RESUMO

Oxidases and peroxidases are two subclasses of oxidoreductases. The abnormal expression of oxidases (such as tyrosinase, cytochrome P450 oxidases, and monoamine oxidases) and peroxidases (such as glutathione peroxidase, myeloperoxidase, and eosinophil peroxidase) is relative with some diseases. Therefore, the analysis of oxidases and peroxidases is great important for disease diagnosis and treatment. Fluorescent probes present simple protocol, high sensitivity and good stability in sensing field. Molecule fluorescent probes are constructed with chemical groups that tunes their fluorescence emission in response to binding events, chemical reactions, and the surrounding environment. A fluorescent probe is an efficient tool for visualizing the activity of enzymes in living organisms on the basis of its high specificity, sensitivity, and noninvasiveness characteristics. In this review, we focus on the sensing of oxidases and peroxidases by molecule fluorescent probes, and hope to bring new insight to wide researchers about oxidases and peroxidases in biological samples.

BACKGROUND: Recent studies have shown that the expression of bHLH transcription factors Hes1, Ascl1, and Oligo2 has an oscillating balance in neural stem cells (NSCs) to maintain their self-proliferation and multi-directional differentiation potential. This balance can be disrupted by exogenous stimulation. Our previous work has identified that electrical stimulation could induce neuronal differentiation of mouse NSCs. METHODS: To further evaluate if physiological electric fields (EFs)-induced neuronal differentiation is related to the expression patterns of bHLH transcription factors Hes1, Ascl1, and Oligo2, mouse embryonic brain NSCs were used to investigate the expression changes of Ascl1, Hes1 and Oligo2 in mRNA and protein levels during EF-induced neuronal differentiation. RESULTS: Our results showed that NSCs expressed high level of Hes1, while expression of Ascl1 and Oligo2 stayed at very low levels. When NSCs exited proliferation, the expression of Hes1 in differentiated cells began to decrease and oscillated at the low expression level. Oligo2 showed irregular changes in low expression level. EF-stimulation significantly increased the expression of Ascl1 at mRNA and protein levels accompanied by an increased percentage of neuronal differentiation. What's more, over-expression of Hes1 inhibited the neuronal differentiation induced by EFs. CONCLUSION: EF-stimulation directed neuronal differentiation of NSCs by promoting the continuous accumulation of Ascl1 expression and decreasing the expression of Hes1.

RESUMO

Oxidative stress is closely related to the physiopathology of numerous diseases. Reactive oxygen species (ROS), reactive nitrogen species (RNS), and reactive sulfur species (RSS) are direct participants and important biomarkers of oxidative stress. A comprehensive understanding of their changes can help us evaluate disease pathogenesis and progression and facilitate early diagnosis and drug development. In recent years, fluorescent probes have been developed for real-time monitoring of ROS, RNS and RSS levels in vitro and in vivo. In this review, conventional design strategies of fluorescent probes for ROS, RNS, and RSS detection are discussed from three aspects: fluorophores, linkers, and recognition groups. We introduce representative fluorescent probes for ROS, RNS, and RSS detection in cells, physiological/pathological processes (e.g., Inflammation, Drug Induced Organ Injury and Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury etc.), and specific diseases (e.g., neurodegenerative diseases, epilepsy, depression, diabetes and cancer, etc.). We then highlight the achievements, current challenges, and prospects for fluorescent probes in the pathophysiology of oxidative stress-related diseases.

Schizophrenia is a common mental disorder with unclear mechanisms. Oxidative stress and neuroinflammation play important roles in the pathological process of schizophrenia. Superoxide anion (O2•-) is an important oxidative stress biomarker in vivo. However, due to the existence of the blood-brain barrier (BBB), few near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent probes have been used for the sensing and detection of O2•- in the brain. With this research, we developed the first near-infrared fluorescent probe (named CT-CF3) for noninvasive detection of endogenous O2•- in the brain of mice. Enabling fluorescence monitoring of the dynamic changes in O2•- flux due to the prolonged activation of microglia in neuroinflamed and schizophrenic (SZ) mice brains, thereby providing direct evidence for the relationship between oxidative stress, neuroinflammation, and schizophrenia. Furthermore, we confirmed the O2•- burst in the brains of first-episode schizophrenic mice and assessed the effect of two atypical antipsychotic drugs (risperidone and olanzapine) on redox homeostasis.

