RESUMO

Resistivity saturation is found on both superconducting and insulating sides of an "avoided" magnetic-field-tuned superconductor-to-insulator transition (H-SIT) in a two-dimensional In/InOx composite, where the anomalous metallic behavior cuts off conductivity or resistivity divergence in the zero-temperature limit. The granular morphology of the material implies a system of Josephson junctions (JJs) with a broad distribution of Josephson coupling EJ and charging energy EC, with an H-SIT determined by the competition between EJ and EC. By virtue of self-duality across the true H-SIT, we invoke macroscopic quantum tunneling effects to explain the temperature-independent resistance where the "failed superconductor" side is a consequence of phase fluctuations and the "failed insulator" side results from charge fluctuations. While true self-duality is lost in the avoided transition, its vestiges are argued to persist, owing to the incipient duality of the percolative nature of the dissipative path in the underlying random JJ system.

RESUMO

The impact of stress on the formation and expression of memory is well studied, especially on the contributions of stress hormones. But how stress affects brain circuitry dynamically to modulate memory is far less understood. Here, we used male C57BL6/J mice in an auditory fear conditioning as a model system to examine this question and focused on the impact of stress on dorsomedial prefrontal cortex (dmPFC) neurons which play an important role in probabilistic fear memory. We found that paraventricular thalamus (PVT) neurons are robustly activated by acute restraining stress. Elevated PVT activity during probabilistic fear memory expression increases spiking in the dmPFC somatostatin neurons which in turn suppresses spiking of dmPFC parvalbumin (PV) neurons, and reverts the usual low fear responses associated with probabilistic fear memory to high fear. This dynamic and reversible modulation allows the original memory to be preserved and modulated during memory expression. In contrast, elevated PVT activity during fear conditioning impairs synaptic modifications in the dmPFC PV-neurons and abolishes the formation of probabilistic fear memory. Thus, PVT functions as a stress sensor to modulate the formation and expression of aversive memory by tuning inhibitory functions in the prefrontal circuitry.SIGNIFICANCE STATEMENT The impact of stress on cognitive functions, such as memory and executive functions, are well documented especially on the impact by stress hormone. However, the contributions of brain circuitry are far less understood. Here, we show that a circuitry-based mechanism can dynamically modulate memory formation and expression, namely, higher stress-induced activity in paraventricular thalamus (PVT) impairs the formation and expression of probabilistic fear memory by elevating the activity of somatostatin-neurons to suppress spiking in dorsomedial prefrontal parvalbumin (PV) neurons. This stress impact on memory via dynamic tuning of prefrontal inhibition preserves the formed memory but enables a dynamic expression of memory. These findings have implications for better stress coping strategies as well as treatment options including better drug targets/mechanisms.

RESUMO

Noroviruses are among the major causative agents of human acute gastroenteritis, and the nature of norovirus outbreaks can differ considerably. The number of single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) between strains is used to assess their relationships. There is currently no universally accepted cutoff value for clustering strains that define an outbreak or linking the individuals involved. This study was conducted to estimate the threshold value of genomic variations among related strains within norovirus outbreaks. We carried out a literature search in the PubMed and Web of Science databases. SNP rates were defined as the number of SNPs/sequence length (bp) × 100%. The Mann-Whitney U-test was used in comparisons of the distribution of SNP rates for different sequence regions, genogroups (GI and GII), transmission routes, and sequencing methods. A total of 25 articles reporting on 108 norovirus outbreaks were included. In 99.1% of the outbreaks, the SNP rates were below 0.50%, and in 89.8%, the SNP rates were under 0.20%. Outbreak strains showed higher SNP rates when the P2 domain was used for sequence analysis (Z = -2.652, p = 0.008) and when an NGS method was used (Z = -3.686, p < 0.001). Outbreaks caused by different norovirus genotypes showed no significant difference in SNP rates. Compared with person-to-person outbreaks, SNP rates were lower in common-source outbreaks, but no significant difference was found when differences in sequencing methods were taken into consideraton. SNP rates under 0.20% and 0.50% could be considered as the rigorous and relaxed threshold, respectively, of strain similarity within a norovirus outbreak. More data are needed to evaluate differences within and between various norovirus outbreaks.

