RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Descemet membrane endothelial keratoplasty (DMEK) has become the dominant keratoplasty procedure. However, the impact of high intraocular pressure (IOP) on the DMEK prognosis in patients without preexisting glaucoma remains unknown. METHODS: Non-glaucoma patients who underwent DMEK in Peking University Third Hospital between July 2017 and March 2023 with a follow-up duration longer than six months were included in this cohort study. Eyes were divided into three groups: Group A) normal IOP; Group B) early IOP elevation (IOP ≥ 30 mmHg or increase of more than 10 mmHg from baseline within 3 days); Group C) intermediate-term IOP elevation (IOP > 21 mmHg or increase of more than 10 mmHg from baseline after 14 days postoperatively). The postoperative IOP, endothelial cell density (ECD), central corneal thickness (CCT), best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) and rate of graft failure were analysed. RESULTS: Forty-seven eyes from forty-seven patients were included. Thirty-seven eyes were bullous keratopathy, and ten were Fuchs endothelial corneal dystrophy. Twenty-five eyes were classified as Group A, six as Group B and sixteen as Group C. The mean peak IOP was 49.00 ± 4.99 mmHg in Group B eyes and 31.89 ± 11.75 mmHg in Group C eyes. The postoperative BCVA significantly differed from that before surgery (P < 0.001). The ECD at 3 months after surgery in eyes with intermediate-term IOP elevation was lower (P = 0.032). Four eyes with intermediate-term IOP elevation developed graft failure (P = 0.001). CONCLUSIONS: Intermediate-term IOP elevation after DMEK may reduce the graft ECD and lead to graft failure within six months after surgery. However, early IOP elevation had no effect on the prognosis. Careful IOP monitoring and intermediate-term IOP management should be conducted for graft protection.

RESUMO

With the explosion research on the gut microbiome in the recent years, much insight has been accumulated in comprehending the crosstalk between the gut microbiota community and host health. Acute pancreatitis (AP) is one of the gastrointestinal diseases associated with significant morbidity and subsequent mortality. Studies have elucidated that gut microbiota are engaged in the pathological process of AP. Herein, we summarize the major roles of the gut microbiome in the development of AP. We then portray the association between dysbiosis of the gut microbiota and the severity of AP. Finally, we illustrate the promises and challenges that arise when seeking to incorporate the microbiome in acute pancreatitis treatment.

