O artigo apresenta a temática do complexo fraterno, conteúdo fundamental no vértice estruturante e traumático do psiquismo, porém, pouco reconhecido no corpo psicanalítico. Através de renomados autores como René Kaës e Kancyper, o complexo fraterno é apresentado em suas dimensões narcísica e edípica. A autora propõe nomear de complexo fraterno primário e secundário tais dimensões, referindo-se às especificidades das categorias “ser irmão” e “ter um irmão”. A problemática da morte do irmão ganha destaque em associação com a obra de José A. Carrascoza

This paper aims to discuss the theme of fraternal complex, a fundamental content in the structuring and traumatic sense of the psyche, but poorly recognized in the psychoanalytic field. The work of René Kaës and Kancyper is used as a beckground for dissecting the fraternal complex down to its narcissistic and oedipal dimensions. Further, the author suggests to rename such dimensions as primary and secondary fraternal complexes, referring to the specificities of the categories “being a brother” and “having a brother”. The problematic death of the brother is also highlighted, in association with the work of José A. Carrascoza

Algumas observações sobre as origens do Ego e seus ideais

O autor assinala, inicialmente, que a diferença entre os conceitos de “Eu” e “Ego” não é semântica, mas conceitual, atribuindo ao “Self ” o significado do verdadeiro “Eu”, no sentido winnicottiano, mantendo o Ego no lugar de instância psíquica componente desse todo. Discute, na sequência, as origens dos ideais como acontecendo no interior do Self, enquanto representação mais global do sujeito, baseadas em fantasias inconscientes. Situa o surgimento do conceito de ideal do Ego no trabalho de Freud, de 1914, sobre o narcisismo, descrevendo algumas modificações introduzidas por outros autores, que consideraram o Ego como parte do Self, e a relação desse conceito com os ideais enquanto expressão consciente de fantasias inconscientes, a diferença deles para as idealizações, sua relação com as pulsões e os tipos especiais de ideais que daí derivam, e qual o papel do psicanalista diante dos pacientes que buscam refúgio nas ilusões e nos ideais

O nascimento do Eu desempoderado

A autora estuda o nascimento do Eu desempoderado em quatro etapas. Na primeira, apresenta o material clínico que será o eixo condutor da discussão, detendo-se na dinâmica intrapsíquica. Em seguida, dá voz à criança que a paciente pode ter sido para que descreva, em primeira pessoa, o modo de presença de seu objeto no vínculo precoce, numa abordagem intersubjetiva. Na terceira parte, mostra como esse modo de presença dificultou a conquista da separação sujeito-objeto e o desenvolvimento de sua autonomia, de seu empoderamento. E, por fim, aborda o trabalho clínico com pacientes que apresentam esse tipo de sofrimento: as principais características do campo transferencial-contratransferencial e algumas pinceladas sobre a estratégia terapêutica

The author studies the birth of the disempowered self in four stages. In the first, she presents the clinical material that will be the guiding axis of the discussion, focusing on the intrapsychic dynamics. Then, she gives voice to the child that the patient may have been so that she can describe in the first person the mode of presence of her object in the early bond, in an intersubjective approach. In the third part, she shows how this mode of presence made it difficult to achieve the subject-object separation and the development of its autonomy/empowerment. Finally, she approaches the clinical work with patients who present this type of suffering: the main characteristics of the transference-countertransference field and some ideas on the therapeutic strategy

Este ensaio propõe tecer enlaces entre as construções metapsicológicas freudianas a respeito dos desdobramentos da segunda tópica (Freud, 1920/1996b, 1923/1996c,1924/2007a, 1925/2007b, 1930/1996d) e as contribuições de André Green (1988, 1990, 2008) sobre esses processos primordiais constituintes do psiquismo, bem como seus impedimentos ou limitações, recorrendo-se também às revisões e construções conceituais de Benno Rosenberg (2003) e René Roussillon (2019)

Se a lógica colonial é perpetuada por intermédio da categoria de raça, a recusa em nomear a incidência dessa categoria na montagem do Eu fortalece os termos da presença colonial nesse discurso

This text demarcates the psychoanalytic formulation of the Self in a tilting relationship that links colonization and decolonization. Such a movement interests us to indicate a greater commitment of the psychoanalytic discourse to the decolonial enterprise. If the colonial logic is perpetuated through the category of race, the refusal to name the incidence of this category in the montage of the Self strengthens the terms of the colonial presence in this discourse

O trabalho de atravessar juntos: como nasce um bebê?

A partir de uma vinheta clínica, as autoras discorrem sobre a técnica de “atravessar junto” com os pacientes que apresentam profundas falhas em sua constituição psíquica. Discute-se o papel do psicanalista nessa relação, que seria o de, a partir da narratividade, criar novos significados para o analisando através de uma vivência transferencial que ofereça e sustente presença e alteridade. Essas duas posições articuladas constroem a base em que se sustentam os nascimentos que alguém pode vir a experimentar para ser. A presença do psicanalista que atravessa junto com o paciente seu processo possibilita ao EU nascer e renascer tantas vezes quanto necessárias. À função analítica, ancorada na escuta do mais primitivo do paciente, cabe permitir que o outro advenha para além de si, um saber que transmite que podemos atravessar juntos somente à medida que não nos sentimos ameaçados pela presença do outro
