A crônica como escrita do luto: um comentário psicanalítico de quase memória, de C. H. Cony

Realiza-se o comentário psicanalítico do livro Quase memória, de C. H. Cony, com intuito de problematizar as vicissitudes da libido no trabalho de luto. Sustenta-se que o gênero da crônica possui uma potência de testemunho diante de situações de perdas e traumas. Faz-se referência a Kehl, Buttler, Ferenczi e ao projeto Inumeráveis a fim de salientar que a elaboração do luto é um fator essencial na promoção da saúde e que, embora seja vivenciado como um processo intrapsíquico, o luto possui uma dimensão política e social inarredável. Na conclusão, discute-se o atual momento do país, no qual centenas de milhares de famílias ainda elaboram o luto dos parentes falecidos em decorrência da covid-19, ao passo que o atual governo federal persiste em sua estratégia de desqualificação do sofrimento dos sobreviventes e de negação de sua responsabilidade diante dessa tragédia social

A psychoanalytic commentary on the book Quase memória, by C. H. Cony is carried out, with the aim of discuss the destinations of the libido at the work of mourning. It is argued that the chronicle genre has a power of a testimony in face of situations of loss and trauma. Reference is made to Kehl, Buttler, Ferenczi and the Os inumeráveis project in order to emphasize that the elaboration of mourning is an essential factor in health promotion and that, although it is experienced as an intrapsychic process, mourning has a political and social dimension. In conclusion, the current moment in Brazil is discussed, in which hundreds of thousands of families are still mourning relatives who have died as a result of covid-19, while the current federal government persists in strategy of disqualifying the suffering of survivors and denying his responsibility in the generation of this social tragedy

Mulheres negras: sonhos e desejos sem valor

A proposta dos autores neste ensaio clínico é realizar uma aproximação entre a função do analista e o lugar da mulher escrava na modernidade ocidental. Para tanto, apoiaram-se na personagem de Euricleia, da Odisseia, que, ao reconhecer Odisseu viabiliza a consolidação de seu desejo, produzindo ressignificação e ressituação histórica do herói, processo fundamental que se consolida em uma análise. No Brasil, esse lugar é assumido pela mulher negra, representação brasileira da função de analista devido a sua posição mesclar-se ao erotismo e a invisibilidade de seu trabalho apagado na cultura que retorna, entretanto, como sintoma (Gonzalez, 1984). Ao assumir tal aproximação que produz um reconhecimento de fundamental importância da constituição subjetiva no Brasil e no ocidente, os autores acreditam que uma escuta clínica, atenta a esse lastro histórico e simbólico, possa se ressignificar e produzir transformações sociais e subjetivas

The authors proposal in this clinical essay is to bring together the role of the analyst and the slave womans place in western modernity. To do so, we rely on the character of Euricleia, from Odyssey, who, by recognizing Odysseus, enables the consolidation of his desire, producing resignification and historical reaccommodation of the hero, a fundamental process that consolidates in an analysis. In Brazil, this place is assumed by the black woman, the Brazilian representation of the role of analyst due to her position mixing with eroticism and the invisibility of her erased work in the culture that returns, however, as a symptom (Gonzalez, 1984). By assuming such an approach that produces a recognition of fundamental importance of the subjective constitution in Brazil and in the West, the authors believe that a clinical listening, attentive to this historical and symbolic background, can be resignified and produce social and subjective transformations

Through an approach that makes it possible, via historical contextualization and close reading, to intertwine a literary discourse and a psychoanalytic discourse, as well as to restructure a theoretical framework for the discourse of the gravitational female character in the novel Dom Casmurro, we intend to identify the beginning of a new representation of Capitu as perceptive subject of herself and of social instances of silence

O papel da mulher no mito de Orfeu

O autor faz considerações sobre o papel da mulher no mito de Orfeu, especialmente na passagem do resgate de Eurídice do Inferno e no ataque desferido pelas bacantes contra o herói. O orfismo era uma doutrina religiosa que remontava ao século 7 a.C., sendo marcada pelo dualismo corpo-mente. Já o mito de Orfeu também tem um dualismo evidente: homem-mulher. No entanto, não há um encontro fecundo entre os gêneros, pois Orfeu mal se une a Eurídice (que precocemente é separada de Orfeu pela morte) e também não se une às bacantes (que, na verdade, trucidam-no). Neste artigo, aprofundamos a visão sobre as tomadas de decisão das personagens femininas do mito, realizando conexões com a teoria psicanalítica

