ABSTRACT
Este estudo objetiva avaliar as facilidades e dificuldades encontradas pelos residentes de enfermagem no rastrea- mento do uso de risco de álcool e de intervenção breve, e a sua implantação na atenção primária à saúde. Estudo descritivo, de abordagem qualitativa, realizado em Divi- nópolis. Participaram oito residentes em Enfermagem na Atenção Básica/Saúde da Família. Os dados foram obti- dos por meio de questionário e analisados através da téc- nica do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo. Verifica-se que o instrumento de triagem Alcohol Use Disorders Identifica- tion Test é de fácil aplicabilidade e permite, ao profissio- nal, atuar na promoção da saúde e prevenção dos agravos. As dificuldades encontradas referem-se ao processo de trabalho e à falta de identificação do profissional em reali- zar ações que exigem planejamento. Torna-se importante a incorporação de práticas de planejamento em saúde que envolvam ações contínuas e sistematicamente planejadas.
This study aims to evaluate the advantages and difficulties encountered by nursing residents in screening using the risk of alcohol and brief intervention, and their implementation in primary health care. A descriptive, qualitative study, conducted in Divinópolis. Participants were eight residents in Nursing in Primary Care / Family Health. The data were obtained by questionnaire and analyzed using the Collective Subject Discourse technique. The screening instrument, Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test, proves to be easy to apply and allows the professional to work on health promotion and prevention of illness. The difficulties encountered relate to the work process and the lack of identification of the professional in performing actions that require planning. It is important to incorporate practices of health planning involving continuous and systematically planned actions.
