RESUMO

Stick to proper diets, and regular exercise. Shun tobacco, sedentary lifestyles and stressful situations. These ideas of healthy living have been catching on in many parts of the world since the 1980's. As a result of such trends, mortality from cardiovascular diseases declines in a number of industrialized countries, thus setting an example for all-governments and citizens-to follow

However, despite the fall, the disease of the heart and arteries remain the No. 1 killer globally and threaten world health. Death rates are on the rise in Eastern Europe and in the developing world. Cardiovascular diseases already take 12 million lives yearly -more than any single infective and parasitic disease. At least a half of such deaths are preventable according to WHO, through healty lifestyles

All the above facts provide the framework, and is also echoed in this video
