INTRODUCTION: Nurse Navigators were introduced in Queensland, Australia, in 2016. Nurse Navigators coordinate person-centred care, create partnerships, improve care coordination and outcomes and facilitate system improvement, independently of hospital or community models. They navigate across all aspects of hospital and social services, liaising, negotiating and connecting care as needed. People stay with Nurse Navigators for as long as required, though the intent is to transition them from high-care needs to self-management. Nurse Navigators are a working model in rural and remote areas of Queensland. OBJECTIVE: To describe where the rural and remote Nurse Navigator position fits within the Rural Remote Nursing Generalist Framework and to define the depth and breadth of the rural and remote Nurse Navigator's scope of practice. DESIGN: Using template analysis, data from focus groups and interviews were analysed against the domains of the recently released National Rural and Remote Nursing Generalist Framework. Navigators working in rural and remote areas across Queensland Health were invited to an interview (n = 4) or focus group (n = 9), conducted between October 2019 and August 2020. FINDINGS: Rural and remote Nurse Navigators are proficient in all domains of the framework and actively champion for their patients, carers and the communities where they live and work. DISCUSSION: This research demonstrates that rural and remote Nurse Navigators are a working model of advanced nursing practice, acting as 'champions' of The Framework. CONCLUSION: The Nurse Navigator model of care introduced to Queensland exemplifies proficient registered nurse practice to the full extent of their knowledge and skill.

PURPOSE: High-risk breast pathology is a breast cancer risk factor for which timely treatment is crucial. Nurse navigation programs have been implemented to minimize delays in patient care. This study evaluated nurse navigation in terms of timeliness to surgery for patients with high-risk breast pathology. METHODS: This was a single-institution, retrospective review of patients with identified high-risk breast pathology undergoing lumpectomy between January 2017 and June 2019. Patients were stratified into cohorts based on periods with and without nurse navigation. Preoperative and postoperative time to care as well as demographic and tumor characteristics were compared using univariate and multivariate analysis. RESULTS: 100 patients had assigned nurse navigators and 29 patients did not. Nurse navigation was associated with reduced time from referral to date of surgery (DOS) by 16.9 days (p = 0.003). Patients > 75 years had a shorter time to first appointment (p = 0.03), and patients with Medicare insurance had a reduced time from referral to DOS (p = 0.005). 20% of all patients were upstaged to cancer on final surgical pathology. CONCLUSION: Nurse navigation was significantly associated with decreased time to care for patients with high-risk breast pathology undergoing lumpectomy. We recommend nurse navigation programs as part of a comprehensive approach for patients with high-risk breast pathology.

PURPOSE: We assessed low-dose computed tomography (LDCT) screening for lung cancer using a proactive patient education/recruitment program. METHODS: We identified patients aged 55-80 years from a family medicine group. In the retrospective phase (March-August, 2019), patients were categorized as current/former/never smokers, and screening eligibility was determined. Patients who underwent LDCT in the past year, along with outcomes, were documented. In the prospective phase (2020), patients in the same cohort who did not undergo LDCT were proactively contacted by a nurse navigator to discuss eligibility and prescreening. Eligible and willing patients were referred to their primary care physician. RESULTS: In the retrospective phase, of 451 current/former smokers, 184 (40.8%) were eligible for LDCT, 104 (23.1%) were ineligible, and 163 (36.1%) had an incomplete smoking history. Of those eligible, 34 (18.5%) had LDCT ordered. In the prospective phase, 189 (41.9%) were eligible for LDCT (150 [79.4%] of whom had no prior LDCT or diagnostic CT), 106 (23.5%) were ineligible, and 156 (34.6%) had an incomplete smoking history. The nurse navigator identified an additional 56/451 (12.4%) patients as eligible after contacting patients with incomplete smoking history. In total, 206 patients (45.7%) were eligible, an increase of 37.3% compared with the retrospective phase (150). Of these, 122 (59.2%) verbally agreed to screening, 94 (45.6%) met with their physician, and 42 (20.4%) were prescribed LDCT. CONCLUSIONS: A proactive education/recruitment model increased eligible patients for LDCT by 37.3%. Proactive identification/education of patients desiring to pursue LDCT was 59.2%. It is essential to identify strategies that will increase and deliver LDCT screening among eligible and willing patients.

