Resumo

O pequeno produtor de leite geralmente não especializado ou tecnificado fica à deriva do mercado e apesar de ser parte integrante e fundamental na estrutura econômica nacional, não apresenta performance capaz de agregar resultados econômicos maximizados para si. Com o desenvolvimento deste material objetivou-se realizar levantamento bibliográfico com conceitos e trabalhos científicos e apresentar material técnico em formato simplificado para utilização, principalmente pelo o pequeno produtor, em seu dia-a-dia. Esses instrumentos tem a característica de agregar informações para controle financeiro da propriedade rural, trazendo visibilidade e dirigibilidade da propriedade ao gestor. Foi apresentado, para que o produtor possa tomar decisões mais acertadas, apresentaram-se o Fluxo de Caixa e o Demonstrativo de Resultado de Exercício como instrumentos básicos para registro e controle financeiro da propriedade rural, demonstrando a importância da gerência de recursos para obtenção de sustentabilidade e permanência no negócio. Com base em informações obtidas junto à produtores rurais de Sanclerlândia, foram coletados dados financeiros para estruturar o Fluxo de Caixa e o Demonstrativo de Resultado Exercício apresentado nesse material. Baseado nesses dados demonstrou-se a necessidade de um controle efetivo na propriedade rural, assim como a importância de ter visualmente a clareza por onde percorre o capital que passa na propriedade, apresentando a forma correta de lidar com os registros financeiros. Nesse material são apresentados modelos práticos e de fácil preenchimento, incluindo um memorial descritivo para facilitar a compreensão de termos e agrupamento de contas. Nos casos estudados pode-se concluir que o uso do Fluxo de Caixa e a DRE, trazem segurança para o produtor, e dá condição para medir a estrutura financeira do seu negócio, seu potencial e possibilita gerar planos para crescimento e máximo aproveitamento dos recursos disponíveis na propriedade rural.

The small producer of milk, usually not specialized or technified, is adrift in the market and despite being an integral and fundamental part of the national economic structure, it does not present a performance capable of adding maximized economic results for itself. With the development of this material, the objective was to carry out a bibliographic survey with concepts and scientific works and to present technical material in a simplified format for use, mainly by the small producer, in their daily life. These instruments have the characteristic of aggregating information for financial control of the rural property, bringing visibility and manageability of the property to the manager. It was presented, so that the producer can make better decisions, the Cash Flow and the Income Statement for the Year were presented as basic instruments for registration and financial control of rural property, demonstrating the importance of resource management to achieve sustainability and staying in business. Based on information obtained from rural producers in Sanclerlândia, financial data were collected to structure the Cash Flow and Income Statement for the year presented in this material. Based on these data, it was demonstrated the need for an effective control in the rural property, as well as the importance of visually having clarity where the capital that passes in the property travels, presenting the correct way to deal with the financial records. In this material, practical and easy-to-fill models are presented, including a descriptive memorial to facilitate the understanding of terms and grouping of accounts. In the cases studied, it can be concluded that the use of Cash Flow and DRE, bring security to the producer, and provide a condition to measure the financial structure of your business, its potential and make it possible to generate plans for growth and maximum use of available resources on the rural property.
