Occupational HealthSurveillance involves the detection, knowledge, research and analysis of determinants and conditions of health problems related to work processes and environments in order to plan, execute and evaluate interventions to eliminate or control these factors. The overall objective of this study was to evaluate the degree of implementation of Vigilance in WorkerHealth in the Regional Cerest of João Pessoa, Paraíba, in 2015. The specific objectives were to validate the Logical Model of WorkerHealth Surveillance and the Matrix of Analysis and Judgment of this intervention; To characterize the compliance of the inputs and activities of Vigilance in Workers' Health in the Regional Cerest of João Pessoa, Paraíba, in 2015, and to identify the limiting factors and facilitators for the implementation of Vigilance in WorkerHealth in the Cerest Regional of João Pessoa, Paraíba, In 2015. This is a normative evaluation, based on national criteria and standards, with a formative purpose, which includes a case study with a qualitative approach. (...)
