RESUMO

Lung cancer in East Asia is characterized by a high percentage of never-smokers, early onset and predominant EGFR mutations. To illuminate the molecular phenotype of this demographically distinct disease, we performed a deep comprehensive proteogenomic study on a prospectively collected cohort in Taiwan, representing early stage, predominantly female, non-smoking lung adenocarcinoma. Integrated genomic, proteomic, and phosphoproteomic analysis delineated the demographically distinct molecular attributes and hallmarks of tumor progression. Mutational signature analysis revealed age- and gender-related mutagenesis mechanisms, characterized by high prevalence of APOBEC mutational signature in younger females and over-representation of environmental carcinogen-like mutational signatures in older females. A proteomics-informed classification distinguished the clinical characteristics of early stage patients with EGFR mutations. Furthermore, integrated protein network analysis revealed the cellular remodeling underpinning clinical trajectories and nominated candidate biomarkers for patient stratification and therapeutic intervention. This multi-omic molecular architecture may help develop strategies for management of early stage never-smoker lung adenocarcinoma.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Simulation is widely utilized in medical education. Exploring the effectiveness of high-fidelity simulation of clinical research within medical education may inform its integration into clinical research training curricula, finally cultivating physician-scientist development. METHODS: Standard teaching scripts for both clinical trial and cross-sectional study simulation were designed. We recruited undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine at 3th grade into a pre-post intervention study. Additionally, a cross-sectional survey randomly selected medical undergraduates at 4th or 5th grade, medical students in master and doctor degree as external controls. Self-assessment scores of knowledge and practice were collected using a 5-point Likert scale. Changes in scores were tested by Wilcoxon signed-rank test and group comparisons were conducted by Dunn's tests with multiple corrections. Multivariable quantile regressions were used to explore factors influencing the changes from baseline. RESULTS: Seventy-eight undergraduates involved the clinical trial simulation and reported improvement of 1.60 (95% CI, 1.48, 1.80, P < 0.001) in knowledge and 1.82 (95% CI, 1.64, 2.00, P < 0.001) in practice score. 83 undergraduates involved in the observational study simulation and reported improvement of 0.96 (95% CI, 0.79, 1.18, P < 0.001) in knowledge and 1.00 (95% CI, 0.79, 1.21, P < 0.001) in practice. All post-intervention scores were significantly higher than those of the three external control groups, P < 0.001. Higher agreement on the importance of clinical research were correlated with greater improvements in scores. Undergraduates in pre-post study showed high confidence in doing a future clinical research. CONCLUSION: Our study provides evidence supporting the integration of simulation into clinical research curriculum for medical students. The importance of clinical research can be emphasized during training to enhance learning effect.

RESUMO

Marine-derived bisindoles exhibit structural diversity and exert anti-cancer influence through multiple mechanisms. Comprehensive research has shown that the development success rate of drugs derived from marine natural products is four times higher than that of other natural derivatives. Currently, there are 20 marine-derived drugs used in clinical practice, with 11 of them demonstrating anti-tumor effects. This article provides a thorough review of recent advancements in anti-tumor exploration involving 167 natural marine bisindole products and their derivatives. Not only has enzastaurin entered clinical practice, but there is also a successfully marketed marine-derived bisindole compound called midostaurin that is used for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia. In summary, investigations into the biological activity and clinical progress of marine-derived bisindoles have revealed their remarkable selectivity, minimal toxicity, and efficacy against various cancer cells. Consequently, they exhibit immense potential in the field of anti-tumor drug development, especially in the field of anti-tumor drug resistance. In the future, these compounds may serve as promising leads in the discovery and development of novel cancer therapeutics.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Salivary gland pleomorphic adenoma (SPA) is a common neoplasm of salivary glands that displays remarkable histological diversity. Previous studies have demonstrated the involvement of gene rearrangements and cytoskeleton-remodeling-related myoepithelial cells in SPA tumorigenesis. Cytoskeleton remodeling is necessary for epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), a key process in tumor progression. However, the heterogeneity of tumor cells and cytoskeleton remodeling in SPA has not been extensively investigated. METHODS: An analysis of single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) was performed on 27 810 cells from two donors with SPA. Bioinformatic tools were used to assess differentially expressed genes, cell trajectories, and intercellular communications. Immunohistochemistry and double immunofluorescence staining were used to demonstrate FOXC1 and MYLK expression in SPA tissues. RESULTS: Our analysis revealed five distinct cell subtypes within the tumor cells of SPA, indicating a high level of intra-lesional heterogeneity. Cytoskeleton-remodeling-related genes were highly enriched in subtype 3 of the tumor cells, which showed a close interaction with mesenchymal cells. We found that tumoral FOXC1 expression was closely related to MYLK expression in the tumor cells of SPA. CONCLUSION: Tumor cells enriched with cytoskeleton-remodeling-related genes play a crucial role in SPA development, and FOXC1 may partially regulate this process.

