Trata-se de uma investiga‡Æo fundamentada na Fenomenologia Sociol¢gica de Alfred Schutz, cujo objeto de estudo foi o significado das orienta‡äes da Consulta de Enfermagem na perspectiva do familiar no tratamento quimioter pico ambulatorial da crian‡a portadora de cƒncer. O objetivo foi compreender este significado. Pesquisa qualitativa onde o cen rio foi o Centro de Quimioterapia Infantil do INCA-HC1 e os sujeitos foram os familiares das crian‡as em tratamento quimioter pico. Ap¢s aprova‡Æo do Comitˆ de tica Institucional sob o n§067/08 em consonƒncia com os crit‚rios ‚ticos estabelecidos pelo Conselho Nacional de Sa£de conforme resolu‡Æo 196/96, os seis depoimentos obtidos por meio de entrevista fenomenol¢gica, permitiram a partir dos “motivos-para”, compreender a a‡Æo subjetiva dos sujeitos mediante a constitui‡Æo das categorias concretas do vivido Interagir com o novo para aprender a cuidar na pr tica; Adquirir conhecimentos a partir da Consulta de Enfermagem para atender as necessidades do cliente; e Valorizar a a‡Æo educativa do enfermeiro a partir do apoio profissional. O “motivo-porque” emergiu atrav‚s da categoria Da a‡Æo intencional do enfermeiro …s mudan‡as conceituais do familiar da crian‡a sob tratamento quimioter pico. A partir da¡, foi poss¡vel construir o tipo vivido “familiar que acompanha o tratamento quimioter pico ambulatorial da crian‡a portadora de cƒncer frente …s orienta‡äes recebidas no momento da atividade assistencial Consulta de Enfermagem”. Interpretou-se como sendo familiares de ambos os sexos, que apresentam la‡os de consanginidade com as crian‡as submetidas ao tratamento quimioter pico, encaminhados … Consulta de Enfermagem no in¡cio do tratamento de suas crian‡as por norma institucional. Na consulta encontram acolhimento para o enfrentamento de uma vivˆncia singular, onde experienciam tratamento que traz como conseqˆncias, efeitos adversos nos v rios sistemas corporais de suas crian‡as, expressos por altera‡äes da imagem corporal, baixa da imunidade e necessidade de cuidados espec¡ficos. Obt‚m ainda na Consulta a possibilidade de interagir com o novo, para aprender a cuidar na pr tica, al‚m da aquisi‡Æo de conhecimentos para atender as necessidades de suas crian‡as, possibilitando valorizar o enfermeiro a partir do apoio profissional recebido, levando-os …s mudan‡as conceituais. Com a evolu‡Æo do estudo, emergiu o significado atribu¡do pelos sujeitos … a‡Æo educativa Consulta de Enfermagem no ambulat¢rio da quimioterapia infantil como um momento de aprendizagem das a‡äes educativas na pr tica dos cuidados para com as crian‡as, para que possam promover um mundo da vida com possibilidades de vida a partir de trocas cont¡nuas entre enfermeiros e familiares. Conclu¡mos que a a‡Æo intencional do enfermeiro em realizar a a‡Æo educativa na Consulta de enfermagem no espa‡o das  reas de especialidades, como aqui foi tratada a quimioterapia infantil, converge com as exigˆncias dispostas na resolu‡Æo COFEN 272/2002 sobre a Sistematiza‡Æo da Assistˆncia de Enfermagem – SAE, nas Institui‡äes de Sa£de Brasileiras. Salientamos que a partir do alcance do objetivo proposto neste estudo, de aprender a Fenomenologia Sociol¢gica de Alfred Schutz e suas concep‡äes, a a‡Æo educativa Consulta de Enfermagem a nosso ver, se apresenta como direcionadora das a‡äes de enfermagem realizadas com os clientes, estando fundamentada na necessidade de cientificidade das a‡äes desenvolvidas, tendo como sustenta‡Æo os “motivos” dos nossos sujeitos.(AU)

It treats of an investigation that was based on the Sociological Phenomenology of Alfred Schutz, whose study object was the meaning of the Nursing Consu1tation’s orientations in the familiar’s perspective in the ambulatory chemotherapy treatment of the child carrier of cancer and the objective was to understand this meaning. Qualitative research where the scenario was the Centro de Quimioterapia Infantil of the INCA-HCl and the subjects were the children's familiars under chemotherapy treatment. The six testimonies obtained by means of phenomenological interview, after approval of the Comitˆ de tica Institucional under the n. 067/08 in according with the ethical criteria established by the Conselho Nacional de Sa£de according to the 196/96 resolution, permitted from the "motives-to", understand the subjective action of the subjects through the constitution of the experienced’s concrete categories Interact with the new to learn to give care in the practice, acquire knowledge from the Nursing Consultation to attend the client’s needs and valorize the nurse’s educative action from the professional support. The "motive-why" emerged through the category From the intentional action of the nurse to the conceptual changes of the child’s familiar under chemotherapy treatment. From then, it was possible to build the experienced type "familiar who accompany the ambulatory chemotherapy treatment of the child carrier of cancer in front of the orientations received in the moment of the Nursing Consultation assistance activity", and interpret it as being familiars of both of the sexes, that present links of blood relation with the children submitted to the chemotherapy treatment and directed to the Nursing Consultation at the beginning of the treatment of theirs children by institutional practice, and that in it meet the reception to the confrontation of a singular experience where experience a treatment that brings as consequences, adverse effects of theirs children’s various corporal systems, expressed by alterations of the corporal image, low immunity and need of specific care, obtaining in the Nursing Consultation the possibility of interacting with the new to learn how to give care in the practice, beyond the acquisition of knowledge to attend theirs children’s needs, making possible to valorize the nurse from the professional support received, taking them to the conceptual changes. With the study evolution, it emerged the meaning attributed by the subjects to the Nursing Consultation educative action in the infantile chemotherapy ambulatory as A moment of the apprenticeship of the educative actions in the care practices to with the children in order to they can promote a life world with life possibilities from the continuous changes between nurses and familiars. We concluded that the nurse’s intentional action in realizing the Nursing Consultation educative action in the space of the specialty areas, as here was treated the infantile chemotherapy, converge with the requisitions disposed in the COFEN 272/2002 resolution about the Nursing Assistance Systematization - SAE- in the Brazilian Health Institutions. We emphasize that from the reach of the proposed objective in this study, of the learning the Alfred Schultz’s Sociological Phenomenology and his conceptions, the Nursing Consultation educative action in our opinion, presents as guider of the nursing actions realized with the clients, being based on the need of science property of the developed action, having as support the "motives" of our subjects.