RESUMO

The magnetic-field-tuned superconductor-to-insulator transition was studied in a hybrid system of superconducting indium islands, deposited on an indium oxide (InOx) thin film, which exhibits global superconductivity at low magnetic fields. Vacuum annealing was used to tune the conductivity of the InOx film, thereby tuning the inergrain coupling and the nature of the transition. The hybrid system exhibits a "giant" magnetoresistance above the magnetic-field-tuned superconductor-to-insulator transition (H-SIT), with critical behavior similar to that of uniform InOx films but at much lower magnetic fields, that manifests the duality between Cooper pairs and vortices. A key feature of this hybrid system is the separation between the quantum criticality and the onset of nonequilibrium behavior.

RESUMO

Extraintestinal pathogenic Escherichia coli (ExPEC) is responsible for severe bloodstream infections in humans and animals. However, the mechanisms underlying ExPEC's serum resistance remain incompletely understood. Through the transposon-directed insertion-site sequencing approach, our previous study identified nhaA, the gene encoding a Na+/H+ antiporter, as a crucial factor for infection in vivo. In this study, we investigated the role of NhaA in ExPEC virulence utilizing both in vitro models and systemic infection models involving avian and mammalian animals. Genetic mutagenesis analysis revealed that nhaA deletion resulted in filamentous bacterial morphology and rendered the bacteria more susceptible to sodium dodecyl sulfate, suggesting the role of nhaA in maintaining cell envelope integrity. The nhaA mutant also displayed heightened sensitivity to complement-mediated killing compared to the wild-type strain, attributed to augmented deposition of complement components (C3b and C9). Remarkably, NhaA played a more crucial role in virulence compared to several well-known factors, including Iss, Prc, NlpI, and OmpA. Our findings revealed that NhaA significantly enhanced virulence across diverse human ExPEC prototype strains within B2 phylogroups, suggesting widespread involvement in virulence. Given its pivotal role, NhaA could serve as a potential drug target for tackling ExPEC infections.

RESUMO

The auditory system of female crickets allows them to specifically recognize and approach the species-specific male calling song, defined by sound pulses and silent intervals. Auditory brain neurons form a delay-line and coincidence detector network tuned to the pulse period of the male song. We analyzed the impact of changes in pulse duration on the behavior and the responses of the auditory neurons and the network. We confirm that the ascending neuron AN1 and the local neuron LN2 copy the temporal structure of the song. During ongoing long sound pulses, the delay-line neuron LN5 shows additional rebound responses and the coincidence detector neuron LN3 can generate additional bursts of activity, indicating that these may be driven by intrinsic oscillations of the network. Moreover, the response of the feature detector neuron LN4 is shaped by a combination of inhibitory and excitatory synaptic inputs, and LN4 responds even to long sound pulses with a short depolarization and burst of spikes, like to a sound pulse of natural duration. This response property of LN4 indicates a selective auditory pulse duration filter mechanism of the pattern recognition network, which is tuned to the duration of natural pulses. Comparing the tuning of the phonotactic behavior with the tuning of the local auditory brain neurons to the same test patterns, we find no evidence that a modulation of the phonotactic behavior is reflected at the level of the feature detector neurons. This rather suggests that steering to nonattractive pulse patterns is organized at the thoracic level.NEW & NOTEWORTHY Pulse period selectivity has been reported for the cricket delay-line and coincidence detector network, whereas pulse duration selectivity is evident from behavioral tests. Pulses of increasing duration elicit responses in the pattern recognition neurons, which do not parallel the behavioral responses and indicate additional processing mechanisms. Long sound pulses elicit rhythmic rebound activity and additional bursts, whereas the feature detector neuron reveals a pulse duration filter, expanding our understanding of the pattern recognition process.