RESUMO

The aluminum industry is facing severe economic and environmental problems due to increasing carbon emissions and growing stockpiles of red mud (RM). RM is a strongly alkaline, high-emission solid waste from the alumina industry with potential for CO2 sequestration. However, the effectiveness of RM carbon sequestration is poor, and the mechanism behind it is not well understood. In this study, the effect of microwave and tube furnace activation of RM on CO2 sequestration in alumina was first investigated at different temperatures. The result showed that the CO2 sequestration capacity of unmodified RM (URM) was only 14.35 mg/g at ambient temperature and pressure, and the CO2 sequestration capacity could be increased to 52.89 mg/g after high-temperature activation and modification. Besides, high-temperature activation and modification will effectively improve the carbon sequestration capacity of RM. The carbonized RM was characterized by FT-IR, SEM, XRD, laser particle size, TG-DSC, and pH measurements. In addition, the mechanism of RM capturing CO2 was also proposed, which shows that CO2 was finally sequestered in the RM as CaCO3. The change in particle size distribution and the mineral phase in the RM indicated that high-temperature activation modification positively affects the application of RM to the sequestration of CO2. This study can provide a promising technology for the low-carbon and green development of the aluminum industry, as well as achieving the waste treatment and utilization objective.

RESUMO

Implementation of clinical practice guidelines (CPG) is a complex and challenging task. Computer technology, including artificial intelligence (AI), has been explored to promote the CPG implementation. This study has reviewed the main domains where computer technology and AI has been applied to CPG implementation. PubMed, Embase, Web of science, the Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure database, WanFang DATA, VIP database, and China Biology Medicine disc database were searched from inception to December 2021. Studies involving the utilization of computer technology and AI to promote the implementation of CPGs were eligible for review. A total of 10429 published articles were identified, 117 met the inclusion criteria. 21 (17.9%) focused on the utilization of AI techniques to classify or extract the relative content of CPGs, such as recommendation sentence, condition-action sentences. 47 (40.2%) focused on the utilization of computer technology to represent guideline knowledge to make it understandable by computer. 15 (12.8%) focused on the utilization of AI techniques to verify the relative content of CPGs, such as conciliation of multiple single-disease guidelines for comorbid patients. 34 (29.1%) focused on the utilization of AI techniques to integrate guideline knowledge into different resources, such as clinical decision support systems. We conclude that the application of computer technology and AI to CPG implementation mainly concentrated on the guideline content classification and extraction, guideline knowledge representation, guideline knowledge verification, and guideline knowledge integration. The AI methods used for guideline content classification and extraction were pattern-based algorithm and machine learning. In guideline knowledge representation, guideline knowledge verification, and guideline knowledge integration, computer techniques of knowledge representation were the most used.

RESUMO

Circadian rhythm is an internal regulatory mechanism formed in organisms in response to the circadian periodicity in the environment, which modulates the pathophysiological events, occurrence and development of diseases, and the response to treatment in mammals. It significantly influences the susceptibility, injury, and recovery of ischemic stroke, and the response to therapy. Accumulating evidence indicates that circadian rhythms not only regulate the important physiological factors of ischemic stroke events, such as blood pressure and coagulation-fibrinolysis system, but also participate in the immuno-inflammatory reaction mediated by glial cells and peripheral immune cells after ischemic injury and the regulation of neurovascular unit(NVU). This article aims to link molecular, cellular, and physiological pathways in circadian biology to the clinical consequences of ischemic stroke and to illustrate the impact of circadian rhythms on ischemic stroke pathogenesis, the regulation of NVU, and the immuno-inflammatory responses. The regulation of circadian rhythm by traditional Chinese medicine is reviewed, and the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in circadian rhythm is summarized to provide a reasonable and valuable reference for the follow-up traditional Chinese medicine research and molecular mechanism research of circadian rhythm.

