ABSTRACT
Objective To summarize the clinicopathological features of monomorphic epitheliotropic intestinal T cell lymphoma (MEITL),and provide the experiences and lessons for diagnosis and treatment. Methods The clinical manifestations, histopathological and immunohistochemical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of 3 cases of MEITL were analyzed retrospectively.Meanwhile, the other cases published in the literatures were reviewed and summarized. Results Two cases of middle aged and aged men and one young woman were reported in present paper. These lesions of all the 3 patients were at the small intestine,of which the female patients had skin and mammary gland involvement. The clinical manifestations were abdominal distention, mulligrubs and intestinal perforation, and the main pathological feature was the diffuse infiltration of the homogeneous tumor cells in the whole layer intestinal wall.Immunohistochemical examination showed that tumor cells expressed all T cell markers CD3,CD8,CD56,T cell cytoplasmic antigen (TIA-1),CD4 and CD5,and Ki-67 proliferation index was 50%-70%.As to the treatment, case 1 received CHOP and GDP regimens successively, and died 2 years after final diagnosis.Case 2 received CHOP regimen for 1 course of chemotherapy and died of giving up treatment.Case 3 gave up treatment, voluntary discharged and then lost.It is clear according to the previous literatures and our experiences that the MEITL possesses high invasiveness and low incidence, and makes the diagnosis difficult;the patient's response to the current treatment is poor. Conclusions MEITL is prone to be in the small intestine. The diagnosis of MEITL should be based on clinical manifestations, pathological features and immunohistochemical detection results.MEITL is rare, the course of disease progresses rapidly, and the patients have the tendency to have intestinal perforation and poor prognosis.Early diagnosis and positive chemotherapy may lead to a better prognosis.
ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the therapeutic and adverse effects of topotecan combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced squamous cell lung cancer and head and neck cancer.

METHODSTotally 126 patients with advanced squamous cell lung cancer and head and neck cancer, which were confirmed by tissue pathology or cytopathology, were treated with intravenous infusion of topotecan at the dose of 0.75-1.2 mg/m2 (for 5 consecutive days) combined with intravenous infusion of cisplantin at 25-30 mg/m2 for 3 consecutive days. Each treatment course consisted of two 21-day cycles of the treatment.

RESULTSNo complete remission was achieved in these patients, and 61 patients had partial remission, 53 had clinically stabilized disease and 12 had progressive disease. The total response rate was 48.4% among the patients, with the median survival time of 10.1 months and one-year survival rate of 36.7%. The major adverse effects were bone marrow suppression and alopecia.

CONCLUSIONTopotecan combined with cisplatin may achieve a favorable response in patients with advanced squamous cell lung cancer and head and neck cancer, and causes tolerable adverse effect without accumulative toxicity.

Objective:to culture excellent bachelor majoring in anesthesiology. Methods:to make teaching plan for practice in anesthesiological department with emphasis on following aspects:culture of emotional intelligence;development of the sense of responsibility for work;training of clinical thought to combine theory and practice and training of basic techniques;formation of good relationship and communication with the others and culture of scientific research ability. Results:All faculties execute the plan carefully, and all the interns graduate with clinical and research ability as expected. Conclusion:It is very important for ability improvement of interns to make and execute available plan, keep strict and careful attitude, train their clinical thought and basic techniques, and emphasis the sense of responsibility for work.
ABSTRACT
Objcetives To sparch for the change of cerebrospinal fluid ferritin (CSF-Ft) content and its clinical significance. Methods The 42 patients with acute lymphatic leukemia(ALL)diagnosed by bone marrow biopsy were divided into 3 groups. There were 14 cases in Ⅰ group [introduced therapy stage without central nervous system leukemia(CNSL)7, 24 cases in Ⅱgroup (complete remission stage without CNSL) and 18 cases in Ⅲ grotip (with CNSL). There were 17 patients with viral encephalitis in viral encephalitis group and 15 patients without central nervous system oisease in control group. The CSF-Ft and SFt were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results The CSF-Ft contents of Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ 、viral encepbalitis and control groups are 7.03 ?2.21 ?g/L,6.75 ?1.94?g/L, 31.06 ? 8.85?g/L, 7.26?1.83?g/L and 6.52 ?1.57?g/L. The CSF-Ft content in Ⅲ group are bigher than that in the other group (P
