Resumo
In this paper, the authors studied the effect of the cobalt ion injected by the intravascular route. The cation determined neuro muscular block. In all the animals the direct stimuli still evoked a muscular contraction. The intravenous injection of cobalt ions had no effect on myoneural junction although a sharp fall in blood pressure were observed.O artigo apresenta resumo em inglês.