RESUMO

Uropathogenic Escherichia coli (UPEC) deploy an array of virulence factors to successfully establish urinary tract infections. Hemolysin is a pore-forming toxin, and its expression correlates with the severity of UPEC infection. Two-component signaling systems (TCSs) are a major mechanism by which bacteria sense environmental cues and respond by initiating adaptive responses. Here, we began this study by characterizing a novel TCS (C3564/C3565, herein renamed orhK/orhR for oxidative resistance and hemolysis kinase/regulator) that is encoded on a UPEC pathogenicity island, using bioinformatic and biochemical approaches. A prevalence analysis indicates that orhK/orhR is highly associated with the UPEC pathotype, and it rarely occurs in other E. coli pathotypes tested. We then demonstrated that OrhK/OrhR directly activates the expression of a putative methionine sulfoxide reductase system (C3566/C3567) and hemolysin (HlyA) in response to host-derived hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) exposure. OrhK/OrhR increases UPEC resistance to H2O2 in vitro and survival in macrophages in cell culture via C3566/C3567. Additionally, OrhK/OrhR mediates hemolysin-induced renal epithelial cell and macrophage death via a pyroptosis pathway. Reducing intracellular H2O2 production by a chemical inhibitor impaired OrhK/OrhR-mediated activation of c3566-c3567 and hlyA. We also uncovered that UPEC links the two key virulence traits by cotranscribing the c3566-c3567 and hlyCABD operons. Taken together, our data suggest a paradigm in which a signal transduction system coordinates both bacterial pathogen defensive and offensive traits in the presence of host-derived signals; and this exquisite mechanism likely contributes to hemolysin-induced severe pathological outcomes.

RESUMO

This study aims to explore the composition of natural enemy species in the fall webworm, Hyphantria cunea (Drury) population and the dynamics of its natural enemy community in Dandong, Liaoning Province, China, where it was first reported. We collected the natural enemy of eggs, larvae, and pupae of H. cunea on host trees at 12 survey sites from June 2019 to October 2020. The results showed that the community consists of 34 species: 20 predatory species, including 15 spiders and 5 insects, and 14 parasitic species, including 10 parasitic wasps and 4 parasitic flies. The top 3 dominant species based on the importance value index for both parasitic and predatory species were Pediobius pupariae > Chouioia cunea > Cotesia gregalis in the natural enemy community of H. cunea. Analysis of all 3 principal components by principal component analysis showed that Clubionidae sp. 1, Parena cavipennis, or other predators were the main factors affecting the natural enemy community. Analysis of the community structure parameters of the H. cunea natural enemy community in different developmental stages across generations revealed the following: (i) Compared with the degree of complexity of the egg and pupal stages, the larval stage was the highest. (ii) The complexity was determined by means of comprehensive evaluation: first-generation larvae in 2020 > first-generation larvae in 2019 > second-generation larvae in 2020 > second-generation larvae in 2019. These results clarify the dynamics of natural enemy species, coevolution with the host in the invaded habitat of H. cunea and development of biological control technologies.

