Problematizar no es estigmatizar

RESUMEN

En este trabajo se intenta pensar, desde la clínica, a los pacientes que presentan malestar con el sexo asignado al nacer. La autora plantea que, en su experiencia con ellos, la han hecho escuchar su sufrimiento escondido bajo su demanda o afirmación de sentirse del «otro sexo¼. Se cree que hay que «escuchar¼ qué los lleva a esta afirmación, y esto no es estigmatizarlos, sino problematizar la escucha, tarea de todo analista. Se hace un breve recorrido por la teoría de P. Aulagnier y de J. Laplanche, quien le dio un estatuto psicoanalítico al concepto de género, resaltando lo inconsciente parental que parasita la asignación de género, y que el infans deberá traducir. Se comparte con los lectores dos casos clínicos para pensar la complejidad que infiltra dicho malestar. La interpretación de estos no implica una generalización para todos los casos, que siempre estarán guiados por la problemática personal de cada paciente

ABSTRACT

In this paper we try to think, from a clinical point of view, about patients who present discomfort with the sex assigned at birth. The author states that, in her experience with them, she could listen to their suffering hidden under their demand or statement of feeling of the «other sex¼. It is believed that it is necessary to «listen¼ to what leads them to this assertion, and this is not to stigmatize them, but to problematize listening, the task of every analyst. A brief review is made of the theory of P. Aulagnier and J. Laplanche, who gave a psychoanalytic status to the concept of gender, highlighting the parental unconscious that parasitizes the gender assignment and that the infant must translate. She shares two clinical cases with the readers in order to think the complexity that infiltrates the patients discomfort. The interpretation of the two cases does not imply a generalization for all the cases, which will always be guided by the singularity, which will always be guided by the personal conflicts of each patient