RESUMO

Bullous pemphigoid (BP) is a severe autoimmune blistering disease affecting patients' quality of life. Gut microbiota (GM) dysbiosis have been investigated to be associated with multiple autoimmune diseases. However, the relationship between GM and BP onset and remission remains to be established by a systematic study. We conducted a study that enrolled 24 patients with BP onset (BP group), 24 patients under remission stage (BP-R group) and 24 healthy controls (HC group). We applied 16S rRNA sequencing on faecal samples and revealed a separation of the microbiota structure. At the family level, Lachnospiraceae, Prevotellaceae and Veillonellaceae were more abundant in the HC and BP-R groups, while Bacteroidaceae, Ruminococcaceae and Enterobacteriaceae were more abundant in the BP group. Bugbase analysis revealed the potentially pathogenic bacteria had an increasing trend in the BP group compared with the HC group and this variation vanished in the BP-R group. At the amplicon sequence variants (ASV) level, Bacteroides ovatus (ASV40) and Veillonella dispar (ASV140) significantly decreased, while Prevotella copri (ASV54) increased in the BP group compared to the HC and BP-R groups. The HC group and BP-R group shared similar abundance. Furthermore, by correlation analysis, we investigated key ASVs correlated with clinical parameters and found some discriminate biomarkers between the BP and BP-R groups. Our study established a dynamic GM profile in BP patients under different disease activity, providing a new direction to understand the role of GM in BP pathogenesis and therapeutic effects.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: The incidence of refractive surgery-related dry eye disease (DED) is rising due to the increasing popularity of corneal refractive surgery. The moisture chamber goggles (MCGs) have been shown to tear evaporation by increasing local humidity and minimizing airflow. The current study aims to evaluate the efficacy of moisture chamber goggles for refractive surgery-related DED. METHODS: In this nonrandomized open-label controlled study, 78 participants (156 eyes) receiving refractive surgery were enrolled between July 2021 and April 2022, and sequentially allocated to MGC and control groups. 39 participants were allocated to the MGC groups, of which 53.8% received small-incision lenticule extraction (SMILE) and 46.2% received femtosecond laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis (FS-LASIK), and were instructed to wear MCGs for the duration of 1 month postoperatively, in addition to the standard postoperative treatment received by the control groups (56.4% SMILE, 43.6% FS-LASIK). Participants underwent full ophthalmic examinations, including visual acuity, manifest refraction, DED evaluations, and higher-order aberrations (HOAs), both preoperatively and at routine follow-ups 1 day, 1 week, and 1 month after surgery. DED parameters included non-invasive tear film break-up time (NIBUT), tear meniscus height (TMH), conjunctival congestion, lipid layer thickness (LLT), and ocular surface disease index (OSDI) questionnaires. Student's t-test was used for comparisons between control and MCG groups, and between preoperative and postoperative parameters within groups. RESULTS: Postoperative NIBUT decreased in both SMILE and FS-LASIK control groups 1 day after the surgery (SMILE, P = 0.001; FS-LASIK, P = 0.008), but not in the corresponding MCG groups (SMILE, P = 0.097; FS-LASIK, P = 0.331). TMH in the MCG group was significantly higher at 1 week (P = 0.039) and 1 month (P = 0.015) in SMILE, and 1 day (P = 0.003) in FS-LASIK groups. In FS-LASIK participants, significantly lower HOAs and coma levels in the MCG group were observed 1 day (total HOAs, P = 0.023; coma, P = 0.004) and 1 week (total HOAs, P = 0.010, coma, P = 0.004) after surgery. No consistent statistically significant intergroup difference was observed between MCG and control groups in conjunctival congestion, LLT, and OSDI. CONCLUSIONS: MCGs effectively slowed tear evaporation, increased tear film stability, and improved HOAs in patients receiving SMILE and FS-LASIK surgeries. MCG is an effective adjuvant therapy in the comprehensive management of refractive surgery-related DED.

RESUMO

Constructing and adopting a county-level panel dataset containing carbon emission (CO2) and economic information between 2009 and 2017, this paper employs the continuous difference-in-differences (DID) model and is among the first to conduct an evaluation of the CO2 reduction effect of China's emission trading scheme (ETS) pilot markets from the dual perspectives of price and scale. The empirical results emerge that the increase of transaction price and the expansion of transaction volume in ETS pilots have a persistent and significant influence on CO2 reduction. Parallel to this, it is found the rising of transaction price in ETS can be effective on CO2 reduction by improving the energy structure transition, however, optimization of industrial structure and the development of ICT might be the essential channels driven by the expansion of transaction volume. Last, this paper identifies the synergistic effect on different sorts of contaminants and find it is more substantial to those with the gas state. This paper implies that the policymakers should fully excavate the market-oriented environmental regulation tools from transaction price and volume perspective of views for the well achieving the climate ambitions of carbon peak and neutrality.

