Abuso Sexual Infanto Juvenil: efectos traumáticos en el Sujeto

RESUMEN

Los efectos traumáticos de un acontecimiento solo pueden leerse a posteriori, sin embargo, la intromisión salvaje de la sexualidad que tiene lugar bajo el abuso sexual infanto juvenil, provoca tal arrasamiento subjetivo que es inevitable no advertir sus marcas. El atropello al narcisismo suele desbocar al sujeto hacia una deriva pulsional con claros efectos en el cuerpo. La dificultad para anudar el cuerpo narcisista y el cuerpo pulsional tiende a manifestarse desde -llantos aparentemente inmotivados, enuresis o encopresis secundarias, pesadillas compulsivas, un goce autista manifiesto bajo inhibiciones en el experiencial y el placer sexual, etc.- hasta la regresión hacia mecanismos defensivos disociativos, o actuaciones que dejan al descubierto una angustia sin bordes tal como denuncian las autoinjurias con o sin intento suicida, ciertos trastornos alimentarios o toxicomanías, etc. Pero también, otro tipo de actuaciones que rompen el semblante pueden darse, al modo de conductas sexuales abusivas perpetradas por adolescentes
