Resumo
The authors study the influence of anticoagulants in blood samples taken for dosage of plasmatic proteins and their fractions, using sodium oxalate, in dry form and in solution, potassium oxalate in solution, Heller and Pauls liquid, sodium citrate and EDTA. They study the influence of the same anticoagulants listed above in the determination of the total lipidic content and gamma-globulin. The influence of different concentrations of sodium sulphite and sodium sulphate used in the fractionization of proteins in emphasized, as well as the separation of globulins by filtration or by sulphuric ehter. The authors used sodium sulphite in the concentrations of 21%, 24%, 27% and sodium sulphate at 22,6%. They compare the results obtained in the dosage of albumin done by electrophoresis and by the method of Gornall et al., as well as the dosage of gamma-globulin obtained by electrophoresis and by the Frattinis trubidimetric method. The authors present 8 tables with the results of their observations, discuss these results and present their conclusions.Os AA estudam a influência de anticoagulantes nas amostras sangüíneas para a dosagem das proteínas plasmáticas e suas frações, usando oxalato de sódio em solução e sêco, oxalato de potássio em solução, líquido de Heller e Paul , citrato de sódio e etileno diamina tetracética di-sódico (EDTA). Estudam a influência dos mesmos anticoagulantes na determinação dos teôres de lipídeos totais e gama globulina. É focalizada a influência das diferentes concentrações de sulfito de sódio e sulfato de sódio usadas no fracionamento das proteínas, assim como a separação das globulinas nas concentrações de 21% , 24% e 27%. e sulfato de sódio a 22,6%. Comparam os resultados obtidos na dosagem de albumina feita por eletroforese e pelo método de Gornall e col., assim como a dosagem de gama globulina obtida pela eletroforese e pelo método turbidimétrico de Frattini . Apresentam 8 tabelas com os resultados de suas observações, discutem êsses resultados e apresentam suas conclusões.