RESUMO

Smoking and alcohol consumption are associated with bladder cancer risk in observational studies. We conducted a two-sample univariable and multivariable Mendelian randomization (MR) analysis to determine whether those associations are causal. We used 21, 126, 360, 39 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) as instrumental variables for number of cigarettes per day, lifetime smoking index, smoking initiation, and drinks per week, respectively. A total of 1115 cases with bladder cancer and 174 006 noncases from FinnGen consortium and 2883 cases with bladder cancer and 417 955 noncases from UK Biobank study were obtained. Genetic predisposition to cigarettes per day, lifetime smoking index and smoking initiation were positively associated with an increased risk of bladder cancer in both the FinnGen and UK Biobank consortium. The summary odds ratio (OR) of bladder cancer was 1.79 (95% confidence interval [CI], 1.31-2.45; P = .0002), 2.38 (95% CI, 1.45-3.88; P = .0005) and 1.91 (95% CI, 1.46-2.50; P = 1.59 × 10-06 ) for one SD increase in the number of cigarettes per day, lifetime smoking index and smoking initiation, respectively. The genetically instrumented number of drinks per week was not associated with bladder cancer (OR = 0.69; 95% CI, 0.44-1.10; P = .1237). Estimates were consistent in multivariable MR analyses by the adjustments of body mass index and education. Our study suggests a causal potential of the association of smoking but not alcohol consumption with bladder cancer according to current evidence.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Obesity (waist circumference, body mass index (BMI)) and lifestyle factors (dietary habits, smoking, alcohol drinking, Sedentary behavior) have been associated with risk of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in observational studies, but whether these associations are causal is unclear. METHODS: We performed a univariable and multivariable Mendelian randomization study to evaluate these associations. Genetic instruments associated with exposures at the genome-wide significance level (P < 5 × 10-8) were selected from corresponding genome-wide associations studies (n = 216,590 to 1,232,091 individuals). Summary-level data for BPH were obtained from the UK Biobank (14,126 cases and 169,762 non-cases) and FinnGen consortium (13,118 cases and 72,799 non-cases). Results from UK Biobank and FinnGen consortium were combined using fixed-effect meta-analysis. RESULTS: The combined odds ratios (ORs) of BPH were 1.24 (95% confidence interval (CI), 1.07-1.43, P = 0.0045), 1.08 (95% CI 1.01-1.17, P = 0.0175), 0.94 (95% CI 0.67-1.30, P = 0.6891), 1.29 (95% CI 0.88-1.89, P = 0.1922), 1.23 (95% CI 0.85-1.78, P = 0.2623), and 1.04 (95% CI 0.76-1.42, P = 0.8165) for one standard deviation (SD) increase in waist circumference, BMI, and relative carbohydrate, fat, protein and sugar intake, 1.05 (95% CI 0.92-1.20, P = 0.4581) for one SD increase in prevalence of smoking initiation, 1.10 (95% CI 0.96-1.26, P = 0.1725) and 0.84 (95% CI 0.69-1.02, P = 0.0741) for one SD increase of log-transformed smoking per day and drinks per week, and 1.31 (95% CI 1.08-1.58, P = 0.0051) for one SD increase in sedentary behavior. Genetically predicted waist circumference (OR = 1.26, 95% CI 1.11-1.43, P = 0.0004) and sedentary behavior (OR = 1.14, 95% CI 1.05-1.23, P = 0.0021) were associated with BPH after the adjustment of BMI. CONCLUSION: This study supports independent causal roles of high waist circumference, BMI and sedentary behavior in BPH.