BACKGROUND: Management of postoperative pulmonary complications (PPCs) can be challenging in gastric cancer patients undergoing radical gastrectomy and is always associated with poor prognosis. Even though oncology nurse navigator (ONN) provide effective and critical individualized care to patients, little is known about their impact on the occurrence of PPCs in gastric cancer patients. This study aimed to determine whether ONN decreases the incidence of PPCs in gastric cancer patients. METHODS: This was a retrospective review in which data for gastric cancer patients at one centre was evaluated before and after an ONN hired. An ONN was introduced to patients at their initial visit to manage pulmonary complications throughout treatment. The research was conducted from 1 August 2020 to 31 January 2022. The study participants were divided into the non-ONN group (from 1 August 2020 to 31 January 2021) and the ONN group (from 1 August 2021 to 31 January 2022). The incidence and severity of PPCs between the groups were then compared. RESULTS: ONN significantly decreased the incidence of PPCs (15.0% vs. 9.8%) (OR = 2.532(95% CI: 1.087-3.378, P = 0.045)), but there was no significant difference in the components of PPCs including pleural effusion, atelectasis, respiratory infection, and pneumothorax. The severity of PPCs was also significantly higher in the non-ONN group (p = 0.020). No significant statistical difference was observed for the major pulmonary complications ([Formula: see text] 3) between the two groups (p = 0.286). CONCLUSIONS: Role of ONN significantly decrease the incidence of PPCs in gastric cancer patients undergoing radical gastrectomy.

BACKGROUND: Patients with increased comorbidities, lower socioeconomic status, and African American (AA) race have been shown to be at increased risk for suboptimal outcomes after total joint arthroplasty (TJA). Despite the body of evidence highlighting these disparities, few interventions aimed at improving outcomes specifically in high-risk patients have been evaluated. This study evaluates the impact of an enhanced preoperative education pathway (EPrEP) on outcomes after TJA. METHODS: All patients included underwent unilateral primary total hip or knee arthroplasty at a single institution from September 1, 2020 to September 31, 2021. This is a retrospective observational cohort study comparing demographics, comorbidities, and outcomes of patients treated through EPrEP with those receiving routine care. Subgroup analysis of outcome differences by race was performed. RESULTS: In total, 1,716 patients were included in the study: 802 went through the EPrEP and 914 did not. EPrEP patients had a higher comorbidity burden as measured by the Charlson Comorbidity Index (3.54 ± 1.71 vs 3.25 ± 1.75, P < .001). After risk adjustment, there was no significant relationship among EPrEP utilization and length of stay, home discharge, or 30-day readmissions. However, EPrEP patients were less likely to return to the emergency department 30 days postoperatively (odds ratio 0.49, 95% confidence interval 0.27-0.86, P = .016). No significant differences in outcomes between AA and non-AA patients were observed. CONCLUSION: High-risk patients receiving individualized nurse navigator counseling experienced similar outcomes to the broader patient population undergoing TJA. Implementation of EPrEPs may be an effective means of enhancing the equity of care quality across all patients undergoing TJA.

BACKGROUND: Multidisciplinary team meetings (MDTMs) represent an integral component of modern cancer care and have increasingly been implemented to ensure accurate and evidence-based treatment recommendations. During MDTMs, multiple and complex medical and patient-related information should be considered by a multi-professional team whose members contribute various perspectives. Registered nurses (RNs) are expected to share information on the patient perspective at MDTMs. However, research suggests that RNs' contributions to case discussions are limited and that patient perspective is generally underrepresented. Our aim was to explore RNs' views of the prerequisites for and barriers to the inclusion of the patient perspective in MDTMs in Swedish cancer care. METHODS: Data were collected from four focus group interviews with 22 RNs who worked as contact nurses in Swedish cancer care. Interviews were transcribed and analysed using inductive content analysis. RESULTS: The analysis identified two categories and five subcategories. The participants presented different views and expressed ambivalence about the patient perspective in MDTMs. Subcategories were related to medical versus holistic perspectives, the added value of patient perspective, and possibilities for patient contributions. The participants also discussed prerequisites for the patient perspective to be considered in MDTM decision-making process, with subcategories related to structures promoting attention to the patient perspective and determinants of RNs' contributions to case discussions in MDTMs. CONCLUSIONS: This study demonstrates various views related to the patient perspective in MDTMs and identifies a great need to clarify the RN's role. Our results indicate that if enhanced presentation of the patient perspective in MDTMs is desired, key information points and structures must be established to collect and present relevant patient-related information.

