ABSTRACT

Based on the experimental teaching reform of health information management courses in Capital Medical University, this paper has explored the paths of experimental teaching suitable for the health management profession and provided suggestions for the teaching reform. The research was carried out in three stages. In the first stage, the needs of experimental teaching of health information management course were investigated. In the second stage, the experimental teaching practice was carried out based on the hospital information system platform. In the third stage, the experimental teaching effect was evaluated. The results showed that medical undergraduates have a great demand for the experimental teaching of the course. The experimental teaching method can greatly improve the interest of students in learning. The experimental teaching effect is good, and it is helpful to improve the students' practical ability and logical analysis ability. Furthermore, it is necessary and feasible to introduce experimental teaching into the specialty of health management, and better teaching effects will be achieved by closely combining the teaching reform practice with hardware and software configuration, personnel quality training and management.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate therapeutic efficacy and safety of valaciclovir versus acyclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster, and to provide evidence-based reference in clinic.METHODS:Retrieved from PubMed,Medline,CJFD,VIP and Wanfang Database, randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about valaciclovir (trial group) versus acyclovir (control group) in the treatment of herpes zoster were included. The data was analyzed statistically by using Rev Man 5.3 software after data extraction and quality evaluation by Cochrane systematic reviewer manual 5.1.0.RESULTS:A total of 12 RCTs were included, involving 1 059 patients. The result of Meta-analysis showed that:total response rate [OR =4.64,95 % CI (2.99,7.20),P< 0.001] and cure rate [OR =2.93,95%CI(2.13,4.03),P<0.001] of trial group were significantly higher than those of control group;the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia in trial group [OR=0.39,95%CI(0.22,0.69),P=0.001] was significantly lower than control group, with statistical significance. There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR between 2 groups [OR=0.79,95%CI(0.49,1.29),P=0.35].CONCLUSIONS:Therapeutic efficacy of valaciclovir is better than that of acyclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster, can significantly reduce the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia. Both have similar safety.

Through analyzing the development of the online health community in China, the author puts forward the policy recommendations to promote the rapid integration of internet technology and the traditional medical services. Methods:The crawler program of collecting data from haodf. com website is built up, and information was gathered from 166 hospitals in Beijing and 12,497 physicians' personal online platform informa-tion was analyzed. Data regarding the development of online health community were analyzed from the aspects of phy-sicians' activity, patients' visits and satisfaction, etc. Results:The information of hospitals and physicians provided by Haodf. com website was mainly gathered from public tertiary level hospitals. The professional titles of the physicians are mainly intermediate and deputy-senior ones. Only one-third of the physicians who opened the personal online pa-ges keep high activity and the patient satisfaction score was very high. Conclusion: The online health community in China has a certain scale and began to gradually change the traditional medical service system thereby altering the mode of medical treatment. However, its development prospects of important factors are based on the data usability and effectiveness of the online perform and deep using in health reform.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To understand the patients'satisfaction on catastrophic medical insurance of New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme ( NRCMS ) , and provide references for effective management and policy improvement. Methods:According to the principles of representative sampling, a questionnaire survey conducted. 484 patients got compensation for catastrophic insurance in 2013 were surveyed, and information of medical costs was analyzed. Re-sults:The average medical cost accounts for 84. 57% of total household expenditure. Mandatory medical expenditure is still high and economic burden of diseases is heavy. This policy has increased the compensation rate, and the actu-al compensation rate increases 4. 79% in three districts. The average score of patients' attitude toward catastrophic medical insurance is (3.95±1.05) points, 88. 43% of patients continue to participate in medical insurance. Con-clusions and suggestions:Patients' satisfaction on catastrophic medical insurance of NRCMS is high. It is suggested that the existing financing modes should maintain stability in the short term, and the compensatory rate should be im-proved reasonably.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To analyze the effects of the catastrophic disease insurance of New Rural Cooperative Med-ical Scheme ( NRCMS) on alleviating the economic burden of patients in Beijing, and evaluate the effect of the policy implementation. Methods: Based on high, middle and low economic development levels and the implementation pro-ceedings of catastrophic disease insurance of NRCMS, this paper selects 3 districts of Beijing, from which it chooses two or three villages and towns with the highest numbers of catastrophic disease patients, in order to understand the opera-tional status quo of the catastrophic disease insurance through in-depth interviews with managers. This paper conducts questionnaire survey among all catastrophic disease patients from the sampled villages and towns, and uses 497 valid questionnaires received to understand patients' subjective feelings and collect relevant data of family income and medical expenditure of catastrophic disease patients in 2013. Then it carries out data docking with the platform of NRCMS man-agement centers and measure the economic burden of catastrophic disease patients. In this paper, quantitative and qualitative data are analyzed using statistical and thematic analyses, respectively. Results: The catastrophic disease in-surance of NRCMS has significantly played an important role in reducing the average medical expenditure of catastroph-ic disease patients and improving the actual compensation ratio in varying degrees. However, the incidence of cata-strophic health expenditures has not significantly improved. Conclusion: This paper suggests to increase deductibles and reimbursement ratios of catastrophic disease insurance in order to broaden reimbursement directory and other initiatives to improve the compensation level and focus on alleviating the economic burden of catastrophic disease patients.

ABSTRACT

Objective: Developing New Rural Cooperative Medical System ( NCMS ) critical illness insurance is a relatively new operation mode for the government, which needs to provide quantify references for policy designers to help the predict decision. Methods: Through the analysis of decision process and behavior of the government and the commercial companies , the utility maximization functions for both the government and the commercial companies are set up based on the game theory. The Stackelberg model theory is then applied to figure out the relationship among different parameters in the utility maximization functions. Results and Conclusion: In the process of critical illness insurance under NCMS, the government should combine the local situation, to design reasonable polices based on the relationship among different parameters , so as to lead the NCMS critical illness insurance develop in a healthy way.