RESUMO

Uropathogenic Escherichia coli (UPEC) is the primary causative agent of urinary tract infections (UTIs). Successful urinary tract colonization requires appropriate expression of virulence factors in response to host environmental cues, such as limited oxygen and iron availability. Hemolysin is a pore-forming toxin, and its expression correlates with the severity of UPEC infection. Previously, we showed that hemolysin expression is enhanced under anaerobic conditions; however, the genetic basis and regulatory mechanisms involved remain undefined. Here, a transposon-based forward screen identified bis-molybdopterin guanine dinucleotide cofactor (bis-MGD) biosynthesis as an important factor for a full transcription of hemolysin under anaerobiosis but not under aerobiosis. bis-MGD positively influences hemolysin transcription via c3566-c3568, an operon immediately upstream of and cotranscribed with hlyCABD. Furthermore, suppressor mutation analysis identified the nitrogen regulator NtrC as a direct repressor of c3566-c3568-hlyCABD expression, and intact bis-MGD biosynthesis downregulated ntrC expression, thus at least partially explaining the positive role of bis-MGD in modulating hemolysin expression. Finally, bis-MGD is involved in hemolysin-mediated uroepithelial cell death and contributes to the competitive fitness of UPEC in a murine model of UTI. Collectively, our data establish that bis-MGD biosynthesis plays a crucial role in UPEC fitness in vivo, thus providing a potential target for combatting UTIs.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND/AIM: Previously, we showed that transcription factor 21 (TCF21) promotes chicken preadipocyte differentiation. However, the genome-wide TCF21 binding sites and its downstream target genes in chicken adipogenesis were unknown. METHODS: ChIP-Seq and RNA-Seq were used to screen candidate targets of TCF21. qPCR and luciferase reporter assay were applied to verify the sequencing results. Western blotting, oil red-O staining and pharmacological treatments were performed to investigate the function of 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 2A (HTR2A), one of the bonafide direct downstream binding targets of TCF21. RESULTS: A total of 94 candidate target genes of TCF21 were identified. ChIP-qPCR, RT-qPCR, and luciferase reporter assay demonstrated that HTR2A is one of the bonafide direct downstream binding targets of TCF21. HTR2A expression in adipose tissue was upregulated in fat line broilers. Also, the abundance of HTR2A gradually increased during the adipogenesis process. Interestingly, pharmacological enhancement or inhibition of HTR2A promoted or attenuated the differentiation of preadipocytes, respectively. Furthermore, HTR2A inhibition impaired the TCF21 promoted adipogenesis. CONCLUSIONS: We profiled the genome-wide TCF21 binding sites in chicken differentiated preadipocytes revealing HTR2A as the direct downstream target of TCF21 in adipogenesis.

RESUMO

As an important physical quantity to describe the resistance of fluid to flow, viscosity is an essential property of fluids in fluid mechanics, chemistry, medicine, as well as hydraulic engineering. While traditional measurement methods, including the rotating-cylinder method, capillary tube method and falling sphere method, have significant drawbacks especially in terms of accuracy, response time and the sample must be made to move. In this work, a novel Beer-Lambert law-based method was proposed for the viscosity measurement. Specifically, this work demonstrates that viscosity can be quantitatively reflected by spectral line intensity, and castor oil was selected due to its viscous temperature properties (viscosity has been accurately measured under different temperature), and its transmission spectrum at different temperatures ranging from 10 to 50°C was detected firstly. Then, the principal component analysis (PCA) was employed to obtain the intrinsic features of the transmission spectrum. Finally, the processed data was utilized to train and verify the radial basis function (RBF) neural network. As a result, the accuracy of the predictions conducted by means of the RBF reached 98.45%, which indicates the complicated and non-linear relationships between spectra formation and viscosity can be depicted well by RBF. The results show that the real-time in-situ optical detection method adopted in this work represents a great leap forward in the viscosity measurement, which fundamentally reforms the traditional viscosity measurement methods.

RESUMO

As essential components of our connective tissues, elastic fibres give tissues such as major blood vessels, skin and the lungs their elasticity. Their formation is complex and co-ordinately regulated by multiple factors. In this review, we describe key players in elastogenesis: fibrillin-1, tropoelastin, latent TGFß binding protein-4, and fibulin-4 and -5. We summarise their roles in elastogenesis, discuss the effect of their mutations on relevant diseases, and describe their interactions involved in forming the elastic fibre network. Moreover, we look into their roles in wound repair for a better understanding of their potential application in tissue regeneration.

