Produção científica em saúde da população LGBTQIA+: uma análise crítica do conteúdo da literatura / Scientific production on LGBTQIA+ health: a critical analysis of the literature

Resumo Esta pesquisa traz em seu escopo a análise do potencial estigmatizador do conteúdo de estudos direcionados à população LGBTQIA+ indexados na plataforma PubMed. Por meio de uma ampla e sistemática pesquisa bibliográfica foram identificados e incluídos, respectivamente, 821 e 334 (40,68%) artigos, dos quais foram extraídos 1838 descritores. Da análise dos dados coletados foram identificados as maiores prevalências dos descritores "men having sex with man" (192 repetições) e "HIV" (98 repetições). Sendo assim, o percurso analítico das informações levantadas refletiu que a população LGBTQIA+ é essencialmente designada como "homens que fazem sexo com outros homens e soropositivos". Este estudo traz, portanto, a presença de características estigmatizantes nos estudos direcionados à população LGBTQIA+. Contudo, cabe destacar que o resultado encontrado é subsídio para o fortalecimento de uma perspectiva crítica de um fazer científico mais humanizado e direcionado às especificidades e necessidades da população LGBTQIA+.

Abstract This study analyzes the stigmatizing potential of studies on the LGBTQIA+ population indexed on the PubMED database. By a broad and systematic bibliographic search, 821 publications were found and 334 (40.68%) were included in this study. From these, 1838 keywords were extracted. Data analysis showed that the keywords "men who have sex with man" (192 repetitions) and "HIV" (98 repetitions) had the highest prevalence. Thus, according to the analysis, the LGBTQIA+ population is essentially described as "men who have sex with other men" and "HIV positive." This study unveils the presence of stigmatizing characteristics in studies on the LGBTQIA+ population. However, such findings can help strengthen the critical perspective of a more humanized scientific practice, actually concerned with the specificities and needs of the LGBTQIA+ population.

Educação em saúde bucal em uma pré-escola: planejamento estratégico para o desenvolvimento de atividades lúdicas / Oral health education in pre-school: strategic planning for the development of ludic activities

Trata-se de um relato de experiência, que descreve, sob estratégia narrativo-argumentativa, as significâncias político-pedagógicas atreladas ao planejamento estratégico de ações de educação em saúde bucal vivenciadas em um ambiente escolar e experimentadas por acadêmicos estagiários de um curso de Odontologia. Após análise detalhada, algumas inferências se destacaram: o reconhecimento do ambiente escolar como território fértil para o desenvolvimento de ações promotoras de saúde; a efetividade do instrumento "TPC" (Teorizar-Praticar-Criticar) no direcionamento dos acadêmicos estagiários no planejamento estratégico de atividades de educação em saúde bucal; a importância de se disseminar, em espaços científicos, os aprendizados advindos de experimentações práticas de estágios.

This is a report on an experience that describes, under a narrative-argumentative strategy, the political-pedagogical significance linked to the strategic planning of oral health education actions experienced in a school environment and experienced by university trainees from a Dentistry course. After a detailed analysis, some inferences were observed: the recognition of the school environment as a fertile territory for the development of health-promoting actions; the effectiveness of the "TPC" (Theorize-Practice-Criticize) instrument in directing university trainees in the strategic planning of oral health education activities; the importance of disseminating, in scientific spaces, the learning from practical experimentation during internships.

ABORDAGEM DAS TEMÁTICAS "SAÚDE BUCAL DE GESTANTES E BEBÊS" E "SAÚDE DO HOMEM" EM SALAS DE ESPERA: SIGNIFICÂNCIAS POLÍTICO-PEDAGÓGICAS DAS EXPERIMENTAÇÕES VIVENCIADAS EM UM ESTÁGIO SUPERVISIONADO / APPROACH TO THEMES "BUCAL HEALTH OF GESTANTS AND BABIES" AND "MAN'S HEALTH" IN WAITING ROOMS: POLITICAL-PEDAGOGICAL MEANINGS OF THE EXPERIMENTS ENCOURAGED IN A SUPERVISED STAGE