RESUMO

As important factors to oolong tea quality, the accumulation and dynamic change in aroma substances attracts great attention. The volatile composition of oolong tea is closely related to the precursor contents. Fatty acids (FAs) and their derivatives are basic components of oolong tea fragrance during the postharvest process. However, information about the precursors of FAs during the postharvest process of oolong tea production is rare. To investigate the transformation of fatty acids during the process of oolong tea production, gas chromatograph−flame ionization detection (GC-FID) was conducted to analyze the composition of FAs. The results show that the content of total polyunsaturated FAs initially increased and then decreased. Specifically, the contents of α-linolenic acid, linoleic acid and other representative substances decreased after the turn-over process of oolong tea production. The results of partial least squares discrimination analysis (PLS-DA) showed that five types of FAs were obviously impacted by the processing methods of oolong tea (VIP > 1.0). LOX (Lipoxygenase, EC 1.13.11.12) is considered one of the key rate-limiting enzymes of long-chain unsaturated FAs in the LOX-HPL (hydroperoxide lyase) pathway, and the mechanical wounding occurring during the postharvest process of oolong tea production greatly elevated the activity of LOX.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Mud crab, Scylla paramamosain, a euryhaline crustacean species, mainly inhabits the Indo-Western Pacific region. Wild mud crab spawn in high-salt condition and the salinity reduced with the growth of the hatching larvae. When the larvae grow up to megalopa, they migrate back to estuaries and coasts in virtue of the flood tide, settle and recruit adult habitats and metamorphose into the crablet stage. Adult crab can even survive in a wide salinity of 0-35 ppt. To investigate the mRNA profile after salinity stress, S. paramamosain megalopa were exposed to different salinity seawater (low, 14 ppt; control, 25 ppt; high, 39 ppt). RESULTS: Firstly, from the expression profiles of Na+/K+/2Cl- cotransporter, chloride channel protein 2, and ABC transporter, it turned out that the 24 h might be the most influenced duration in the short-term stress. We collected megalopa under different salinity for 24 h and then submitted to mRNA profiling. Totally, 57.87 Gb Clean Data were obtained. The comparative genomic analysis detected 342 differentially expressed genes (DEGs). The most significantly DEGs include gamma-butyrobetaine dioxygenase-like, facilitated trehalose transporter Tret1, sodium/potassium-transporting ATPase subunit alpha, rhodanese 1-like protein, etc. And the significantly enriched pathways were lysine degradation, choline metabolism in cancer, phospholipase D signaling pathway, Fc gamma R-mediated phagocytosis, and sphingolipid signaling pathway. The results indicate that in the short-term salinity stress, the megalopa might regulate some mechanism such as metabolism, immunity responses, osmoregulation to adapt to the alteration of the environment. CONCLUSIONS: This study represents the first genome-wide transcriptome analysis of S. paramamosain megalopa for studying its stress adaption mechanisms under different salinity. The results reveal numbers of genes modified by salinity stress and some important pathways, which will provide valuable resources for discovering the molecular basis of salinity stress adaptation of S. paramamosain larvae and further boost the understanding of the potential molecular mechanisms of salinity stress adaptation for crustacean species.

RESUMO

Multi-line Structured Light Projection System (MSLPS) is widely used with the advantages of high-contrast stripes and high robustness in high-speed dynamic reconstruction in comparison with Phase Modulation System (PMS). However, existing calibration methods are either sophisticated or low-accuracy in large visual field application because the bending of line structured light plane caused by lens distortion is inevitable and projector calibration is necessary. Therefore, in this paper, we present an accurate and robust calibration method based on ray-tracing, which establishes accurate relationship between subpixel coordinates of each bending line structured light plane and 3D coordinates based on camera coordinate system without projector calibration. As long as placing a checkerboard at random positions, MSLPS can be calibrated and hence is more suitable in practical application. Experimental results demonstrated that, compared with existing line structured light strategies, the proposed method could achieve more accurate and robust 3D reconstruction and the calibration process is simpler and easier to implement.

RESUMO

The blue swimming crab (Portunus pelagicus) is a valuable marine fishery resource in Indo-West Pacific Ocean. So far, rare genetic resource of this species is available. In this report, the restriction-site associated DNA (RAD) approach was employed to mine the genomic information and identify molecular markers in P. pelagicus. A total of 0.82 Gbp clean data were generated from the genome of individual "X2A". De novo assembly produced 85,796 contigs with an average length of 339 bp. A total of 45,464 putative SNPs and 17,983 microsatellite loci were identified from the genomes of ten individuals. Furthermore, 31 pairs of primers were successfully designed, with 16 of them exhibiting polymorphism in a wild population. For these polymorphic loci, the expected and observed alleles per locus ranged from 1.064 to 7.314 and from 2 to 11, respectively. The expected and observed heterozygosity per locus ranged from 0.0615 to 0.819 and from 0.0626 to 1.000, respectively. Nine loci showed high informative with polymorphism information content (PIC) > 0.5. Five loci significantly deviated from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in the samples analyzed. No linkage disequilibrium was found among the 16 polymorphic microsatellite loci. This study provided massive genetic resource and polymorphic molecular markers that should be helpful for studies on conservation genetics, population dynamics and genetic diversity of P. pelagicus and related crab species.