RESUMO

In photon-conversion processes, rapid cooling of photo-induced hot carriers is a dominant energy loss channel. We herein report a 3-fold reduced hot carrier cooling rate in CsPbBr3 nanocrystals capped with a cross-linked polysiloxane shell in comparison to single alkyl-chain oleylamine ligands. Relaxation of hot charge carriers depends on the carrier-phonon coupling (CPC) process as an important channel to dissipate energies in nanostructured perovskite materials. The CPC strengths in the two samples were measured through cryogenic photoluminescence spectroscopic measurements. The effect of organic ligands on the CPC in CsPbBr3 nanocrystals is elucidated based on a damped oscillation model. This supplements the conventional polaron-based CPC model, by involving a damping effect on the CPC from the resistance of the ligands against nanocrystal lattice vibrations. The model also accounts for the observed linear temperature-dependence of the CPC strength. Our work enables predictions about the effect of the ligands on the performance of perovskite nanocrystals in future applications.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Autophagy inhibits tumorigenesis by limiting inflammation. LncRNAs regulate gene expression at various levels as RNAs; thus, both autophagy and lncRNAs are closely related to the occurrence and development of tumours. METHODS: A total of 232 autophagy-related genes were used to construct a coexpression network to extract autophagy-related lncRNAs. A prognostic signature was constructed by multivariate regression analysis. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway analysis was applied to analyse enrichment in cancer-related pathways. Immune infiltration analysis was used to analyse the relationship between the prognostic signature and the tumour microenvironment. RESULTS: Nine autophagy-related lncRNAs were used to construct a prognostic model for non-small-cell lung cancer. The median risk score was used to discriminate the high- and low-risk groups, and the low-risk group was found to have better survival. Because KEGG pathway analysis showed that the prognostic signature was enriched in some immune pathways, further analysis of immune infiltration was conducted, and it was found that the prognostic signature did play a unique role in the immune microenvironment. Additionally, the prognostic signature was associated with clinical factors. CONCLUSION: We constructed a prognostic model of autophagy-related lncRNAs that can predict the prognosis of non-small-cell lung cancer.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To compare three commonly used low-molecular-weight heparins (LWMHs) in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) by evaluating the anti-Xa peak levels and adverse reactions. METHODS: In this single-center, observational study, we enrolled 310 patients with RSA in whom anti-Xa levels were measured during pregnancy. Patients were divided into three groups according to the LMWH they used: the nadroparin group, enoxaparin group and dalteparin group. We compared the peak anti-Xa levels and the coagulation status of each group, and analyzed the incidence of adverse reactions, including local allergy, liver and renal dysfunction, and the impact on platelet. RESULTS: Patients in the enoxaparin group had a higher anti-Xa peak level than those in the nadroparin group (0.80 ± 0.22 IU/ml vs. 0.61 ± 0.24 IU/ml; P <  0.0001), although most patients in the three groups reached the target concentration of anti-Xa. Furthermore, patients in the enoxaparin group had a more stable anti-Xa levels during pregnancy. In addition, patients in the nadroparin group had a higher rate of local allergy than those in the enoxaparin group (60.5% vs. 42.5%; P = 0.004) and those in the dalteparin group (60.5% vs. 33.3%; P = 0.002). Further examination by the type of local allergy indicated a dramatic difference in pruritus and induration between the nadroparin group and the other two groups. No difference was found in the incidence of liver and renal dysfunction and thrombocytopenia. CONCLUSION: Compared with nadroparin and daltepatin, enoxaparin showed a better performance regarding anti-Xa levels and the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of RSA.

RESUMO

To overview of systematic reviews/Meta-analysis of Xingnaojing Injection(XNJ) in the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH). The systematic reviews concerning XNJ in the treatment of ICH were retrieved from four Chinese databases, four English databases, Chinese Clinical Trial Registry and ClinicalTrail.gov, with the retrieval time set from their inception to September 2020. Following the independent screening and data extraction by two researchers, a measurement tool to assess systematic evaluation 2(AMSTAR 2) and grades of recommendation, assessment, development and evaluation(GRADE) system were used to evaluate the metho-dological, reporting and evidence qualities of the 10 included systematic reviews. The results showed that XNJ was superior to the wes-tern medicine or conventional treatment in improving the effective rate and National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS) score, Barthel index(BI), and Glasgow coma scale(GCS) score and Chinese stroke scale(CSS) score, and reducing the mortality and cerebral hematoma volume, without inducing obvious adverse reactions. In general, the methodological, reporting and evidence qualities of the 10 included systematic reviews were poor. The AMSTAR 2 scores showed that key items No. 2 and No. 16 failed to meet the stan-dard, resulting in poor methodological quality. There was only one outcome indicator graded by GRADE as intermediate quality, 43% indicators as low quality, 42% indicators as extremely low quality, and none as high quality. These available evidences have suggested that the methodological, reporting and evidence qualities of the systematic evaluation concerning XNJ for the treatment of ICH need to be improved. Most evidences support that XNJ was better than the western medicine or conventional treatment in the treatment of ICH, but the methodological quality and the reliability of outcome indicators in relevant systematic review were low. More high-quality studies are still required for further verification.