The author considers the role of women in the myth of Orpheus, especially in the passage of Eurydices rescue from Hell and the attack launched by the Bacchantes against the hero. Orphism was a religious doctrine dating back to the 7th century b.C. and was marked by “body-mind” dualism. Orpheuss myth also has a strong dualism man-woman. However, there is no fruitful encounter between the genders, as Orpheus barely joins Eurydice (who is separated from Orpheus early by death) and does not join the Bacchantes (who, in fact, slayed him). In this article, we deepen the vision of the decision-making of the female characters of the myth, making connections with the psychoanalytic theory

Entre recortes literários, clínicos e relatos de vítimas de assédio, as autoras se propõem a tentar compreender um sintoma social que se repete: o silêncio após a violência sexual como formador de sintomas, e a culpabilização das mulheres, que leva ao sentimento de que não merecem ser ouvidas. This essay aims to reflect on the influence of the violence against women naturalization both in the construction of female sexuality and psychoanalytic thought, including the formation of the analysts listening. Among literary and clinical examples and harassment victim reports, the authors set out to try to understand a social symptom that repeats itself: the silence after sexual violence as a symptomformer, and woman blaming, which leads to the feeling that they dont deserve to be heard. They consider that these are structuring factors of a femininity discontent, introjected and cross-generationally transmitted, as a cursed heritage that marks women subjectivity

This paper is a critique of the American film Freedom writers (2007), directed by Richard Lagravenese. The purpose is to discuss the symbols of war, survival, freedom, and peace presented on screen and constitutive of the symbolic operation which the filmic object performs and causes in us while we watch its scenes. I seek to translate the stimuli and impacts of this operation on myself, which generates a mental attitude that I symbolized in three ways, through the symbol of mutilation, therapy, and writing, aiming to contribute to the debate of “War and peace, an odyssey”

Paz, verdade e compaixão o hoje e o amanhã

O autor dá continuidade ao estudo que vem fazendo desde 2003 sobre o tema da paz. Neste terceiro texto discute a relação entre a paz, a verdade e a compaixão com base em um estímulo de Bion, em Cogitações, e da proposta de Marco Lucchesi de uma cultura da paz. Chama a atenção para o pouco entusiasmo que a paz desperta, em contraste com a violenta repressão que é feita aos pacifistas, a qual chega a inúmeros assassinatos. Relaciona a luta pela paz com o combate ao belicismo que garante a desigualdade social e o racismo. Compartilha da crítica de David Armstrong à pouca atenção que se tem dado à investigação das ansiedades do Grupo de Trabalho, desde sua formulação por Bion. Sugere que a cultura da paz é parte da cultura da posição depressiva formulada por Klein e encontra seu maior inimigo no ódio ao desenvolvimento tanto no plano individual quanto no grupal e na defesa do status quo. Utiliza reflexões de Wittgenstein e Einstein para o diálogo a que convida os colegas. Questões de hoje e de amanhã

The author carries on with his research on peace which was started in 2003. In this third text he discusses the relationship among peace, truth and compassion from a stimulus by Bions Cogitations and the suggestion by Marco Lucchesi about a peace culture. He calls our attention to the contrast between the lack of enthusiasm on the theme of peace and the violent repression towards pacifists, which has already achieved uncountable murders. He links the struggle for peace with the fight against warlike concept which supports social inequalities and racism. He shares David Armstrongs criticism regarding the lack of attention to investigate work group anxieties since its description by Bion. He suggests that the peace culture is part of the depressive position culture as is described by Melanie Klein while facing its worst foe in the hate of development in individual, in group as well as the defence of status quo. The author cites Wittgensteins and Einsteins thoughts in the dialogue while inviting his colleagues. Current and future issues to be adressed
