ABSTRACT
Objective To study the nursing points of using semiconductor laser to cure early glottis cancer.Methods Retrospective analyzed the nursing cares of 31 patients who have accepted the semiconductor laser operation to cure early glottis cancer.Results There were no postoperative complications among the 31 patients.Conclusion Nursing measures included mental nursing,respiratory management,monitoring the vital signs can effective advance the recovery of patients with early glottis cancer.
ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of tonsil temperature-controlled bipolar radiofrequency ablation technology in the treatment of snoring and mild-moderate-obstructive sleep apnea hyponea syndrome(OSAHS). METHODS Forty-six patients were selected,of which 17 were snoring and 29 were mild-moderate-obstructive sleep apnea-hyponea syndrome cases. Tonsil temperature-controlled bipolar radiofrequency with varying probes was used for all patients. RESULTS A follow-up of 6～18 months was carried out. 9 of 17 snoring cases resulted in recovery. The procedure was effective in 6 cases and not effective in 2 cases. 15 of 29 OSAHS cases resulted in recovery. The procedure was effective in 10 cases and not effective in 4 cases. Overall successful rate was 86.9 %(40/46). The size of tonsils, apnea hyponea index(AHI),snoring scale and Epworth sleepiness score(ESS)were significantly decrease dafter operation(P
ABSTRACT
Objective To analysis the flash electroretinogram (FERG) of diabeic retionpatby patients. Method 90 cases of DR patients were selected. According to the partial signs and the overall symptoms, the patients can be divided into three syndromes - dry heat by yin deficiency, deficiency of both qi and yin, deficiency of yin and yang. FERG were detected. Result There was close relation between the occurrence and development of DR and the evolution of the syndrome from yin deficiency to yang involved by deficient yin. Retina actional potential will change along with the change of syndrome. Conclusion The retina actional potential which recorded by FERG can be used as an objective criterion of syndrome differentiation, thus we can establish a diagnosis and treatment system of DR.