BACKGROUND: Hepatitis C virus (HCV) and the opioid epidemic disproportionately affect the Appalachian region. Geographic and financial barriers prevent access to specialty care. Interventions are needed to address the HCV-opioid syndemic in this region. METHODS: We developed an innovative, collaborative telehealth model in Southwest Virginia featuring bidirectional referrals from and to comprehensive harm reduction (CHR) programs and office-based opioid therapy (OBOT), as well as workforce development through local provider training in HCV management. We aimed to (1) describe the implementation process of provider training and (2) assess the effectiveness of the telehealth model by monitoring patient outcomes in the first year. RESULTS: The provider training model moved from a graduated autonomy model with direct specialist supervision to a 1-day workshop with parallel tracks for providers and support staff followed by monthly case conferences. Forty-four providers and support staff attended training. Eight providers have begun treating independently. For the telehealth component, 123 people were referred, with 62% referred from partner OBOT or CHR sites; 103 (84%) attended a visit, 93 (76%) completed the treatment course, and 61 (50%) have achieved sustained virologic response. Rates of sustained virologic response did not differ by receipt of treatment for opioid use disorder. CONCLUSIONS: Providers demonstrated a preference for an in-person training workshop, though further investigation is needed to determine why only a minority of those trained have begun treating HCV independently. The interdisciplinary nature of this program led to efficient treatment of hepatitis C in a real-world population with a majority of patients referred from OBOTs and CHR programs.

BACKGROUND: Rapidly implementing telehealth-facilitated healthcare services in a COVID-19 environment generates relational challenges for people with intellectual disability. Disability Nurse Navigators assume a critical intermediary role between the healthcare system and this population. AIM: To discuss the impact that rapid service change, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, can have on people with disability and the work of Disability Nurse Navigators who support them. METHODS: This clinical case discussion comprises two parts. First, a discussion on the impact that COVID-19 pandemic management has had on one person with an intellectual disability is framed using intersecting notions of cumulative complexity and Burden of Treatment Theory. Following, through a Latourian lens, the role of the Disability Nurse Navigator is explored. FINDINGS: During COVID-19, telehealth has proved an important tool for healthcare continuity. Yet, for some people with some disabilities who live with additional and cumulative layers of health and social complexity, the healthcare workload that is transferred to them is exacerbated as they try to interact with disabling infrastructure. DISCUSSION: The Disability Nurse Navigator recognises that people with disability are not independent of the technologies and structures that make up the healthcare system but that they are mutually constitutive. The Disability Nurse Navigator thus works to stabilise the relationships between changed service provision and the healthcare workload and capacity of people with disability. CONCLUSION: The work of the Disability Nurse Navigator ultimately mitigated the disruption and additional treatment burden that is transferred to people with disability because of unintended consequences arising from the rapid introduction of service change.

The objective of this study was to examine a 1-year pilot program aimed at increasing access to fertility preservation (FP) information and services for reproductive-age women newly diagnosed with cancer at a centre geographically remote from a tertiary fertility clinic. An oncofertility nurse navigator (ONN) position was created within the regional cancer centre with the goals of (1) improving local physician knowledge of FP and FP services and (2) improving patient access to FP counselling and services. The ONN identified all women diagnosed with cancer requiring treatment that could impact their fertility and discussed FP options with them and their physicians. As part of a comprehensive program aimed at facilitating access to FP services, the ONN arranged consultations with fertility specialists via telemedicine and coordinated satellite cycle monitoring with a local gynaecologist in order to minimize travel. Patients were surveyed about their reproductive plans, decision-making around FP and experiences with the program. Physicians were surveyed about their engagement with FP services, barriers to FP access and satisfaction with the program. Twenty-two women were eligible for FP during the year-long pilot program. All participated in the study. The most common diagnoses were breast and cervical cancer. At the time of diagnosis, 36.4% of women had no biological children and 68.2% did not desire (more) children. Four women had an FP consultation, and two proceeded with oocyte or embryo cryopreservation. At the end of the pilot program, more physician respondents often or always discussed FP with their patients, stated they frequently refer for FP consultations and stated their patients could obtain FP services in a timely fashion. An ONN within a cancer centre remote from tertiary fertility care can enable access to FP services with minimal need for travel by using local gynaecologic expertise and telemedicine.

