ABSTRACT
The acute pancreatitis occurring during the pregnancy or the postpartum is rare but can be serious. It often causes diagnostic and therapeutic problems. It requires a multidisciplinary management and can sometimes threaten the vital prognosis. The authors report two observations of acute post-partum pancreatitis with biliary etiology, which is initially serious with a stage E scannogra-phic and more than 3 clinico-biological criteria of Ranson. The evolution under symptomatic treatment was favourable

Foetal pleural effusion in a rare situation. Diagnosis is normally easy to do by obstetrical sonography. The pleural effusions can be primary, caused by a pleural lymphatic vessels disorder, which have generally a good prognostic. In the other situations, they can be secondary to an other general immune or non-immune disorder. It can be compressive or associated to an hydrops fetalis, and needs in these cases an intra-uterine treatment based on decompression of hydrothorax. We report a case of bilateral pleural effusion diagnosed at nineteen weeks of pregnancy and spontaneously resolved at the 28[th] week. We treat the different clinical aspects of this anomaly and modalities of intra-uterine management

The Dandy-Walker syndrome represents a cystic malformation of the posterior fossa. It occurs in 1/25000 to 1/35000 pregnancy. Antenatal diagnosis is based on obstetrical sonography. When the cerebellum abnormalities are associated to other visceral malformations, medical abortion can be indicated. We report in this work two cases of Dandy-Walker syndrome diagnosed during pregnancy. The aim of this study is to analyze modalities of diagnosis, obstetric management and outcome of this syndrome