RESUMO

The nexin-dynein regulatory complex (N-DRC) in motile cilia and flagella functions as a linker between neighboring doublet microtubules, acts to stabilize the axonemal core structure, and serves as a central hub for the regulation of ciliary motility. Although the N-DRC has been studied extensively using genetic, biochemical, and structural approaches, the precise arrangement of the 11 (or more) N-DRC subunits remains unknown. Here, using cryo-electron tomography, we have compared the structure of Chlamydomonas wild-type flagella to that of strains with specific DRC subunit deletions or rescued strains with tagged DRC subunits. Our results show that DRC7 is a central linker subunit that helps connect the N-DRC to the outer dynein arms. DRC11 is required for the assembly of DRC8, and DRC8/11 form a subcomplex in the proximal lobe of the linker domain that is required to form stable contacts to the neighboring B-tubule. Gold labeling of tagged subunits determines the precise locations of the previously ambiguous N terminus of DRC4 and C terminus of DRC5. DRC4 is now shown to contribute to the core scaffold of the N-DRC. Our results reveal the overall architecture of N-DRC, with the 3 subunits DRC1/2/4 forming a core complex that serves as the scaffold for the assembly of the "functional subunits," namely DRC3/5-8/11. These findings shed light on N-DRC assembly and its role in regulating flagellar beating.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: Clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) exist to present recommendations and policies aimed at optimizing the oral health of children and adolescents born with cleft lip and/or palate. The aim of this review is to identify and assess the scope, quality, adequacy, and consistency of CPGs related to oral health in children and adolescents with clefts, along with reporting any differences and shortcomings. METHODS: A systematic review of the literature of CPGs following Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews guidelines was conducted. Assessment of selected CPGs was performed using the Appraisal of Guidelines for Research & Evaluation II methodological quality instrument. RESULTS: Only 7 CPGs fulfilled the criteria. Of these, 4 were from the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association, and 1 each from the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. The lowest overall mean scores were in the domain "Rigor of Development" (mean 29.58%, SD 17.11), revealing lower quality in methodology of the guideline. The domain "Clarity of Presentation" (mean 73.80%, SD 7.87) revealed the best score. CONCLUSIONS: Our review results reveal a lack of integrated high-quality CPGs that can be used as universal guidelines by health workers in a range of disciplines for improving oral health in children and adolescents with cleft problems.

RESUMO

Parkinson disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by selective loss of dopaminergic (DA) neurons in the midbrain. The regulatory role of a variety of microRNAs in PD has been confirmed, and our study is the first to demonstrate that miR-3473b is involved in the regulation of PD. In vitro, an miR-3473b inhibitor can inhibit the secretion of inflammatory factors (TNF-α and IL-1ß) in moues microglia cell line (BV2) cells induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and promote autophagy in BV2 cells. In vivo, miR-3473b antagomir can inhibit the activation of substantia nigra pars compacta (SNpc) microglia of C57BL/6 mice induced by 1-Methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) and promote autophagy. Deletion of TREM2, one of the most highly expressed receptors in microglia, leads to the occurrence and development of PD. ULK1 is a component of the Atg1 complex. Deletion of ULK1 aggravates the pathological reaction of PD. TREM2 and ULK1 are predicted potential targets of miR-3473b by Targetscan. Then, the results of our experiments indicate that transfection with a miR-3473b mimic can inhibit the expression of TREM2 and ULK1. Data from a double luciferase experiment indicate that the 3'-UTR of TREM2, but not ULK1, is the direct target of miR-3473b. Then we aim to investigate the regulation of TREM2 and ULK1 in PD. We found that the expression of p-ULK1 was significantly increased via up-regulation of TREM2. The increased expression of p-ULK1 can promote autophagy and inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors. The regulation of ULK1 by miR-3473b may be accomplished indirectly through TREM2. Thus, miR-3473b may regulate the secretion of proinflammatory mediators by targeting TREM2/ULK1 expression to regulate the role of autophagy in the pathogenesis of inflammation in Parkinson's disease, suggesting that mir-3473b may be a potential therapeutic target to regulate the inflammatory response in PD.