RESUMO

To systematically review the efficacy and safety of Naoxueshu Oral Liquid in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, four Chinese databases, four English databases, clinical trials registration center(ClinicalTrials.gov) and Chinese clinical trial registry were retrieved. The retrieval time was from the establishment of each database to September 9, 2020. According to the set criteria, the randomized controlled trial(RCT) of Naoxueshu Oral Liquid combined with conventional Western medicine was selected. The "Cochrane bias risk assessment" tool was used to evaluate the quality of the included studies. RevMan 5.4.1 was used to conduct Meta-analysis of the included studies and GRADE system was used to evaluate the evidence quality of the outcome indicators. Eleven studies were finally included, with a total sample size of 1 221 cases, 612 cases in the treatment group and 609 cases in the control group. Meta-analysis showed that Naoxueshu Oral Liquid combined with conventional Western medicine had no significant difference compare with conventional Western medicine in reducing National Institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS) after 2 weeks of treatment for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(MD=-1.59,95%CI[-3.46,0.29],P=0.10), but was superior to conventional Western medicine after 30 d of treatment(MD=-1.16,95%CI [-1.39,-0.94],P<0.000 01). Naoxueshu Oral Liquid combined with conventional Western medicine was superior to conventional Western medicine in improving Glasgow coma scale(MD=1.00,95%CI[0,2.00],P=0.05) and reducing the incidence of secondary brain insults(RR=0.38,95%CI[0.24,0.59],P<0.000 1), but there was no significant difference in increasing Barthel index(MD=1.00,95%CI[-0.30,2.30],P=0.13). In terms of effective rate, studies using Guideline for clinical trials of new patent Chinese medicines, NHISS or Glasgow outcome scale(GOS) had shown that Naoxueshu Oral Liquid combined with conventional Western medicine was superior to conventional Western medicine(RR_(Guideline for clinical trials of new patent Chinese medicines)=1.27,95%CI[1.10,1.46],P=0.001;RR_(NHISS)=1.26,95%CI[1.13,1.40],P<0.000 1;RR_(GOS)=1.54,95%CI[1.22,1.93],P=0.000 2). In reduction of hematoma volume, Naoxueshu Oral Liquid combined with conventional Western medicine was superior to conventional Western medicine after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment(MD_(2 week)=-2.31,95%CI[-3.12,-1.49],P<0.000 01;MD_(4 week)=-2.04,95%CI[-2.41,-1.68],P<0.000 01). GRADE system showed that the evidence level of the above outcome indicators was low and extremely low. In terms of adverse reactions, two of the included studies reported mild adverse reactions, and the rest of studies were not mentioned, so this study was not able to make a positive evaluation of the safety of Naoxueshu Oral Liquid. This study showed that compared with conventional Western medicine, combined Naoxueshu Oral Liquid may be better for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. However, due to the high bias risk in the included studies, more large-sample and high-quality RCTs are still needed in the future.