BACKGROUND: Patients with complex chronic conditions experience fragmentation of care, unnecessary hospitalization and reduced quality of life, with an increased incidence of poor health outcomes. AIM(S): The aim of this paper was to explore how nurse navigators manage client care. This was achieved through an examination of narratives provided by the nurse navigator that evaluated their scope of practice. METHOD(S): All nurse navigators employed by Queensland Health were invited to participate in a study evaluating the effectiveness of the service. Eighty-four self-reported vignettes were thematically analysed to understand the work from the nurses' perspectives. RESULTS: Two themes emerged from the vignettes. Theme 1, the layers of complexity, is comprised of three sub-themes: the complex patient, the complex system and patient outcomes. Theme 2, professional attributes, has two sub-themes: person-centred care and clinical excellence. CONCLUSION: Navigators innovatively integrate services and address the fragmented nature of the health system. They apply expert clinical and social skills, through consistent and robust communication, to meet the needs of those with multiple chronic conditions. IMPLICATIONS FOR NURSING MANAGEMENT: Results provide insight into the new role, illuminating the work they achieve, despite system complexities.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: Growing evidence indicates that the nurse navigator-pivot (NN), is key to optimizing care processes and outcomes. However, large scale studies are needed to examine how patients exposed to NNs (as opposed to non-NN) differentially perceived their cancer care experiences. METHOD: Participants (N = 2,858) treated for cancer in the last six months at university-affiliated cancer centres in Montréal, Québec, completed the Ambulatory Oncology Patient Satisfaction Survey (AOPSS). RESULTS: Cancer care experiences and satisfaction were significantly higher in the NN group (n = 2,003) for all six care domains (Ds from 3.32 to 8.95) and all four nursing functions (Ds from 5.64 to 10.39) when compared to the non-NN group (n = 855). DISCUSSION: The NN role is significantly related to enhanced cancer care experiences and higher patient satisfaction. Future research should explore potential causal effects between NNs and care processes, as well as patient outcomes.

BACKGROUND: Alternative payment models for total hip arthroplasty (THA) and total knee arthroplasty (TKA) have incentivized providers to deliver higher quality care at a lower cost, prompting some institutions to develop formal nurse navigation programs (NNPs). The purpose of this study was to determine whether a NNP for primary THA and TKA resulted in decreased episode-of-care (EOC) costs. METHODS: We reviewed a consecutive series of primary THA and TKA patients from 2015-2016 using claims data from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and Medicare Advantage patients from a private insurer. Three nurse navigators were hired to guide discharge disposition and home needs. Ninety-day EOC costs were collected before and after implementation of the NNP. To control for confounding variables, we performed a multivariate regression analysis to determine the independent effect of the NNP on EOC costs. RESULTS: During the study period, 5275 patients underwent primary TKA or THA. When compared with patients in the prenavigator group, the NNP group had reduced 90-day EOC costs ($19,116 vs $20,418 for Medicare and $35,378 vs $36,961 for private payer, P < .001 and P < .012, respectively). Controlling for confounding variables in the multivariate analysis, the NNP resulted in a $1575 per Medicare patient (P < .001) and a $1819 per private payer patient cost reduction (P = .005). This translates to a cost savings of at least $5,556,600 per year. CONCLUSION: The implementation of a NNP resulted in a marked reduction in EOC costs following primary THA and TKA. The cost savings significantly outweighs the added expense of the program. Providers participating in alternative payment models should consider using a NNP to provide quality arthroplasty care at a reduced cost.

