Обновленные рекомендации по лечению подростков и детей с хронической ВГC-инфекцией и Обновленные рекомендации по упрощенному предоставлению услуг и диагностике гепатита C содержат актуализированные научно обоснованные рекомендации по приоритетным темам, связанным с ВГC, в поддержку которых появились новые ключевые сведения и иной фактический материал. Они основываются на Guidelines for the care and treatment of persons diagnosed with chronic hepatitis C virus infection, 2018 [Руководстве ВОЗ по оказанию помощи и лечению при хроническойинфекции, вызванной вирусом гепатита C, 2018 г.] и на Guidelines on hepatitis B and C testing [Руководстве по тестированию на гепатиты B и C], выпущенном ВОЗ в 2017 г.

Principles for making prisons and places of detention resilient to infectious diseases, including epidemic and pandemic threats

This document aims to provide national and subnational authorities involved in prison health andprison health-care services with practical principles and actions for addressing five managementphases: prepare, prevent, detect and respond to infectious diseases, further strengthened bybuilding connectedness of prisons with wider health systems. This document also aims to enhancecapacity to tackle social determinants of health and to accelerate progress towards achieving thesustainable development goals, including universal health coverage. The document was developedthrough evidence review, remote expert consultation and interaction with experts during a dedicatedinternational conference. The evidence review focused on the five management phases applied tothe prison setting, leading to a draft collating the evidence, which was then used to identify keyquestions to be addressed and discussed during an international conference of stakeholders inprison health and global experts in infectious diseases in June 2023. A second evidence review wasconducted during which identified evidence gaps were further searched. Although this documentis primarily intended for policy-makers and policy-makers, it is expected that the document isalso useful for the health-care workforce in prisons and other places of detention. Thus, all coreprinciples presented are supported by recommendations for implementation.

Отчет о проведении субрегиональных совещаний руководителей национальных программ иммунизации в Европейском регионе ВОЗ

Программа «Болезни, предупреждаемые с помощью вакцин, и иммунизация» Европейского регионального бюро ВОЗ провела серию совещаний руководителей национальных программ иммунизации в 2022 и 2023 гг. Субрегиональное совещание руководителей программ иммунизации (PMM) Европейского региона ВОЗ из Казахстана, Кыргызстана, Узбекистана, Таджикистана и Туркменистана было проведено в Ташкенте,Узбекистан 27–29 сентября 2022 г.; совещание руководителей из Армении, Азербайджана, Беларуси, Грузии, Республики Молдова и Украины было проведено в Тбилиси, Грузия 15–17 ноября 2022 г.; совещание руководителей из Албании, Боснии и Герцеговины, Черногории, Северной Македонии, Сербии и Косово[1] было проведено в Белграде, Сербия 1-3 ноября 2022 г.; кроме того совещание представителей остальных стран региона было проведено 3–4 мая 2023 г. в Измире, Турция. Эти совещания предоставилиучастникам возможность пообщаться друг с другом, а также с сотрудниками ВОЗ, чтобы определить путь реализации Европейской повестки дня в области иммунизации на период до 2030 г., обсудить проблемы, связанные с вакцинацией против COVID-19, а также обсудить и поделиться опытом конкретных стран в определенных аспектах иммунизации. После проведения субрегиональных РММ в Узбекистане, Сербии и Грузии было проведено однодневное совещание для руководителей программ иммунизации и членовнациональных технических консультативных групп экспертов по иммунизации.

Report of the subregional meetings of National Immunization Programme Managers in the WHO European Region

The Vaccine-preventable Disease and Immunization Programme of the WHO Regional Office for Europe hosted a series of meetings of national immunization programme managers in 2022 and 2023. The WHO European Subregional Meeting of National Immunization Programme Managers (PMM) for Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan was held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, on 27–29 September 2022; the meeting for Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine was held in Tbilisi, Georgia, on 15–17 November 2022; the meeting for Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia and Kosovo[1] was held in Belgrade, Serbia, on 1–3 November 2022; and the meeting for the rest of the countries in the Region was held on 3–4 May 2023 in Izmir, Türkiye. The meetings offered participants the opportunity to interact with each other and WHO staff to chart the way forward on the implementation of the European Immunization Agenda 2030, discuss challenges with COVID-19 vaccination, and discuss and share country-specific experiences on specific immunization topics. Following the subregional PMMs in Uzbekistan, Serbia and Georgia, a one-day meeting was held for immunization programme managers and members of national technical advisory groups of experts on immunization.