OBJECTIVES: To develop and validate a machine learning model based on contrast-enhanced CT to predict the risk of occurrence of the composite clinical endpoint (hospital-based intervention or death) in cirrhotic patients with acute variceal bleeding (AVB). METHODS: This retrospective study enrolled 330 cirrhotic patients with AVB between January 2017 and December 2020 from three clinical centers. Contrast-enhanced CT and clinical data were collected. Centers A and B were divided 7:3 into a training set and an internal test set, and center C served as a separate external test set. A well-trained deep learning model was applied to segment the liver and spleen. Then, we extracted 106 original features of the liver and spleen separately based on the Image Biomarker Standardization Initiative (IBSI). We constructed the Liver-Spleen (LS) model based on the selected radiomics features. The performance of LS model was evaluated by receiver operating characteristics and calibration curves. The clinical utility of models was analyzed using decision curve analyses (DCA). RESULTS: The LS model demonstrated the best diagnostic performance in predicting the composite clinical endpoint of AVB in patients with cirrhosis, with an AUC of 0.782 (95% CI 0.650-0.882) and 0.789 (95% CI 0.674-0.878) in the internal test and external test groups, respectively. Calibration curves and DCA indicated the LS model had better performance than traditional clinical scores. CONCLUSION: A novel machine learning model outperforms previously known clinical risk scores in assessing the prognosis of cirrhotic patients with AVB CLINICAL RELEVANCE STATEMENT: The Liver-Spleen model based on contrast-enhanced CT has proven to be a promising tool to predict the prognosis of cirrhotic patients with acute variceal bleeding, which can facilitate decision-making and personalized therapy in clinical practice. KEY POINTS: • The Liver-Spleen machine learning model (LS model) showed good performance in assessing the clinical composite endpoint of cirrhotic patients with AVB (AUC ≥ 0.782, sensitivity ≥ 80%). • The LS model outperformed the clinical scores (AUC ≤ 0.730, sensitivity ≤ 70%) in both internal and external test cohorts.

RESUMO

A facile and efficient visible-light-mediated method for directly converting 1,4-naphthoquinones into dihydrocyclo-buta[b]naphthalene-3,8-diones (DHCBNDOs) under mild and clean conditions without using any photocatalysts is reported. This approach exhibited favorable compatibility with functional groups and afforded a series of DHCBNDOs with excellent regioselectivity and high yields. Moreover, detailed mechanism studies were carried out both experimentally and theoretically. The readily accessible, low-cost and ecofriendly nature of the developed strategy will endow it with attractive applications in organic and medicinal chemistry.

BACKGROUND: N6-methyladenosine (m6A) RNA modification regulators play an important role in many human diseases, and its abnormal expression can lead to the occurrence and development of diseases. However, their significance in pulpitis remains largely unknown. Here, we sought to identify and validate the m6A RNA regulatory network in pulpitis. METHODS: Gene expression data for m6A regulators in human pulpitis and normal pulp tissues from public GEO databases were analyzed. Bioinformatics analysis including Gene ontology (GO) functional, and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes (KEGG) pathway analyses were performed by R package, and Cytoscape software was used to study the role of m6A miRNA-mRNA regulatory network in pulpitis. Quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) was performed to validate the expression of key m6A regulators in collected human pulpitis specimens. RESULTS: Differential genes between pulpitis and normal groups were found from the GEO database, and further analysis found that there were significant differences in the m6A modification-related genes ALKBH5, METTL14, METTL3, METTL16, RBM15B and YTHDF1. And their interaction relationships and hub genes were determined. The hub m6A regulator targets were enriched in immune cells differentiation, glutamatergic synapse, ephrin receptor binding and osteoclast differentiation in pulpitis. Validation by qRT-PCR showed that the expression of methylases METTL14 and METTL3 was decreased, thus these two genes may play a key role in pulpitis. CONCLUSION: Our study identified and validated the m6A RNA regulatory network in pulpitis. These findings will provide valuable resource to guide the mechanistic and therapeutic analysis of the role of key m6A modulators in pulpitis.

