastewater treatment.

RESUMO

Ventricular septum defects (VSDs) are common types of congenital heart diseases caused by developmental defect; they contribute to 25%-30% of all adult congenital heart diseases. The peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPAR-γ) is widely expressed in mammalian tissues and in the immune system, regulating cell differentiation and immune and inflammatory responses. The PPAR-γ gene has recently been found crucial for heart development, but the mechanism of action is not clear. This study aims to investigate the effects of the PPAR-γ gene in the myocardium on the development of ventricular septation. In this study, we applied Cre-loxP recombination enzyme (CRE) technology to downregulate the expression of the PPAR-γ gene in different cardiac tissues, RT-PCR to examine the expression of the c-fos and TGF-ß1 genes, and histology staining to check the defect of embryonic heart at embryonic day 14.5 (E14.5). We found that the downregulation of the PPAR-γ gene resulted in a ventricular membranous septation defect of the embryonic heart at E14.5. Furthermore, only conversion of a Tnt:Cre, but not Mef2c:Cre, Tie2:Cre, or Wnt:Cre PPAR-γ floxed allele to a null allele resulted in VSD. PPAR-γTnt-Cre/+ embryos showed increases in atrioventricular (AV)-cushion cells and the expression of c-fos gene but no change in the expression of TGF-ß1 at E10.5. Our study demonstrates PPAR-γ in the myocardium is required for ventricular septation through regulation of AV-cushion cell proliferation by a Tnt/c-fos signal.

RESUMO

An up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) reactor was operated to investigate the performance, sludge granulation, and microbial community dynamics of the simultaneous anammox and denitrification (SAD) process at different C/N ratios by inducing a shift from the anammox process. The nitrogen removal efficiency (NRE) increased with an increase in the C/N ratio at lower C/N ratios (≤ 0.5). The NRE and nitrogen removal rate (NRR) were 90.81% and 1.75 kgN m-3d-1, respectively, at a C/N ratio of 0.5. The contribution of the anammox process to nitrogen removal (Eanammox) decreased sharply to 51% from 81% as a result of the decreased activity of the anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AnAOB) at a C/N ratio of 0.9. The EPS production and the ratio of the protein fraction of EPS (EPSp) to the carbohydrate fraction of EPS (EPSc) increased with the increase in the C/N ratio (0.0-0.9), which induced sludge aggregation and resulted in larger particle size. The enrichment of denitrifying bacteria (DNB) on the surface of the AnAOB due to EPS bridging further enhanced sludge granulation. The Illumina sequencing results showed that the dominant genus of AnAOB (Candidatus Jettenia) initially increased with an increase in the C/N ratio at lower levels and then decreased sharply at a C/N ratio of 0.9. The relative abundance of Candidatus Jettenia was promoted by decreasing the C/N ratio, which supported the recovery of the AnAOB activity. Denitratisoma, Bacillus, Acinetobacter, and Pseudomonas were responsible for denitrification throughout the entire operational period.

RESUMO

The surface functionalization of cellulose nanocrystals (CNCs) is of significant importance for promoting its diverse applications. However, the efficient strategy reported so far for cation functionalization of CNCs remains limited owing to the electrostatic attraction between cationic modifiers and electronegative CNCs. Herein, a cationized CNC (CNC-LA-IL) has been successfully prepared in aqueous media by grafting the [VBIm][BF4], a kind of ionic liquid (IL), on the surface of a sulfated CNC using lactic acid (LA) as a linker molecule. This surface functionalization not only converts the negative charge of CNC suspensions to a positive charge (zeta potential reversed from -35 to +40 mV) but also leads to enhanced thermal stability and redispersibility of the dried CNC. To examine the reinforcing effect of IL-modified CNCs, poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA)/CNC-LA-IL nanocomposite films were further prepared by the solution casting method. To one's surprise, the as-prepared PVA/CNC-LA-IL films exhibit extraordinary improvement in both the tensile strength (92%) and the toughness (166%) with only a 0.3 wt % CNC loading. This study provides a green and facile method to achieve ionic liquids grafted CNCs for high-performance nanocomposites.