RESUMO

This paper investigates theoretically and numerically on the electro-optical coupling (EOC) for a circular Airy beam (CAB) propagating along the optical axis of a uniaxial crystal after deducing the wave coupling equations of EOC. For a circularly polarized incident CAB, EOC can be used to generate vortex beam by coupling the incident left-handed component into the right-handed vortex component with a vortex topological charge of 2. What's more, EOC plays important role in enhancing or suppressing the abrupt autofocusing, the most important property of CABs, for both left-handed and right-handed components. Near the focal plane, EOC can result in electrically controllable optical "needle" and "cage", which shall be interesting in micromanipulation. In addition, EOC can influence or even forbid the exchange between spin angular momentum (SAM) and orbit angular momentum (OAM). For a linearly polarized incident CAB, its two Cartesian field components of the beam cannot only couple their powers to each other, but also lead to the changes of the intensity pattern and polarization distributions. The polarization state becomes spatially inhomogeneous, and possesses vortex phase with a topological charge of 2 during propagation. EOC presents a new way to control an Airy beam fast and efficiently.

RESUMO

This paper investigates theoretically and numerically the propagation characteristics of a circular Airy beam (CAB) in a uniaxial crystal in detail. The beam loses its boundary cylindrical symmetry during propagation because of the medium anisotropy, although it propagates along the optical axis. This effect of anisotropy on the propagating beam becomes increasingly evident with the increase of the propagation distance. Another main influential factor of the propagation characteristics is the ratio of the extraordinary refractive index to the ordinary refractive index (ne/no). The more the value deviates from 1, the worse the symmetry of the beam intensity distribution becomes. The polarization becomes notably complicated, but possesses a vortex state with a topological charge of 2 during propagation. The abruptly autofocusing characteristic, the most important property of CABs, also appears when the crystal length is long enough, which is greatly different from that characteristic in isotropic media. This work is helpful for the design of optical devices based on uniaxial crystals for beams with some special wavefronts.

RESUMO

Considering the measuring range limitation of a single sensor system, multi-sensor system has become essential in obtaining complete image information of the object in the field of 3D image reconstruction. However, for the traditional multi-sensors worked independently in its system, there was some point in calibrating each sensor system separately. And the calibration between all single sensor systems was complicated and required a long time. In this paper, we present a flexible 3D reconstruction method based on phase-matching in multi-sensor system. While calibrating each sensor, it realizes the data registration of multi-sensor system in a unified coordinate system simultaneously. After all sensors are calibrated, the whole 3D image data directly exist in the unified coordinate system, and there is no need to calibrate the positions between sensors any more. Experimental results prove that the method is simple in operation, accurate in measurement, and fast in 3D image reconstruction.

RESUMO

Low driving voltage blue, green, yellow, red and white phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) with a common simply double emitting layer (D-EML) structure are investigated. Our OLEDs without any out-coupling schemes as well as n-doping strategies show low driving voltage, e.g. < 2.4 V for onset and < 3 V for 1000 cd/m2, and high efficiency of 32.5 lm/W (13.3%), 58.8 lm/W (14.3%), 55.1 lm/W (14.6%), 24.9 lm/W (13.7%) and 45.1 lm/W (13.5%) for blue, green, yellow, red and white OLED, respectively. This work demonstrates that the low driving voltages and high efficiencies can be simultaneously realized with a common simply D-EML structure.