OBJECTIVES: We aimed to investigate the additional significance of cerebral small vessel disease (SVD) beyond collaterals in determining the clinical outcome after acute ischemic stroke (AIS). METHODS: We retrospectively reviewed large vessel-involved stroke patients who had baseline CTA within 24 h after symptom onset and had an MRI scan 5 days after admission from October 1, 2018, to October 31, 2021. Collaterals and SVD markers (including atrophy, leukoaraiosis, lacunes, and perivascular space) were graded on CT angiography and MR images, respectively. Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score at 90 days was recorded, and mRS ≤ 2 was regarded as a good clinical outcome. The associations between SVD markers, collaterals, and mRS were analyzed using logistic and causal mediation regression. RESULTS: We finally enrolled 119 patients (70 ± 13 years). The multivariable regression showed atrophy (evidence: OR 0.05 [95% CI 0.01-0.31], p = 0.002; severe: OR 0.08 [95% CI 0.01-0.44], p = 0.007) and evidence of lacune (OR 0.30 [95% CI 0.08-0.96], p = 0.049) were associated with poor clinical outcomes after correcting covariables. Collaterals mediated 25.74% of the effect of atrophy on poor clinical outcomes (p < 0.001), while lacune impacted clinical outcomes without collaterals' mediation effect (p = 0.54). The classification model with atrophy and lacune had a significantly higher AUC than without markers to distinguish good and poor outcomes (p = 0.036). CONCLUSIONS: Beyond collaterals, brain frailty, specifically assessed by atrophy and lacune, was essential in evaluating stroke patients and could additionally improve the stroke outcome prediction. KEY POINTS: • Beyond collaterals, brain frailty, specifically assessed by brain atrophy and lacune, was still an independent risk factor of unfavorable clinical outcomes after AIS. • Adding brain atrophy and lacune into the model has an extra benefit in predicting stroke outcomes. • The effect of atrophy on stroke outcomes was proportionally mediated through collaterals, but about three-quarters of the effect of brain atrophy and the total effect of lacune directly impacted stroke outcomes without a mediation effect of collaterals.

Brain organoids can reproduce the regional three-dimensional (3D) tissue structure of human brains, following the in vivo developmental trajectory at the cellular level; therefore, they are considered to present one of the best brain simulation model systems. By briefly summarizing the latest research concerning brain organoid construction methods, the basic principles, and challenges, this review intends to identify the potential role of the physiological electric field (EF) in the construction of brain organoids because of its important regulatory function in neurogenesis. EFs could initiate neural tissue formation, inducing the neuronal differentiation of NSCs, both of which capabilities make it an important element of the in vitro construction of brain organoids. More importantly, by adjusting the stimulation protocol and special/temporal distributions of EFs, neural organoids might be created following a predesigned 3D framework, particularly a specific neural network, because this promotes the orderly growth of neural processes, coordinate neuronal migration and maturation, and stimulate synapse and myelin sheath formation. Thus, the application of EF for constructing brain organoids in a3D matrix could be a promising future direction in neural tissue engineering.

BACKGROUND: Oral lichenoid lesion (OLL) is a term used to describe oral lesions that have clinical and/or histopathological features similar to oral lichen planus (OLP), but it is thought to be caused by specific triggers or systemic conditions and presents higher malignant transformation rate than OLP. To date, OLL simultaneously complicated with Castleman's disease (CD) and papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) has not been reported. Reporting from such disorders is crucial to avoid misdiagnosis and help in timely intervention. CASE PRESENTATION: We report a rare case of a 39-year-old female with extensive ulcerated lesions on the oral mucosa, diagnosed as OLL by histopathology. Routine oral treatment was scheduled to control the OLL, while the oral lesions remained unhealed. Computed tomography examination was performed after the oral treatment and revealed thyroid and mediastinal masses, which were then surgically removed and pathologically diagnosed as PTC and CD, respectively. Two months after complete excision of the neoplasms, the oral lesions showed obvious alleviation. With subsequent treatment for oral lesions, the patient's OLL healed. CONCLUSIONS: This is the first reported OLL case simultaneously associated with CD and PTC. This case reminds us to focus on the underlying etiologies of OLL and the multidisciplinary collaboration for oral lesions associated with systemic diseases.

