ABSTRACT

Objective:To understand the health status, influencing factors and spatial distribution of the Chinese floating population and to evaluate the health equity of the floating population. Methods:All the data were collected from the 2017 Migrant Population Dynamic Monitoring Survey in China, binary Logistic regression was used to analyze the factors that might affect the health of the floating population, and the concentration index method was used to evaluate the health equity of the floating population.Spa-tial autocorrelation analyses the spatial aggregation of health status and health equity. Results:The un-healthy rate of the floating population in China was 2.71%.Age and gender show a statistically signifi-cant impact on self-rated health;that is,as age increases, the self-rated health of the migrant population gradually deteriorates, and women are more likely to think that they are unhealthy.Fairness analysis shows that the concentration index of the floating population is 0.021 7,the urban household registration floating population is 0.021 6,and the rural household registration floating population is 0.021 9.It is shown that the fairness of the health status of the floating population is biased towards the high-income class, and the rural household registration floating population's health unfairness is greater than that of the urban household registration migration population. Moreover,Moran's i=0.211 for self-rated health and Moran's i=0.291 for the unhealthy rate indicate that self-rated health has a spatial aggregation trend.Moran's i=0.136 showed the characteristics of spatial clustering, and the two-week prevalence fairness of the floating population was mainly in the northern and southeastern coastal areas. Conclusion:In general, the health status of the floating population in China is relatively good. The main influencing factors of health included gender and age.The central tendency of health inequity is reflected in the south-east coastal and northern regions, which are characterized by poverty.Attention to spatial aggregation is not only helpful to analyze the reasons of floating population, but also to study the health differences between different regions and health-related factors,to improve the overall health level of the whole population.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the correction between the fertilization rate of in vitro fertilization(IVF)and sperm parameters. Methods This retrospective study included 327 cases undergoing IVF procedures in the Center for Reproductive Medicine of Chenz-hou First People's Hospital, who were divided into a low fertilization group(fertilization rate<30%,n=19)and normal fertilization group(fertilization rate≥30%,n=308)based on the assessment standards of quality control data in the embryology laboratory of our center. The basic information of males, embryo information and related sperm parameters were collected, and the correction between sperm parameters and the fertilization rate was analyzed by Pearson correlation. The influencing factors of the fertilization rate were ana-lyzed by binary logistic regression, and the area under the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve(AUC)was performed to ana-lyze the predictive value of low fertilization rate. Results The sperm acrosin activity, percentage of spermatozoa with normal morpholo-gy and sperm DNA fragmentation index(DFI)were the relevant factors affecting the fertilization rate, and the correlation coefficients were 0.168,0.306,and-0.243,respectively(all the P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that all the three indicators were independent factors affecting the fertilization rate of IVF,and the multivariate logistic equation was as follows:estimated fertilization rate=-2.561+0.035 ×acrosin activity+2.066×percentage of sperm with normal morphology-1.51×sperm DFI.The areas under the ROC curve(AUC)of acrosin activity, percentage of sperm with normal morphology, sperm DFI and the combination of them were 0.806,0.889,0.827 and 0.899,respectively.The corresponding cut-off values for the Yuden index were 61.20 μIU/106 sperm,2.98%,27.50%and-21.32,respectively.The sensitivity of acrosin activity, percentage of sperm with normal morphology, sperm DFI and the combination of three indicators for the prediction of low fertilization rate were 95.70%,76.90%,68.40%,64.30%,and their specificity were 43.50%,94.70%,87.70%,100.00%,respectively.The combination of three indicators showed the best prediction ef-ficiency.Conclusion Acrosin activity, percentage of sperm with normal morphology and sperm DFI should be the independent factors to predict the fertilization rate of IVF,and the multivariate logistic equation can be used as a reference to predict the fertilization rate of IVF.

ABSTRACT

Surgical operation is the main treatment of oral and maxillofacial tumors.Dysphagia is a common postoperative complication.Swal-lowing disorder can not only lead to mis-aspiration,malnutrition,aspiration pneumonia and other serious consequences, but also may cause psychological problems and social communication barriers, affecting the quality of life of the patients. At present, there is no systematic evalua-tion and rehabilitation management plan for the problem of swallowing disorder after oral and maxillofacial tumor surgery in China.Combining the characteristics of postoperative swallowing disorder in patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors, summarizing the clinical experience of ex-perts in the field of tumor and rehabilitation, reviewing and summarizing relevant literature at home and abroad, and through joint discussion and modification,a group of national experts reached this consensus including the core contents of the screening of swallowing disorders, the phased assessment of prognosis and complications, and the implementation plan of comprehensive management such as nutrition management, respiratory management, swallowing function recovery, psychology and nursing during rehabilitation treatment,in order to improve the evalua-tion and rehabilitation of swallowing disorder after oral and maxillofacial tumor surgery in clinic.