RESUMO

The study aims to analyze the outcome indicators of randomized controlled trial(RCT) of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH) in recent three years, and thus provide suggestions for the future studies in this field. Four English databases, four Chinese databases and two online registration websites of clinical trials were searched. The RCTs published between January 2018 and September 2020 were screened. The risk of bias was assessed and outcome measures were classified. A total of 151 839 articles were retrieved, of which 44 RCTs were included for analysis after screening. The outcome measures of the included RCTs were classified into 7 categories, among which the symptoms/signs category showed the highest reporting rate. National Institute of Health stroke scale(72.73%) was the most frequently reported outcome indicator, while the vo-lume of intracerebral hemorrhage determined by computerized tomography(36.36%) was the most frequently reported lab test outcome. Most studies collect the outcomes at the end of treatment, while 9 studies reported long-term outcomes 3 months or more after onset. Compared with those of international clinical trials, the application of some of the outcomes was reasonable, focusing on patients' symptoms, quality of life and objective outcomes. However, there were still several problems: unclear primary and secondary outcome measures, insufficient attention to long-term prognosis, insufficient attention to social function, few TCM outcomes, lack of measurement blindness and the use of unreasonable composite outcomes. It is recommended that researchers should rationally design the outcome indicators of clinical trials and develop the core outcome set.

RESUMO

To systematically review the efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with minimally invasive surgery or basic the-rapy in treating hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH) patients compared with minimally invasive surgery or basic treatment. In this study, the four Chinese databases, the four English databases, Chinese Clinical Trial Registry and ClinicalTrail.gov, all above were systematically and comprehensively retrieved from the time of database establishment to September 10, 2020. Rando-mized controlled trials(RCTs) were screened out according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria established in advanced. The methodological quality of included studies was evaluated by the tool named "Cochrane bias risk assessment 6.1". Meta-analysis of the included studies was performed using RevMan 5.4, and the quality of outcome indicators was evaluated by the GRADE system. Finally, 17 studies were included, involving 1 852 patients with HICH, and the overall quality of the included studies was not high. According to Meta-analysis,(1)CSS score of the group of acupuncture combined with minimally invasive surgery or basic therapy was superior to the group of minimally invasive surgery or basic therapy(MD=-3.50,95%CI[-4.39,-2.61],P<0.000 01);(2)NIHSS score of the group of acupuncture combined with minimally invasive surgery or basic therapy was superior to the group of minimally invasive surgery or basic therapy(MD=-4.78,95%CI[-5.55,-4.00],P<0.000 01);(3)the cerebral hematoma volume of the group of acupuncture combined with minimally invasive surgery or basic therapy was superior to the group of minimally invasive surgery or basic therapy(MD=-4.44,95%CI[-5.83,-3.04],P<0.000 01);(4)ADL score of the group of acupuncture combined with minimally invasive surgery or basic therapy was superior to the group of minimally invasive surgery or basic therapy(MD=20.81,95%CI[17.25,24.37],P<0.000 01);(5)the GCS score of the group of acupuncture combined with minimally invasive surgery or basic therapy was superior to the group of minimally invasive surgery or basic therapy(MD=2.41,95%CI[1.90,2.91],P<0.000 01). The GRADE system showed an extremely low level of evidence for the above outcome indicators. Adverse reactions were mentioned only in two literatures, with no adverse reactions reported. The available evidence showed that acupuncture combined with minimally invasive surgery or basic therapy had a certain efficacy in patients of HICH compared with minimally invasive surgery or basic therapy. However, due to the high risk of bias in the included studies, its true efficacy needs to be verified by more high-quality studies in the future.

RESUMO

3D magnetic porous carbon (MPCK) was prepared using the metal-organic framework (MOF) MIL-100(Fe) as the carbon precursor by carbonisation and KOH activation strategies. Carbonisation and activation ensured that MPCK possessed excellent structural and thermal stability, strong magnetic responsiveness and high surface area. MPCK was used as an adsorbent for the magnetic solid-phase extraction of clenbuterol and ractopamine from mutton samples. The concentration levels of analytes were determined by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. Under optimised extraction conditions, the peak area responded linearly to analytes over the concentration range from 0.05 µg L-1 to 40 µg L-1 (r ≥ 0.9972). The detection limits of clenbuterol and ractopamine were found to be 0.130 µg kg-1 and 0.150 µg kg-1, respectively. The satisfactory recoveries in mutton samples ranging from 95.64% to 114.65% indicated that 3D porous carbon is a promising adsorption material for the extraction of clenbuterol and ractopamine from complex biological matrixes.