Background and Purpose: Ipsilateral thalamic diaschisis (ITD) initially describes functional depression of the thalamus ipsilateral to a supratentorial lesion, but accumulating evidence has shown morphological changes also occur. Therefore, we aimed to characterize thalamic perfusion and diffusion related to ITD over time and their inter-relationships after middle cerebral artery infarction. Methods: Eighty-five patients with middle cerebral artery infarction who underwent diffusion kurtosis imaging and arterial spin labeling were retrospectively included. ITD was diagnosed as ipsilateral thalamic hypoperfusion present on ≥2 cerebral blood flow maps. The thalamic asymmetrical index was calculated as (ipsilateral value−contralateral value)/contralateral value×100%. Finally, the inter-relationships of thalamic perfusion and diffusion were analyzed. Results: ITD was present in 56/85 patients (65.9%, ITD+). In ITD+ patients, larger abnormal perfusion volume, higher perfusion-infarct mismatch and lower rates of focal hyperperfusion were observed than ITD− patients. Infarction affecting the corona radiata were more frequent among ITD+ patients. Mean kurtosis were slightly but significantly increased within the ipsilateral thalamus compared with the contralateral one in ITD+ patients of subacute and chronic groups, while fractional anisotropy was significantly increased in subacute group but decreased in chronic group for both ITD+ and ITD− patients. Mean diffusivity was significantly increased in ITD+ patients of chronic group. Furthermore, the AICBF was negatively and significantly correlated with AIMK and AIFA in ITD+ patients in subacute group, and AIMD, even after adjustment for abnormal perfusion volume and days from symptoms onset, in chronic group. ITD+ patients had significantly higher National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale and modified Rankin Scale scores at admission and discharge and also showed a trend to independent association with clinical outcome at discharge. Conclusions: The combination of arterial spin labeling and diffusion kurtosis imaging can reveal early, time-specific thalamic perfusion and diffusion changes after middle cerebral artery infarction. ITD-related hypoperfusion was significantly correlated with underlying microstructural alterations.

BACKGROUND: Computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) are both capable of predicting microvascular invasion (MVI) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However, which modality is better is unknown. PURPOSE: To intraindividually compare CT and MRI for predicting MVI in solitary HCC and investigate the added value of radiomics analyses. STUDY TYPE: Retrospective. SUBJECTS: Included were 402 consecutive patients with HCC (training set:validation set = 300:102). FIELD STRENGTH/SEQUENCE: T2-weighted, diffusion-weighted, and contrast-enhanced T1-weighted imaging MRI at 3.0T and contrast-enhanced CT. ASSESSMENT: CT- and MR-based radiomics signatures (RS) were constructed using the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator regression. CT- and MR-based radiologic (R) and radiologic-radiomics (RR) models were developed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression. The performance of the RS/models was compared between two modalities. To investigate the added value of RS, the performance of the R models was compared with the RR models in HCC of all sizes and 2-5 cm in size. STATISTICAL TESTS: Model performance was quantified by the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) and compared using the Delong test. RESULTS: Histopathologic MVI was identified in 161 patients (training set:validation set = 130:31). MRI-based RS/models tended to have a marginally higher AUC than CT-based RS/models (AUCs of CT vs. MRI, P: RS, 0.801 vs. 0.804, 0.96; R model, 0.809 vs. 0.832, 0.09; RR model, 0.835 vs. 0.872, 0.54). The improvement of RR models over R models in all sizes was not significant (P = 0.21 at CT and 0.09 at MRI), whereas the improvement in 2-5 cm was significant at MRI (P < 0.05) but not at CT (P = 0.16). DATA CONCLUSION: CT and MRI had a comparable predictive performance for MVI in solitary HCC. The RS of MRI only had significant added value for predicting MVI in HCC of 2-5 cm. PURPOSE: The self-crosslinked hyaluronic acid (scHA) and steroids are considered as efficient factors for postoperative management after chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) nasal surgery. This randomized clinical trial is designed to investigate the efficacy and potential of scHA gel as a topical drug sustained release carrier for steroid of budesonide. METHODS: The study is performed with 30 patients of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) who underwent functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS). The single application of scHA was assessed in the control patient group for postoperative recovery. In the treatment patient group, the combination of scHA/budesonide was applied for postoperative management. The patients are followed up in 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 12 weeks after surgery. RESULTS: The combination of scHA/budesonide results in better endoscopic scoring and mucus evaluation than the single scHA application. CONCLUSION: The results indicate that the combination of scHA/budesonide is a valuable treatment for the FESS postoperative management and implies the potential of scHA gel as a topical drug sustained release scaffold.

