Lazer e meio ambiente na Revista Licere / Leisure and the environment in the Journal Licere

RESUMO

Este estudo desenvolvido pelo Grupo de Pesquisa em Lazer da Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba, a partir da linha de pesquisa “Lazer e Meio Ambiente”, busca analisar, de forma crítica, as publicações da revista Licere, com o objeto Lazer e Meio Ambiente, objetivando desenvolver maiores aprofundamentos sobre a temática em questão. A pesquisa configura-se como um estudo de caso, constituindo-se de uma investigação exploratória nos diversos exemplares da revista Licere, publicados desde 1998 até 2012, a partir de levantamentos quali-quantitativos. Constata-se, entre outros resultados, que as publicações datam a partir do ano 2000, por se tratar de uma área recente, quando vinculada aos estudos do lazer, em particular, para as Atividades Físicas de Aventura na Natureza (AFAN). Todos os estudos são oriundos de universidades (públicas e privadas), comprovando ser a área acadêmica a responsável pelo aprofundamento e disseminação do assunto, mesmo que ainda incipiente, por se tratar de recentes práticas de lazer em nosso país.

ABSTRACT

This study developed by the Research Group Leisure Methodist University of Piracicaba, from the research line "Leisure and the Environment", it seeks to critically analyze papers published in Licere magazine on the theme of Leisure and Environment, with the aim of developing further in-depth explorations on the theme. As to the mode of investigation, the research is a case study and an exploratory study performed in the several copies of Licere magazine published from 1998 to the present days, through quali-quantitative surveys. Among other results, one sees that publications linked to studies on leisure, particularly Physical Adventure Activities in Nature, date from the year 2000, due to this being a recent field. All studies come from (public and private) universities, proving that the Academy is responsible for the deepening and dissemination of the subject, although still incipient due to these leisure practices being recent in our country.