RESUMO

Introduction: The objective of this study was to describe the CT and MRI features of sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation (SANT) of the spleen with pathologic correlation. Materials and Methods: Ten patients with surgically resected and pathologically confirmed SANTs were included. Clinical history was reviewed, and gross pathologic, histologic, and immunohistochemical findings were recorded. CT and MRI examinations were evaluated by two radiologists. Results: Patients included seven men and three women, with a mean age of 42.9±16.7 years. Pathologic features of SANTs involved multiple angiomatous nodules in a radiating pattern with a central stellate fibrous scar and evidence of hemosiderin deposition. 9 cases showed a lobulated demarcated margin, 8 cases a slight hypoattenuating, 1 isoattenuating, and 1 case with two lesions demonstrated a slight hyperattenuating margin, respectively. Multiple scattered punctate calcifications were involved in 2 cases. 5 cases manifested hypointensity on in-phase imaging, 1 iso-intensity, and 4 iso-hypointensity on out-of-phase imaging. Progressive and centripetal enhancement were exhibited in 10 cases, spoke-wheel pattern in 3 cases, and nodular enhancement in 4 cases, respectively. The central fibrous scar was identified in 8 cases during delayed enhancement. Conclusion: Characteristics of SANTs on CT/MRI reflected the underlying pathology. Hypointensity on DWI and T2WI, and change of signal on T1 chemicalshift imaging were found to be due to hemosiderin deposition and fibrous tissue. Typical feature was a solitary, round, lobulated mass with a fibrous scar. Progressive and centripetal enhancement, spoke-wheel pattern, nodular enhancement, and delayed enhancement of central fibrous scar were observed.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: Pemphigus vulgaris (PV) and bullous pemphigoid (BP) are two prevalent bullous diseases. Previous studies found that the antibodies of BP could be expressed in the intestinal epithelium and BP was tightly related to inflammatory bowel disease. Therefore, gut microbiota might also play an important role in bullous disease. However, the specific relationship between gut microbiota and bullous diseases remains unknown. Our study aimed to investigate the potential role of gut microbiota in the development and progression of different bullous diseases. METHODS: We conducted a prospective and observational cohort study at Peking Union Medical College Hospital. Untreated BP and PV patients were recruited, along with healthy controls (HC) who were spouses or caregivers of these patients. Fecal samples were collected, followed by 16S rRNA gene sequencing. Bioinformatics analyses were performed to assess the composition and function of gut microbiota. RESULTS: A total of 38 HC, 32 BP, and 19 PV patients were enrolled in this study. Compared to HC, BP, and PV exhibited a distinct gut microbiota composition, especially BP. The gut microbiota changes were mainly observed in the phylum Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes, and Proteobacteria. The ratio of Faecalibacterium to Escherichia-Shigella (F/E ratio) had a considerable predictive value (AUC: 0.705) for recognizing BP from PV. The levels of Faecalibacterium and Enterobacter were correlated to the anti-BP 180 and anti-desmoglein 3. Microbial functional prediction revealed elevated activity in pathways related to gut microbiota translocation significantly increased in BP patients, indicating a potential pathogenetic role in BP. CONCLUSIONS: Our study suggests that the composition of gut microbiota is specific in different bullous diseases and the role of gut microbiota differs. Gut microbiota could help distinguish BP and PV, and might play a role in the pathogenesis of different bullous diseases.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Pemphigus is a group of potentially life-threatening autoimmune bullous diseases induced by pathogenic autoantibodies binding to the surface of epidermal cells. The role of the gut microbiota (GM) has been described in various autoimmune diseases. However, the impact of the GM on pemphigus is less understood. This study aimed to investigate whether there was alterations in the composition and function of the GM in pemphigus patients compared to healthy controls (HCs). METHODS: Fecal samples were collected from 20 patients with active pemphigus (AP), 11 patients with remission pemphigus (PR), and 47 HCs. To sequence the fecal samples, 16S rRNA was applied, and bioinformatic analyses were performed. RESULTS: We found differences in the abundance of certain bacterial taxa among the three groups. At the family level, the abundance of Prevotellaceae and Coriobacteriaceae positively correlated with pathogenic autoantibodies. At the genus level, the abundance of Klebsiella, Akkermansia, Bifidobacterium, Collinsella, Gemmiger, and Prevotella positively correlated with pathogenic autoantibodies. Meanwhile, the abundance of Veillonella and Clostridium_XlVa negatively correlated with pathogenic autoantibodies. A BugBase analysis revealed that the sum of potentially pathogenic bacteria was elevated in the AP group in comparison to the PR group. Additionally, the proportion of Gram-negative bacteria in the PR group was statistically significantly lower in comparison to the HC group. CONCLUSION: The differences in GM composition among the three groups, and the correlation between certain bacterial taxa and pathogenic autoantibodies of pemphigus, support a linkage between the GM and pemphigus.

RESUMO

We propose a two-dimensional carbon allotrope (named KT-graphene) by incorporating kagome and tetragonal lattices consisting of trigonal, quadrilateral, octagonal, and dodecagonal rings. The introduction of non-hexagonal rings can give rise to the localized electronic states that improve the chemical reactivity toward potassium, making KT-graphene a high-performance anode material for potassium-ion batteries. It shows a high theoretical capacity (892 mAh g-1), a low diffusion barrier (0.33 eV), and a low average open-circuit voltage (0.51 V). The presence of electrolyte solvents is propitious to boost the K-ion adsorption and diffusion capabilities. Moreover, one-dimensional nanotubes (KT-CNTs), rolled up by the KT-graphene sheet, are metallic regardless of the tube diameter. As the curvature increases, KT-CNTs exhibit significantly increased surface activity, which can promote the electron-donating ability of K. Furthermore, the curvature effect greatly enhances the efficiency of K diffusion on the inner surface compared to that on the outer surface.