This study is screened for naphthalene degrading strains from a heavily polluted area with high naphthalene concentration in the rainwater for the effective removal of naphthalene from rainwater. Recently, naphthalene biodegradation has been achieved in water. However, the influences of organics and inorganics in the rainwater on the biodegradation of naphthalene remains unclear. The naphthalene degrading strain Klebsiella sp. (WJ-1) was identified from sewage sludge. The effects of temperature, pH, inoculum size, and rotation speed on the degradation ability of WJ-1 were studied. The results showed that the naphthalene degradation rates of WJ-1 in rainwater were higher than those in aqueous solution at different experimental conditions. The optimal conditions were 30 °C, 10% inoculum size, pH 7.0, and a rotation speed of 150 rpm. The substances in rainwater might be important co-metabolites of naphthalene degradation. Based on intermediate metabolites detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS), the naphthalene biodegradation pathway was identified, as being similar to the phthalic acid pathway. These results suggest WJ-1 as a good candidate for the efficient bioremediation of naphthalene from rainwater in heavily polluted areas.

AIMS: Sinonasal inverted papilloma (SIP) and sinonasal oncocytic papilloma (SOP) are uncommon, benign epithelial neoplasms located in the sinonasal region, that have the potential for malignant transformation. A recent study reported that EGFR and KRAS mutations occurred in the majority of Western patients with SIP and SOP, respectively. The aims of this study were to investigate the prevalence of KRAS and EGFR mutations in Chinese SIP and SOP patients, and to study the association between molecular alterations and their clinical features. METHODS AND RESULTS: We retrospectively collected 80 sinonasal papilloma specimens, including 44 cases with SIP, 33 cases with SOP, and three cases with mixed sinonasal papilloma, which harboured elements of both inverted and oncocytic types. Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues were used to extract genomic DNA, and EGFR and KRAS mutations were evaluated with direct Sanger sequencing. Thirty-five (78%) SIP patients harboured EGFR mutations, and all mutations were exon 20 insertions, whereas no KRAS mutations were detected. In contrast, KRAS mutations were detected in 82% of SOP patients, but no EGFR mutations were detected. Among the three mixed-type cases, two harboured both EGFR exon 20 insertions and KRAS mutations. Another case harboured a KRAS mutation, but no EGFR mutation was detected. CONCLUSION: SIP and SOP are two clinical entities with different genetic mutational patterns of EGFR and KRAS. Mixed types with elements of both SIP and SOP may harbour both EGFR and KRAS mutations.

Renal function varies according to the nature and stage of diseases. Renal functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), a technique considered superior to the most common method used to estimate the glomerular filtration rate, allows for noninvasive, accurate measurements of renal structures and functions in both animals and humans. It has become increasingly prevalent in research and clinical applications. In recent years, renal fMRI has developed rapidly with progress in MRI hardware and emerging postprocessing algorithms. Function-related imaging markers can be acquired via renal fMRI, encompassing water molecular diffusion, perfusion, and oxygenation. This review focuses on the progression and challenges of the main renal fMRI methods, including dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI, blood oxygen level-dependent MRI, diffusion-weighted imaging, diffusion tensor imaging, arterial spin labeling, fat fraction imaging, and their recent clinical applications. RESUMO

Mechanical itch, which is defined as an itch sensation caused by innocuous mechanical force, may warn of the potential risk in the skin. The increased mechanosensitivity in sensory neurons may cause scratch-induced itch and promote the transition from acute itch to chronic itch. Recent studies have not only expanded our knowledge about the neuronal circuits in the CNS but have also highlighted the importance of the peripheral epithelia-immune-neuronal crosstalk in the development of mechanical itch. In this review, we will summarize related findings about the molecular and cellular mechanisms of mechanical itch in the skin.

