ABSTRACT
É relatado caso de paciente com 1 ano e 3 meses em que foi diagnosticada síndrome de Shone, caracterizada por anel supravalvar mitral, valva mitral em pára-quedas, estenose subaórtica e coarctaçäo de aorta. O paciente foi submetido a correçäo cirúrgica contando de ressecçäo do anel supravalvar mitral, comissurotomia mitral e ressecçäo de estenose fibromuscular subaórtica, lesöes anatomicamente importantes, apresentando boa evoluçäo pós-operatória. É feita uma revisäo bibliográfica sobre a síndrome
The case of a 1 5-month-old patient with Shones anomaly is reported. This anomaly includes supravalvar mitral ring, parachute mitral valve, subaortic stenosis and coarctation. The patient underwent a corrective surgery wth resection of the supravalvar mitral ring, mitral comissurotomy and resection of the subaortic stenosis, anatomically significant lesions, with good postoperative development.