Objetivo: analisar as significâncias político-pedagógicas de duas vivências experimentadas ("Saúde bucal de gestantes e bebês" e "Saúde do homem") por estagiários de um curso de Odontologia em salas de espera de uma Unidade de Atenção Primária de Saúde (UAPS). Metodologia: estudo qualitativo transversalmente estruturado sob estratégia narrativo-descritiva e moldado à técnica argumentativa. Resultados: o "Estágio Supervisionado em Unidade de Atenção Primária I" foi didaticamente sistematizado em dois períodos, "Pré-intervenção" e "Intervenção". Do primeiro, se desvendaram três ações, a "Pactualização do enlace ensino-serviço-comunidade", a "Contextualização dos acadêmicos estagiários" e a "Estruturação e ambientalização das equipes de trabalho". Já o segundo foi guiado pela lógica pedagógica do instrumento "TPC" (Teorizar-Praticar-Criticar), onde todas as ações programadas seguiram a lógica ativa do planejamento estratégico, ou seja, contextualizadas às realidades do cenário de prática, ou seja, salas de espera da Unidade de Atenção Primária de Saúde do bairro JK do município de Governador Valadares, MG. Conclusão: das experimentações vivenciadas algumas inferências merecem destaque: a concepção pedagógica de estratégias práticas de ensino pautadas na articulação ensino-serviço-comunidade; a escuta na identificação dos problemas/demandas a serem enfrentadas pela equipe estagiária; o reconhecimento do potencial dos ambientes de espera para a implantação de ações educativas; a importância de disseminar os aprendizados advindos de experimentações práticas de estágios.

Objective: to analyze the political-pedagogical significance of two experienced experiences ("Oral Health of Pregnant Women and Babies" and "Men's Health") by trainees of a Dentistry course in waiting rooms of a Primary Health Care Unit. Methodology: qualitative study transversally structured under a narrative-descriptive strategy and molded to the argumentative technique. Results: The "Supervised Internship in Primary Care Unit I" was systematized in two periods, "Pre-intervention" and "Intervention". From the first, three actions were unveiled, the "Pactualization of the teaching-service-community link", the "Contextualization of trainee academics" and the "Structuring and environmentalization of work teams". The second one was guided by the pedagogical logic of the instrument "TPC" (Theorizar-Praticar-Criticar), where all the actions programmed followed the active logic of strategic planning, that is, contextualized to the realities of the practice scenario, expects the Primary Health Care Unit of the JK district of the municipality of Governador Valadares, MG. Conclusion: from the weightings listed some inferences deserve to be highlighted: the pedagogical conception of practical teaching strategies based on the teaching-service-community articulation; listening in the identification of problems / demands to be faced by the trainee team; the recognition of the potential of waiting environments for the implementation of educational actions; the importance of disseminating the learning that comes from practical experimentation of internships.

Ambiente escolar como cenário de um estágio em atenção primária: análise político-pedagógica de vivências experimentadas / School environment as a stage of an internship in primary care: political-pedagogical analysis of experiences

Objetivo: analisar as significâncias político-pedagógicas de vivências experimentadas por estagiários de um curso de Odontologia em um ambiente escolar. Metodologia: estudo qualitativo transversalmente estruturado sob estratégia narrativo-descritiva e moldado à técnica argumentativa. Resultados: o "Estágio de Clínica Integrada em Atenção Primária" foi didaticamente sistematizado em dois períodos: "Pré-intervenção" e "Intervenção". Do primeiro, desvendaram-se duas ações: "Contextualização dos acadêmicos estagiários" e "Estruturação, ambientalização e levantamento de necessidades do ambiente de trabalho". Já o segundo foi guiado pelo instrumento "TPC" (Teorizar-Praticar-Criticar), em que todas as ações programadas seguiram a lógica ativa do planejamento estratégico, ou seja, contextualizadas às realidades do cenário de prática (ambiente escolar). Conclusão: das experimentações vivenciadas, algumas inferências se destacaram: a efetividade do instrumento "TPC" no direcionamento dos acadêmicos estagiários no planejamento estratégico de atividades de educação em saúde; o reconhecimento do ambiente escolar como território fértil para o desenvolvimento de ações promotoras de saúde; a importância de se disseminar, em espaços científicos, os aprendizados advindos de experimentações práticas de estágios.(AU)