RESUMO

The structure and function of the water microbial community can change dramatically between different rearing modes. Yet investigations into the relationships between microbial community and water quality remain obscure. We provide the first evidence that rearing modes alter bacterial community and water quality in the rearing water of the mud crab (Scylla paramamosain) larvae. The juveniles in the recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) had a higher viability than those in the water exchange system (WES). RAS had the significantly lower levels of total ammonia nitrogen (TAN), NH3, NO2--N, total nitrogen (TN), total dissolved solids (TDS), and chemical oxygen demand than those of WES. The number of significantly different amplicon sequence variants between rearing modes increased as the larvae developed. NH3, TAN, TDS, NO2--N, and TN were closely related to the late alterations in water bacterial community. Both the FAPROTAX tool and quantitative PCR analysis showed enhanced nitrogen cycling functional potential of water bacterial community of RAS. Random forest analysis identified the enriched water bacteria especially heterotrophic bacteria such as Phaeodactylibacter, Tenacibaculum, and Hydrogenophaga, which were vital in removing nitrogenous compounds via simultaneous nitrification and denitrification. Notably, RAS could save 18.5 m3 of seawater relative to WES in larviculture on the scale of 2.5 m3. Together, these data indicate that RAS could function as microbial community and water quality management strategy in the larviculture of crab.

RESUMO

The integration of low-dimensional nanomaterials with microscale architectures in flexible pressure sensors has garnered significant interest due to their outstanding performance in healthcare monitoring. However, achieving high sensitivity across different magnitudes of external pressure remains a critical challenge. Herein, we present a high-performance flexible pressure sensor crafted from biomimetic hibiscus flower microstructures coated with silver nanowires. When compared with a flat electrode, these microstructures as electrodes display significantly enhanced sensitivity and an extended stimulus-response range. Furthermore, we utilized an ionic gel film as the dielectric layer, resulting in an enhancement of the overall performance of the flexible pressure sensor through an increase in interfacial capacitance. Consequently, the capacitive pressure sensor exhibits an extraordinary ultrahigh sensitivity of 48.57 [Kpa]-1 within the pressure range of 0-1 Kpa, 15.24 [Kpa]-1 within the pressure range of 1-30 Kpa, and 3.74 [Kpa]-1 within the pressure range of 30-120 Kpa, accompanied by a rapid response time (<58 ms). The exceptional performance of our flexible pressure sensor serves as a foundation for its numerous applications in healthcare monitoring. Notably, the flexible pressure sensor excels not only in detecting subtle physiological signals such as finger and wrist pulse signals, vocal cord vibrations, and breathing intensity but also demonstrates excellent performance in monitoring higher pressures, such as plantar pressure. We foresee that this flexible pressure sensor possesses significant potential in the field of wearable electronics.

RESUMO

Volatile fatty acid derivatives (VFADs) play a significant role in contributing to flowery-fruity flavor black tea. Innovative black tea is typically crafted from aroma-intensive tea cultivars, such as Jinmudan, using defined production methodologies. In this study, the during-processing tea leaves of innovative black tea were applied as materials, and we selected a total of 45 VFADs, comprising 11 derived aldehydes, nine derived alcohols, and 25 derived esters. Furthermore, the dynamic variations of these VFADs were uncovered. Transcriptome analysis was performed to identify genes involved in the LOX (lipoxygenase) pathway, resulting in the identification of 17 CsLOX genes, one hydrogen peroxide lyase (CsHPL) gene, 11 alcohol dehydrogenases (CsADH) genes, 11 genes as acyl CoA oxidase (CsACOX) genes, and three allene oxide synthase (CsAOS) genes. Additionally, the expression levels of these genes were measured, indicating that the processing treatments of innovative black tea, particularly turn-over and fermentation, had a stimulation effect on most genes. Finally, qRT-PCR verification and correlation analysis were conducted to explain the relationship between VFADs and candidate genes. This study aims to provide a reference for illuminating the formation mechanisms of aroma compounds in innovative black tea, thereby inspiring the optimization of innovative processing techniques and enhancing the overall quality of black tea.