AIM: To utilise multidisciplinary staff feedback to assess their perceptions of a novel emergency department nurse navigator role and to understand the impact of the role on the department. BACKGROUND: Prolonged emergency department stays impact patients, staff and quality of care, and are linked to increased morbidity and mortality. One innovative strategy to facilitate patient flow is the navigator: a nurse supporting staff in care delivery to enhance efficient, timely movement of patients through the department. However, there is a lack of rigorous research into this emerging role. DESIGN: Sequential exploratory mixed methods. METHODS: A supernumerary emergency department nurse navigator was implemented week-off-week-on, seven days a week for 20 weeks. Diaries, focus groups, and an online survey (24-item Navigator Role Evaluation tool) were used to collect and synthesise data from the perspectives of multidisciplinary departmental staff. RESULTS: Thematic content analysis of cumulative qualitative data drawn from the navigators' diaries, focus groups and survey revealed iterative processes of the navigators growing into the role and staff incorporating the role into departmental flow, manifested as: Reception of the role and relationships with staff; Defining the role; and Assimilation of the role. Statistical analysis of survey data revealed overall staff satisfaction with the role. Physicians, nurses and others assessed it similarly. However, only 44% felt the role was an overall success, less than half (44%) considered it necessary, and just over a third (38%) thought it positively impacted inter-professional relationships. Investigation of individual items revealed several areas of uncertainty about the role. Within-group differences between nursing grades were noted, junior nurses rating the role significantly higher than more senior nurses. CONCLUSION: Staff input yielded invaluable insider feedback for ensuing modification and optimal instigation of the navigator role, rendering a sense of departmental ownership. However, results indicate further work is needed to clarify and operationalise it.

To this effect, a Toulouse hospital team has developed a telephone follow-up service operated by nurse navigators. In collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team of the hospitalisation service, it provides close support to the patient and their family.

BACKGROUND: Modern cancer care requires the development of clinical pathways to enhance coordination, but there are few descriptive studies about the content of coordination activities. More specifically, little is known about hospital discharge coordination, although this is seen as a sensitive phase of clinical pathway. PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to identify and quantify the categories of activities performed by nurse navigators for hospital discharge coordination. METHODS: Patients supported within the Coordinating Outpatient Care department (COC) at Gustave Roussy (Villejuif, France). Study conducted over two consecutive phases (Feb-September 2014): (1) a qualitative phase to identify the categories of coordination activities (interviews with patients plus, focus groups with nurse navigators-NNs); (2) a quantitative phase to quantify the relative share of each category. The calls received through the telephone platform of COC (made by both patients and primary care providers) were systematically reported (caller; reason for the call; procedure performed) and then analyzed. RESULTS: Qualitative phase: 17 interviews with patients, plus 2 focus groups with NNs. Quantitative phase: 543 calls analyzed. The callers were patients or their relatives (38 %), private nurses (35 %), medical device providers (20 %), and other primary care providers (e.g., pharmacists, family physicians) (7 %). Five categories of coordination activities identified: (F1) Patient monitoring (29 %); (F2) Helping to navigate (24 %); (F3) Managing technical problems (17 %); (F4) Explaining care protocols (16 %); (F5) Collecting and transmitting the patient medical record information (14 %). CONCLUSIONS: The majority of requirements are related to organizational issues (e.g., navigation, lack of information, appointments). Nurse navigators' training and qualification must therefore combine both clinical and managerial skills.

AIMS: To explore community members' stories of their experiences with a Nurse Navigator programme serving an urban neighbourhood and primary care practice to address persistent health and social barriers adversely affecting health equity and well-being. BACKGROUND: In response to striking health and social inequalities existing across neighbourhoods in a large southern city in Ontario, Canada, a pilot programme was designed to improve health and social outcomes in a specific "at-risk" neighbourhood. The programme includes nurse-led navigation support for individuals and families and networking to facilitate improved service integration at a systems level. DESIGN: A narrative inquiry approach based on the Three-Dimensional Narrative Inquiry Space method, as described by Clandinin & Connelly (Narrative inquiry: Experience and story in qualitative research, ). METHODS: A thematic analysis of nine community members' life stories from narrative semi-structured interviews (January-June 2014) in conjunction with field notes, observations and documents. Participants' life stories created a common narrative of the experience of navigation in a community setting. FINDINGS: There were four main themes: "opening the door"; "more than just a conversation"; "making connections"; and "on a new trajectory". Participants valued the development of a therapeutic relationship, which optimized social inclusion, barrier reduction and connectivity to supportive health and social services. CONCLUSIONS: The relational process of navigation as an antecedent to barrier reduction has direct implications for programme development, continuing education of navigators and quality improvement of existing navigation services. Study findings have implications for development of navigation competencies for nurses working with priority populations to address health inequities.