Objective: to analyze the political-pedagogical significance of experiences experienced by trainees of a dentistry course in a school environment. Methodology: qualitative study transversely structured under narrative-descriptive strategy and molded to the argumentative technique. Results: the "Internship of Integrated Clinic in Primary Care" was didactically systematized in two periods, "Pre-intervention" and "Intervention". From the first, two actions were unveiled: the "Contextualization of the Interns" and the "Structuring, Environmentalization and Survey of Work Environment Needs". The second was guided by the instrument "TPC" (Theorize- Practice-Criticize), where all programmed actions followed the active logic of strategic planning, contextualized to the realities of the practice scenario (school environment). Conclusion: from the experiments experienced some inferences stood out: the effectiveness of the "CPT" instrument in guiding the trainee academics in the strategic planning of health education activities; the recognition of the school environment as a fertile territory for the development of health promoting actions; the importance of disseminating, in scientific spaces, the learning that comes from practical experimentation of internships.(AU)

Consubstanciado por uma entrevista, o presente estudo objetivou contextualizar a interface entre o processo do envelhecimento populacional com a prestação de serviços de saúde do município de Oliveira Fortes, MG, Brasil. Confrontado ao cenário nacional, o trabalho se encerra pontuando a contraditória situação do envelhecimento populacional brasileiro que, apesar de instalado e acelerado, há pouca, ou até mesmo nenhuma, evidência de políticas e ações de saúde pública direcionada aos idosos.

Embodied by an interview, this study aimed to contextualize the interface between the process of population aging with the provision health services of municipal Oliveira Fortes, MG, Brazil. Confronting the national scene, the work ends punctuating the contradictory situation of the Brazilian population aging, although installed and fast, there is little, or even no, evidence of policies and public health actions directed at the elderly.

Consustanciado en una entrevista, el presente estudio tuvo como objetivo contextualizar la interfaz entre el proceso de envejecimiento de la población y la prestación de servicios de salud en el municipio de Oliveira Fortes, MG, Brasil. Frente al escenario nacional, el trabajo termina puntuando la situación contradictoria del envejecimiento de la población brasileña, que a pesar de estar instalada y acelerada, hay poca evidencia, si es que hay alguna, de políticas y acciones de salud pública dirigidas a los ancianos.

Governador Valadares (MG) em Extensão: Interfaces para a Dinamização e Instrumentalização do Cenário Extensionista em um Campus Recém-Implantado / Governador Valadares (MG) in extension: interfaces for the promotion and exploitation of the extension scenario in a newly deployed campus

RESUMO O presente estudo se propôs a analisar, por meio de um relato de experiência, a eficiência da implantação da “Oficina de instrumentalização e dinamização de projetos de extensão: a integração do ensino e da pesquisa científica em cenários extensionistas” como instrumento pedagógico indutor para a dinamização e instrumentalização dos espaços extensionistas do recém-implantado Campus Avançado-UFJF em Governador Valadares (MG). Após o percurso metodológico descrito, pôde-se concluir que a oficina se consagrou como um primeiro passo dado em direção ao reconhecimento da importância da extensão universitária para uma formação acadêmica mais contextualizada e voltada às aflições da população brasileira. Afinal, extensão é inserir vida no ensino superior, é dinamizar espaços em prol da coletividade.

ABSTRACT This aim of the study was to use an experience report to analyze the efficiency of the implementation of the “Instrumentalization workshop and promotion of extension projects: the integration of education and scientific research in extension scenarios” as an educational tool for promoting and instrumentalizing extension spaces at the newly deployed Advanced Campus-UFJF, in Governador Valadares, MG. After using the described methodological approach, it may be concluded that this workshop was consecrated as a first step towards the recognition of the importance of university extension in more contextualized academic training that is oriented toward afflictions affecting the Brazilian population. Extension does, after all, mean inserting life into higher education and making spaces more dynamic for the public good.
