ABSTRACT

Menopause leads to significant changes in serum levels of reproductive hormones and increased incidences of menopause-related diseases.Because of the impact of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and its receptor(FSHR)on women's physical and mental health and quality of life, research has been conducted and progress has been made concerning their involvement in the pathogenesis of osteoporosis, abnormal lipid metabolism, cardiovascular disease, cancer, cognitive impairment and other disorders, thus laying the foundation for an understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying the development of these postmenopausal diseases.

ABSTRACT

After a description of the application of education game in literature retrieval teaching and the practical activities of information literacy education game in our library, suggestions were put forward for the problems that need to be concerned in performing information literacy education game, namely pursuing the benefits and avoi-ding the hazards, making entertainment a medium of education, rational application of small game in classroom teaching, taking immediate action, and leaving it undone as it is small.

ABSTRACT

The necessity to implement micro-strategy for information literacy education was studied. Micro-strategy for information literacy education is consisted of micro-video, micro-courseware and micro-course. The means to realize micro-strategy for information literacy education was elaborated. The limitations of micro-strategy, its close combination with mobile learning, simple implementation way and teaching design were stressed in the implementa-tion of information literacy education.

ABSTRACT

Objective To research the significance of application of clinical nursing pathway in patients undertaking glossectomy and forearm flap reconstruction.Methods Sixty patients with tongue cancer who undertook glossectomy and forearm flap reconstruction were enrolled.The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group (30 cases in each group).The patients of the experimental group received nursing following clinical nursing pathway,and the patients in the control group received routine nursing service.The patients and doctors satisfaction evaluation were compared between the two groups with a self-designed nursing quality evaluation form.The qualities of care achieved in 2 groups were compared.Results It took less in-ward time and expenditure in the experimental group compared with the control group.The quality of care,the satisfactory degree of patients and doctors in the exipermental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusions The establishment and application of the clinical nursing pathway in patients undertaking glossectomy and forearm flap reconstrucition contributes to improve the satisfaction of patients and doctors and the quality of nursing service.

ABSTRACT

After a description of the new connotations of information literacy education in medical undergraduates in the era of omnimedica such as visual information literacy education, media information literacy education and mobile information literacy education, new strategies were proposed for the information literacy education in medical undergraduates in the era of omnimedia, including updating teaching model, adding education contents, and improving omnimedia presentation ability.