RESUMO

Heart failure preceded by pathological cardiac hypertrophy is a leading cause of death. Long noncoding RNA small nucleolar RNA host gene 1 (SNHG1) was reported to inhibit cardiomyocytes apoptosis, but the role and underlying mechanism of SNHG1 in pathological cardiac hypertrophy have not yet been understood. This study was designed to investigate the role and molecular mechanism of SNHG1 in regulating cardiac hypertrophy. We found that SNHG1 was upregulated during cardiac hypertrophy both in vivo (transverse aortic constriction treatment) and in vitro (phenylephrine [PE] treatment). SNHG1 overexpression attenuated the cardiomyocytes hypertrophy induced by PE, while SNHG1 inhibition promoted hypertrophic response of cardiomyocytes. Furthermore, SNHG1 and high-mobility group AT-hook 1 (HMGA1) were confirmed to be targets of miR-15a-5p. SNHG1 promoted HMGA1 expression by sponging miR-15a-5p, eventually attenuating cardiomyocytes hypertrophy. There data revealed a novel protective mechanism of SNHG1 in cardiomyocytes hypertrophy. Thus, targeting of SNHG1-related pathway may be therapeutically harnessed to treat cardiac hypertrophy.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND The influence of maternal vitamin D on pregnancy outcomes, including preterm birth (PTB), is unclear due to different experimental designs and study populations (patient race and sample size) of previous studies. We aimed to investigate the relationship between 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25[OH] D) levels and PTB among pregnant women in southern China. MATERIAL AND METHODS A total of 11 641 pregnant women were retrospectively enrolled between January 2016 and April 2019. Vitamin D concentrations were evaluated by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the association between vitamin D and PTB. RESULTS The average 25(OH) D concentration was 59.3±21.5 nmol/L; 34.8% of patients were vitamin D deficient, 43.0% were vitamin D insufficient (25[OH] D <50 nmol/L and 50-74.9 nmol/L, respectively). In total, 3.6% of newborns were born prematurely. Comparing the pre-term and full-term groups, 45.7% versus 42.9% and 29.8% versus 35% were vitamin D deficient and insufficient, respectively These differences were not significant (P>0.05). However, the mean vitamin D status was significantly different between the pre-term and full-term groups (61.3±21.3 and 59.1±21.5 nmol/L, respectively). No association was found between vitamin D deficiency/insufficiency and PTB in unadjusted or adjusted models, compared with vitamin D sufficiency (adjusted odds ratio, 1.016; 95% confidence interval, 0.794-1.301 and 0.842; 0.641-1.106, respectively). CONCLUSIONS Low maternal 25(OH) D levels are common in southern China. However, low vitamin D status in pregnant women appears to be unrelated to PTB. Measuring vitamin D level alone is therefore not sufficient to predict PTB.

RESUMO

Hair-coloring products include permanent, semi-permanent and temporary dyes that vary by chemical formulation and are distinguished mainly by how long they last. Domestic temporary hair dyes, such as fuchsin basic, basic red 2 and Victoria blue B, are especially popular because of their cheapness and facile applications. Despite numerous studies on the relationship between permanent hair dyes and disease, there are few studies addressing whether these domestic temporary hair dyes are associated with an increased cancer risk. Herein, to ascertain the bio-safety of these temporary hair dyes, we comparatively studied their percutaneous absorption, hemolytic effect and cytotoxic effects in this paper. Furthermore, to better understand the risk of these dyes after penetrating the skin, experimental and theoretical studies were carried out examining the interactions between the dyes and serum albumins as well as calf thymus (CT)-DNA. The results showed that these domestic temporary hair dyes are cytotoxic with regard to human red blood cells and NIH/3T3 cell lines, due to intense interactions with bovine serum albumin (BSA)/DNA. We conclude that the temporary hair dyes may have risk to human health, and those who use them should be aware of their potential toxic effects.

