ABSTRACT

Myocardioscintigraphy with 99mTc MDP is patients undergoing protracted treatment with adriblastin led to the discovery that accumulation of the isotope was infrequent in subjects protected with strophanthin and vitamin E, contrary to the position in an earlier series for whom no treatment designed to reduce the cardiotoxic effect of the antiblastic drug had been provided.