Canine distemper virus (CDV) is a highly contagious pathogen that causes severe diarrhea, fever and vomiting in domestic dogs, posing a serious threat to the dog breeding industry. Currently, there are no effective therapeutic agents for emergency treatment despite the availability of vaccines against CDV infection. Single-chain fragment variable (scFv) antibody has been demonstrated to effectively inhibit virus infections, suggesting a potential candidate as a therapeutic agent for canine distemper. In this study, a phage-displayed scFv library was constructed from the peripheral blood lymphocytes of dog immunized intramuscularly with live-attenuated CDV vaccine, and was subjected to four rounds of pannings against CDV. Subsequent indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay screening revealed high-affinity scFv antibodies specific to CDV, and indirect immunofluorescence assay screening revealed CDV-neutralizing activity of scFv antibodies. Our results showed that a scFv antibody 4-15 (scFv 4-15) with high-affinity binding to CDV and neutralizing activity against CDV was obtained, which displayed effective therapeutic potential in vivo for dogs challenged with a lethal dose of CDV. Conclusively, the scFv 4-15 with high-affinity binding and neutralizing activity to CDV that was obtained by phage display technology provides a promising candidate for the therapeutic agents against CDV infection.

To investigate the relationship between structures and adsorption properties, four different morphologies of chitosan, with hydrogel (CSH), aerogel (CSA), powder (CSP), and electrospinning nanofiber (CSEN) characteristics, were employed as adsorbents for the removal of Acid Red 27. The structures and morphologies of the four chitosan adsorbents were characterized with SEM, XRD, ATR-FTIR, and BET methods. The adsorption behaviors and mechanisms of the four chitosan adsorbents were comparatively studied. All adsorption behaviors exhibited a good fit with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model (R2 > 0.99) and Langmuir isotherm model (R2 > 0.99). Comparing the adsorption rates and the maximum adsorption capacities, the order was CSH > CSA > CSP > CSEN. The maximum adsorption capacities of CSH, CSA, CSP, and CSEN were 2732.2 (4.523), 676.7 (1.119), 534.8 (0.885), and 215.5 (0.357) mg/g (mmol/g) at 20 °C, respectively. The crystallinities of CSH, CSA, CSP, and CSEN were calculated as 0.41%, 6.97%, 8.76%, and 39.77%, respectively. The crystallinity of the four chitosan adsorbents was the main factor impacting the adsorption rates and adsorption capacities, compared with the specific surface area. With the decrease in crystallinity, the adsorption rates and capacities of the four chitosan adsorbents increased gradually under the same experimental conditions. CSH with a low crystallinity and large specific surface area resulted in the highest adsorption rate and capacity.

Vascularization is a key step to achieve pulp tissue regeneration and in vitro pre-vascularized dental pulp tissue could be applied as a graft substitute for dental pulp tissue repair. In this study, human dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs) and human umbilical vein endothelial cells (hUVECs) were co-cultured in 3D Matrigel and 150 mV/mm electric fields (EFs) were used to promote the construction of pre-vascularized dental pulp tissue. After optimizing co-cultured ratio of two cell types, immunofluorescence staining, and live/dead detection were used to investigate the effect of EFs on cell survival, differentiation and vessel formation in 3D engineered dental pulp tissue. RNA sequencing was used to investigate the potential molecular mechanisms by which EF regulates vessel formation in 3D engineered dental pulp tissue. Here we identified that EF-induced pre-vascularized engineered dental pulp tissue not only had odontoblasts, but also had a rich vascular network, and smooth muscle-like cells appeared around the blood vessels. The GO enrichment analysis showed that these genes were significantly enriched in regulation of angiogenesis, cell migration and motility. The most significant term of the KEGG pathway analysis were NOTCH signaling pathway and Calcium signaling pathway etc. The PPI network revealed that NOTCH1 and IL-6 were central hub genes. Our study indicated that EFs significantly promoted the maturation and stable of blood vessel in 3D engineered pulp tissue and provided an experimental basis for the application of EF in dental pulp angiogenesis and regeneration.
