WHO Regional Meeting on Poliovirus Containment Progress for National Poliovirus Containment Coordinators and National Authorities for Containment: 26–27 September 2023, Copenhagen, Denmark

The WHO regional meeting on poliovirus containment progress for national poliovirus containment coordinators and national authorities for containment, held on 26–27 September 2023, provided technical support in the field of poliovirus containment implementation at the national level. The meeting addressed the role of national poliovirus containment coordinators in the implementation of the Global Action Plan for Poliovirus Containment and discussed the status and challenges of polio eradication and polio containment implementation in the WHO European Region based on the Regional overview and country experiences.

Compendium of indicators for the monitoring and evaluation framework of the European Immunization Agenda 2030

The European Immunization Agenda 2030 (EIA2030) is a vision and strategy, designed and crafted by the Member States, for achieving the full benefits of vaccination in the WHO European Region for the next decade. EIA2030 builds on the successes and lessons learned through implementation of the European Vaccine Action Plan 2015–2020. It also incorporates the lessons learned and best practices identified in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic and deploying COVID-19 vaccines, which have underlined the need to strengthen health service policies, delivery and practices, from the local to national levels. This Compendium of indicators serves as a technical annex to EIA2030. It provides information for each of the indicators in the monitoring and evaluation framework that was endorsed by Member States in 2021.

Він містить матеріал щодо плануван-ня, моніторингу та використання даних для покращення обслуговування, які можнавикористовувати на будь-якому рівні.У першому модулі розглядаються цільові захворювання для програм імунізації таописуються вакцини, що використовуються для їх профілактики.Другий модуль містить рекомендації для працівників медичних закладів. Він охо-плює використання обладнання холодового ланцюга та моніторингу температури,а також основне технічне обслуговування обладнання холодового ланцюга.У третьому модулі обговорюються практики, яких мають дотримуватися медичніпрацівники, щоб забезпечити найбезпечніше проведення ін’єкцій імунізації.У четвертому модулі обговорюється процес мікропланування для забезпечення до-ступу до послуг імунізації в кожній громаді.У пʼятому модулі описані завдання, які повинен виконати медичний працівник, щобзабезпечити якісне проведення сесії імунізації. Він охоплює підготовку, питання ко-мунікації з особами, які здійснюють догляд, під час сесії, оцінювання немовлят передвакцинацією, правильну техніку введення вакцин, а також інструкції щодо закриттясесій і запису даних. Цей модуль також включає контрольний список, який можеслугувати нагадуванням про гарантування безпеки до, під час і після сесій імунізації.У шостому модулі пояснюється, як збирати та повідомляти дані для моніторингу по-слуг з імунізації та епідеміологічного нагляду за вакцинокерованими захворюван-нями та про несприятливі події після імунізації.Сьомий модуль містить інформацію, яка допоможе медичним працівникам і грома-дам у спільній роботі над плануванням, наданням і просуванням послуг, поліпшен-ням якості цих послуг, відстеженням дітей, які підлягають імунізації, та подоланнямопору до імунізації.

La Revue de Santé de la Méditerranée Orientale est une revue de santé officielle publiée par le Bureau régional de l’Organisation mondiale de la Santé pour la Méditerranée orientale. Elle offre une tribune pour la présentation et la promotion de nouvelles politiques et initiatives dans le domaine de la santé publique et des services de santé ainsi qu’à l’échange d’idées de concepts de données épidémiologiques de résultats de recherches et d’autres informations se rapportant plus particulièrement à la Région de la Méditerranée orientale. Elle s’adresse à tous les professionnels de la santé aux membres des instituts médicaux et autres instituts de formation médico-sanitaire aux ONG Centres collaborateurs de l’OMS et personnes concernés au sein et hors de la Région