RESUMO

Dihydroartemisinin (DHA) is a derivative of the herb Artemisia annua L. that has prominent immunomodulatory activity; however, its underlying mechanism remains elusive. Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is an idiopathic inflammatory condition characterized as an autoimmune disorder that includes dysfunctions in the T helper (Th)/T regulatory cell (Treg) balance, which normally plays pivotal roles in immune homeostasis. The aim of this study was to explore the potential of DHA to ameliorate IBD by restoring the Th/Treg cell balance. To this end, we established mouse models of colitis induced by oxazolone (OXA) and 2,4,6-trinitro-benzene sulfonic acid (TNBS). We then treated mice with DHA at 4, 8, or 16 mg/kg/day. DHA treatment ameliorated colitis signs and reduced lymphocyte infiltration and tissue fibrosis. Moreover, DHA decreased the numbers of Th1 and Th17 cells and Th9 and Th22 cells in TNBS- or OXA-induced colitis, respectively, and increased Tregs in both models. DHA (0.8 mg/mL) also inhibited activated CD4+ T lymphocytes, which was accompanied by apoptosis induction. Moreover, it promoted heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) production in vitro and in vivo, concomitant with CD4+ T cell apoptosis and restoration of the Th/Treg balance, and these effects were blocked by treatment with the HO-1 inhibitor Sn-protoporphyrin IX. Overall, these results suggest that DHA is a novel and valuable candidate for IBD therapy or Th/Treg immunoregulation.

RESUMO

Artemisinin was isolated from traditional Chinese herb Artemisia annua for treating malaria. A series of derivatives, like dihydroartemisinin, artesunate, artemether, artether, had the same core chemical structure, and sesquiterpene lactone containing peroxide bridge constitute the basic chemical structure. Besides anti-malaria,artemisinin family drugs were found to ameliorate many different diseases, which have attracted wide attention in recent years. Among different diseases, artemisinin family drugs were found to have T lymphocytes immunomodulation effects, including activation, proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and subsets function. Because T cell immunologic response is the key point of many diseases, and impact the pathogenic process, therapeutic effect and prognosis, the drug studies with it as the target have become hotspots in recent years. Studies of artemisinin family drug on T cell immunomodulation were still at the initial stage and involved in different disease; furthermore,T cell immune process involves complicated molecular mechanism,it is imperative to summarize the advance of current studies for further systematic explanation and exploration of their characteristics and mechanisms. This article will summarize the research progress of artemisinin family drugs for malaria, autoimmune disease, hypersensitivity reaction, tumor, schistosomiasis and AIDS relating to T cell immune modulation,so as to provide basic and professional reference for related research and application.

RESUMO

Cross-electrophile couplings between two electrophiles are powerful and economic methods to generate C-C bonds in the presence of stoichiometric external reductants. Herein, we report a novel strategy to realize the first external-reductant-free cross-electrophile coupling via visible-light photoredox catalysis. A variety of tetraalkyl ammonium salts, bearing primary, secondary, and tertiary C-N bonds, undergo selective couplings with aldehydes/ketone and CO2. Notably, the in situ generated byproduct, trimethylamine, is efficiently utilized as the electron donor. Moreover, this protocol exhibits mild reaction conditions, low catalyst loading, broad substrate scope, good functional group tolerance, and facile scalability. Mechanistic studies indicate that benzyl radicals and anions might be generated as the key intermediates via photocatalysis, providing a new direction for cross-electrophile couplings.

RESUMO

The dose-dependent toxicity and low specificity against cancerous cells have restricted the clinical use of daunomycin (DNM). Titanium dioxide (TiO2) has been wildly used as an inorganic photodynamic therapy (PDT) agent and drug carrier. To facilitate the targeted drug delivery and combined therapy, in the present study, TiO2-coated Fe3O4 nanoparticles (Fe3O4@TiO2 NPs) were employed to load DNM and the drug-loaded Fe3O4@TiO2-DNM Nps exhibited smart pH-controlled releasing and satisfactory cytotoxicity as well as photocytotocity. The combination of prussian blue staining and fluorescence methods evidenced the effortless cell internalization of the fabricated Fe3O4@TiO2-DNM Nps for the cancer cells. The cell cycle status experiments indicated that the as-prepared nanospheres arrested the S and G2/M periods of the cancer cell proliferation in the dark, and further induced the apoptosis under the irradiation of ultraviolet light. The cell apoptotic results revealed that the apoptosis induced by the Fe3O4@TiO2-DNM Nps was in the early stage. The constructed Fe3O4@TiO2-DNM NPs have been endowed with multifunctions that allow them to selectively deliver combinatorial therapeutic payload and exhibit integrated therapeutic effectiveness to tumors.
