Do quota supply for specialized exams and appointments meet the demands of family healthcare units?
it is a study of qualitative approach which was carried out with 91 subjects interviewed (users, health staff and directors) through semi-structured interviews and systematic observation of appointments. Data analysis was based on critical hermeneutic and flowchart analyzer.

the amount of quotas provided for specialized examinations and appointments in the familyhealthcare units is regarded by interviewees as reduced and insufficient to supply the demands from population, and it is not only a user's complain but also staff's and directors'. Finally the articulation between quota supply and demands in the Familyhealthcare is not just a matter of increasing the number of vacancies but of re-structuring the network and the work process in healthcare.
