RESUMO
A case of infected nasopaline duct cyst (also called incisive canal cyst) is described. The diagnostic parameter in terms of its differentiation from an odontogenic cyst/inflammatory cyst associated with a tooth is emphasised in the case report. The radiographic and histopathological findings were very consistent with those of a nasopalatine duct cyst (AU)