AIM: To evaluate the effectiveness of a Nurse Navigator Programme on anxiety, psychological distress and quality of life in people with breast cancer. BACKGROUND: Breast cancer is the most frequently detected malignancy and a major cause of cancer death among women around the world. The lengthy course of illness from initial diagnosis to treatment and subsequent follow-up causes deterioration in physical, psychological and social status among patients. Nurses have a major role in cancer care. As women with breast cancer have to undergo various treatment modalities, continued care by a pivot nurse is thought to enhance treatment adherence. Limited studies have been reported from developing countries on Nurse Navigation Programmes. DESIGN: A Stratified Randomized controlled trial with repeated measures. METHODS: One hundred and twenty newly diagnosed women with breast cancer admitted to surgery wards of a tertiary care hospital in South India will be recruited. (Project funded in Octo"ber 2014). Women are randomly allocated to a control and intervention group. The outcome variables are anxiety, psychological distress and quality of life. Data on outcome measures will be collected at five different time points: before surgery, at discharge, beginning of adjuvant therapy, middle of adjuvant therapy and at the end of adjuvant therapy. DISCUSSION: This study may give evidence on the effectiveness of a Nurse Navigator Programme for women with breast cancer. If significant effects were detected, the programme could be integrated into hospital services to improve the patient care.

PURPOSE: The aim of the present study was to assess patient satisfaction with pynk: Breast Cancer Program for Young Women so as to determine how the program might be improved and to provide feedback to donors. METHODS: All pynk patients who had consented to have their information entered in our database and who supplied us with their e-mail address were invited to complete a 58-item online questionnaire consisting of multiple choice and open-ended questions. Domains included demographics, provision of written and spoken information, support, infertility risk, research awareness, attitudes toward discharge, and general feedback. RESULTS: Of 120 pynk patients approached, 61 (51%) participated. More than 90% were satisfied or very satisfied with the timing, usefulness, and clarity of spoken and written information given, and 69% found the service and support provided by the nurse navigator to be the most helpful component of the program. Of those who had received systemic therapy, 93% recalled a health care provider initiating a discussion of the risk of treatment-related infertility, and 67% were referred to a fertility clinic. On the negative side, 11%-27% were unaware of various services provided by pynk, and 11% were unaware of pynk's ongoing research. One third of patients were unhappy or ambivalent about the prospect of discharge from the program. CONCLUSIONS: Patient satisfaction with this novel program for young women with breast cancer is high. This study highlights the critical role that the nurse navigator plays in patient support and dissemination of information. In contrast to other reported surveys of young cancer patients, pynk patients are routinely given the opportunity to undergo fertility preservation.

Over the last several decades, breast screening, diagnosis, and treatment have evolved. With that evolutionary process, so have the complexities of oncology care, especially from the perspective of more fragmented care occurring. The majority of breast care is outpatient based. The need for patient navigation has heightened as this fragmentation and financial issues set before the oncologist and the patient continue to occur and in many situations increase. Without effective navigation, breast patients can fall through the cracks and not get diagnosed as early as possible, or not receive all appropriate treatment they need. We are also seeing a steady increase in the actual number of breast cancer patients being diagnosed and surviving long term. Unfortunately simultaneous to this happen there is also a growing shortage of oncology specialists in the USA. This results in a need to transition survivors back to their community physicians after the completion of their acute treatment, and to do so in an organized, anticipated manner that prepares the survivor and her PCP and gynecologist, the tools they all need for effective cancer survivorship management.

Telehealth clinics have been used in many specialities, including neurosurgery, to improve access for patients in rural communities. The introduction of nurse navigators involved with the patient before, during and after the clinic was evaluated. Clinics were held in a rural hospital with a nurse navigator present in the clinic with the patient, and the physician consulting remotely. A patient satisfaction survey and audit were conducted following ten telehealth clinics. Twenty-one new patients were able to be contacted out of 31 (68%) with an 11 question structured survey. Eighteen out of 21 (86%) stated they were satisfied with the quality of the clinic compared with an in-person clinic. Overall satisfaction scores of 7-10 were scored by 18/21 patients (86%) on a scale of 1-10. An estimated 10785 km of travel was saved for patients going to a rural hospital clinic rather than the neurosurgical centre. This study shows that the supportive role of nurse navigators throughout the patient telehealth clinic pathway merits further continuing evaluation.
