Vigilância em saúde do trabalhador: a formação de agentes multiplicadores no âmbito da RENAST / Worker health surveillance: training of multiplier agents within RENAST
The training of human resources for the Unified Health System (SUS) emerges as a fundamentally important issue today. It brings to light the incorporation of the worker's health field as a practice of health surveillance in daily practices. This struggle and debate had its moment of greater visibility and effervescence in the Brazilian Health Reform and with the Federal Constitution of 1988. Since then, several initiatives have been taken and one of themis the TrainingCourse of Multipliers of Vigilance in Occupational Health carried out inpartnership of the Ministry of Health with Fiocruz. The trained multipliers are now responsible for delivering basic Visatcourses to the SUS worker's health network, including representatives of social control. The methodology proposed is based on the Permanent Education in Health. In order to answer the guiding question of the research, a questionnairewas elaborated, trying to identify if the pedagogical project of the course meets the needs related to the professional exercise and if the of fered training, according to the legal norm, is appropriate to the reality in which the workers are inserted.
