ABSTRACT

O estudo evidenciou representações de mulheres assistidas pelo planejamento familiar realizado por Equipes de Saúde da Família localizado na zona Leste da cidade de Fortaleza, Ceará, Brasil. Utilizou-se entrevista e os depoimentos foram ordenados conforme a técnica do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo. Os resultados foram analisados em função dos relatos incluídos nas Ideias Centrais: "isso aqui é osso"; "é pra não pegar bucho"; "comprimido de graça é muito importante"; "não quero ter filho agora" e "tenho medo de engravidar". Constatou-se que o planejamento familiar é representado pelas mulheres como importante estratégia para planejar a família e evitar doenças sexualmente transmissíveis. Concluiu-se que alguns problemas demarcaram necessidades e desafios para as ações conjuntas de governo, serviço e sociedade.


The study revealed the thinking of women attended by the family planning services provided by Family Health Teams located in the Eastern zone of the city of Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil. Interviews were conducted and the statements were organized according to the technique called Discourse of the Collective Subject. The results were analyzed according to the reports included in the central ideas: "this is hard to bear"; "it is to not get pregnant"; "the free pill is very important"; "I do not want to have a child now" and "I am afraid of getting pregnant". It was found that family planning is regarded by these women as an important strategy for planning the family and for preventing sexually transmitted diseases. It was concluded that several problems had identified necessities and challenges for combined actions by government, services, and society.