RESUMO

In this study, a membrane bioreactor (MBR) was used to achieve both nitrogen and carbon removal by a simultaneous partial nitrification, anammox and denitrification (SNAD) process. During the entire experiment, the intermittent aeration (non-aerobic time : aeration time, min min-1) cycle was controlled by a time-controlled switch, and the aeration rate was controlled by a gas flowmeter, and the optimal operating parameters as determined by response surface methodology (RSM) were a C/N value of 1.16, a DO value of 0.84 mg l-1 and an aerobic time (T ae) of 15.75 min. Under these conditions, the SNAD process achieved efficient and stable nitrogen and carbon removal; the total inorganic nitrogen removal efficiency and chemical oxygen demand removal efficiency were 92.31% and 95.67%, respectively. With the formation of granular sludge, the membrane fouling rate decreased significantly from 35.0 Pa h-1 at SNAD start-up to 19.9 Pa h-1 during stable operation. Fluorescence in situ hybrid analyses confirmed the structural characteristics and the relative ratio of aerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacteria, anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacteria and denitrifying bacteria in the SNAD system.

RESUMO

Exploiting stretchable solar cells that can accommodate large strain and feature high cyclic mechanical endurance is challenging for wearable and skin-interfaced electronics application. In this work, we demonstrated such solar cells using the kirigami design. Experiments and mechanical simulations showed that the kirigami structure effectively imparted stretchability to perovskite solar cells (PSCs) through out-of-plane deformation, which significantly reduced the stress in devices. The kirigami-based PSCs with optimal geometric parameters exhibited high mechanical deformability, including stretchability (strain up to 200%), twistability (angle up to 450°), and bendability (radius down to 0.5 mm). More importantly, the kirigami PSCs revealed high mechanical endurance with almost unchanged performance even after 1000 repetitive stretching, twisting, and bending cycles. This kirigami design for stretchable PSCs presented here provides a promising strategy to achieve high deformability for solar cells as well as other optoelectronic devices.

RESUMO

Nitritation can be used as a pretreatment for anaerobic ammonia oxidation (anammox). Various control strategies for nitritation and half-nitritation of old landfill leachate in a membrane bioreactor were investigated in this study and the inhibition kinetics of substrate, product and old landfill leachate on nitritation were analyzed via batch tests. The results demonstrated that old landfill leachate nitritation in the membrane bioreactor can be achieved by adjusting the influent loading and dissolved oxygen (DO). From days 105-126 of the observation period, the average effluent concentration was 871.3 mg/L and the accumulation rate of [Formula: see text] was 97.2%. Half-nitritation was realized quickly by adjusting hydraulic retention time and DO. A low-DO control strategy appeared to best facilitate long-term and stable operation. Nitritation inhibition kinetic experiments showed that the inhibition of old landfill leachate was stronger than that of the substrate [Formula: see text] or product [Formula: see text] . The ammonia oxidation rate dropped by 22.2% when the concentration of old landfill leachate (calculated in chemical oxygen demand) was 1600.2 mg/L; further, when only free ammonia or free nitrous acid were used as a single inhibition factor, the ammonia oxidation rate dropped by 4.7-6.5% or 14.5-15.9%, respectively. Haldane, Aiba, and a revised inhibition kinetic model were adopted to separately fit the experimental data. The R2 correlation coefficient values for these three models were 0.982, 0.996, and 0.992, respectively.

RESUMO

Mechanical flexibility and advanced light management have gained great attentions in designing high performance, flexible thin film photovoltaics for the realization of building-integrated optoelectronic devices and portable energy sources. This study develops a soft thermal nanoimprint process for fabricating nanostructure decorated substrates integrated with amorphous silicon solar cells. Amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) solar cells have been constructed on nanoholes array textured polyimide (PI) substrates. It has been demonstrated that the nanostructures not only are beneficial to the mechanical flexibility improvement but also contribute to sunlight harvesting enhancement. The a-Si:H solar cells constructed on such nanopatterned substrates possess broadband-enhanced light absorption, high quantum efficiency and desirable power conversion efficiency (PCE) and still experience minimal PCE loss even bending around 180°. The PCE performance without antireflection coatings increases to 7.70% and it improves 40% compared with the planar devices. Although the advantages and feasibility of the schemes are demonstrated only in the application of a-Si:H solar cells, the ideas are able to extend to applications of other thin film photovoltaics and semiconductor devices.

RESUMO

If a vibration module is added on laser machining system, the quality of surface finish and aspect ratio on metals can be significantly enhanced. In this study, a single mobility model of vibrating laser along the path of laser beam was put forward. In order to realize the desired unidirectional motion, a resonance type vibration module with optical lens was designed and manufactured. This cylindrical module was composed of curved-beam flexure elements. The cylindrical coordinate system was established to describe the relationship of a curved-beam flexure element's motion and deformation. In addition, the stiffness matrix of the curved-beam element was obtained. Finite element method and dynamical modeling were provided to analyze the resonance frequency and the displacement of the motion. The feasibility of the design was demonstrated with the help of experiments on frequency response. Experimental results show good agreement with theoretical analysis and simulation predictions.
