Gestation and puerperium influence over ter blood proteinogram of bovines of the black and white Dutch breed / Influência, da gestação e do puerpério sobre o proteinograma sanguíneo de bovinos da raça holandesa branca e preta

Resumo
The variances in the serum proteic picture of bovines in gestation were studied in 75 black and white Dutch breed heifers. At the end of the gestation period there was noticed a significant increase in the contents of albumin and albumin/globulin relationship and a significantly statistical decrease in the values of total protein, globulins and gamma-globulin. The plasmatic fibrinogen presented an evidently higher value in the recent puerperium (up to 3 months after parturition). The results obtained for the group of empty heifers, animals in their initial gestation phase, between 4 and 6 months of gestation, heifers at the end of their gestation, and for cows during their puerperium period were respectively as follow: Total protein: 6.16g%; 6.51g%; 6.20g%; 5.72g%; and 5.87g%. Albumin: 1.75g%; 1.65g%; 1.69g%; 2.25g% and 1.85g%. Globulins: 4.40g%; 4.86g%; 4.54g%; 3.47g% and 4.01g%. Gamma-globulin: 2.32g%; 2.54g%; 2.29g%; 1.99g% and 2.29g%. Albumin/globulin relationship: 0.41; 0,35; 0,38; 0.64 and 0.49. Fibrinogen: 622.5mg% 741.6mg%; 665.9mg%; 625.7mg% and 762.3mg%.As variações do quadro proteico sérico de bovinos em gestação foram estudadas em 75 novilhas da raça holandesa branca e preta. No final de gestação observou-se aumento significante dos teores de albumina e da relação albumina/globulinas e decréscimo estatisticamente significante para os valores de proteína total, globulinas e gama globulina. O fibronogênio plasmático apresentou valor evidentemente maior no puerpério recente (até 3.a semana após o parto). Os resultados obtidos para o grupo de novilhas vazias, de animais na fase inicial da gestação, entre 4 e 6 meses de gestação, de novilhas no final de gestação e vacas durante o puerpério, foram respectivamente: Proteína total: 6,16 g%; 6,51g%; 6,20g%; 5,72g% e 5,87g%. Albumina: 1,75g%; 1,65g%; 1,69g%; 2,25g% e 1,85g%. Globulinas: 4,40g%; 4,86g%; 4,54g%; 3,47g% e 4,01g%. Gama globulina: 2,32g%; 2,54% ; 2,29g%; 1,99g% e 2,29g%. Relação albumina/globulinas: 0,41; 0,35; 0,38; 0,64 e 0,49. Fibrogênio: 622,5mg%; 741,6mg%; 665,9mg%; 625,7mg% e 762,3mg%.
