Elaboração de um projeto pedagógico para qualificação dos agentes comunitários de saúde em vigilância à saúde do trabalhador: a construção compartilhada com os próprios sujeitos / Elaboration of a pedagogical project for Community Health Agents qualification on Workers Health Surveillance: the shared construction with its own co-workers
The present study aims to elaborate a pedagogical project of Community Agents of Health qualification on WorkersHealth Surveillance co-workers own perceptions. Developed in the city of Vitória da Conquista BA, the research has a qualitative nature anchored on theorical references from action-research. The first step of the results describes the participation of nurses in the research presenting their perception regarding the training of ACS in Visat and the second step describes the participation of ACS, exposing their perception of the various WorkersHealth actions and on the development of pedagogical proposal. The results of the first stage showed that although nurses recognize the WorkersHealth actions are on the list of duties of Primary Heatlh Care, they do not develop these actions in their routine work in the same proportion. The nurses agree that workershealth actions should be developed by ACS and showed interest in supporting the agents provided they build a training based on the patterns of permanent education and, in addition to involving the ACS, include them in the educational process. It is found also the ACS develop some care actions to the health of workers, however doesn't have a previous preparation to deal with issues related to Visat, been referred by them, unanimously, the need of training in the area. The ACS listed contents, methodology and didactic materials for the pedagogical proposal construction, expressing the desire of participate of a educative process which transcends the trainings boundaries and in constitutes a legitimate process on permanent education. Therefore, the pedagogic proposal of qualification of the ACS in Visat was constructed essentially by the perception of themselves, resulting in a valorization process for these professionals.