ABSTRACT

Neck dissection and reconstruction are two important aspects of oral cancer treatment. There are various surgical methods for neck dissection and reconstruction, but all of them are performed by open surgery. This article reports a full endoscopic neck dis-section through the retroauricular hairline approach, the radical resection of the intraoral tumor and the repair of the defect by superfi-cial circumflex iliac artery perforator flap with in situ vascular anastomosis intraorally. The incision is located in the hairline, hidden and invisible, and there is no exposed surgical scar on the neck after surgery. This paper introduces the technique of scarless neck dissection combined with free skin flap repair for the treatment of oral cancer and discusses its advantages and disadvantages.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND:Scaffold materials serve as platforms that provide space and structure, playing a crucial role in the regeneration of cartilage tissue.Scholars from around the world are exploring different approaches to fabricate more ideal scaffold materials. OBJECTIVE:To review the design principles and preparation methods of cartilage scaffolds, and to further explore the advantages and limitations of various preparation methods. METHODS:Literature searches were conducted on the databases of CNKI,WanFang Data,PubMed,and FMRS from 1998 to 2023.The search terms were"cartilage repair, cartilage tissue engineering, cartilage scaffold materials, preparation"in Chinese and English.A total of 57 articles were ultimately reviewed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)The articular cartilage has a unique structure and limited self-repair capacity after injury.Even if self-repair occurs, the newly formed cartilage is typically fibrocartilage, which is far inferior to normal articular cartilage in terms of structure and mechanical properties. It is difficult to maintain normal function and often leads to degenerative changes.Currently, the design and fabrication of scaffold materials for cartilage repair need to consider the following aspects:biocompatibility and biodegradability, suitable pore structure and porosity, appropriate mechanical properties, and bioactivity.(2)Research on the preparation of cartilage scaffolds has made significant progress, continuously introducing new preparation methods and optimization strategies. These methods have their advantages and disadvantages, providing more possibilities for customized preparation and functional design of cartilage scaffolds according to specific requirements.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND:Bone formation is the process by which osteoblasts synthesize and secrete osteoid and promote its mineralization, which generally involves mechanical signal transduction.Osteoblasts are primarily regulated by mechanical factors such as gravity, compressive stress, tensile stress, fluid shear stress, and hydrostatic pressure in vivo, and different mechanical stimuli modulate the proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis of osteoblasts through various mechanisms, including hormones, cytoskeletal proteins, and microRNAs.By clarifying the effects of biomechanical forces on osteoblasts,it provides ideas and a reference basis for the treatment of osteometabolic diseases involving osteoblasts. OBJECTIVE:To review the effects of different biomechanical forces on the biological characteristics of osteoblasts. METHODS:We conducted a literature search using PubMed,Web of Science,FMRS,CNKI,and WanFang databases for relevant publications published from 2000 to 2023,covering basic research and tissue engineering studies related to the effects of biomechanical forces on osteoblasts.Ultimately,a total of 70 articles were reviewed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Different biomechanical forces have an impact on the biological characteristics of osteoblasts, including proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, and these effects are dependent on the intensity and duration of the applied force.Specifically, the effects are as follows:(1)Under microgravity conditions, osteoblast proliferation and differentiation are inhibited, resulting in a decrease in bone density and the development of osteoporosis.(2)Compared to microgravity, hypergravity has a promoting effect on osteoblast proliferation.(3)The effects of compressive stress on osteoblasts are dependent on the loading intensity and time.Appropriate compressive stress can promote osteoblast proliferation and differentiation, which is beneficial for bone tissue formation and repair, while excessive compressive stress can cause osteoblast apoptosis and bone tissue destruction.(4)The biological effects of different types of tensile stress on osteoblasts differ.Studies have shown that a strain rate within the range of 0-12%has a promoting effect on osteoblast proliferation.(5)Fluid shear stress can promote osteoblast proliferation and differentiation and enhance the bone-inducing effect of biomaterials.(6)Static hydrostatic pressure can affect the biological behavior of osteoblasts, including proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, and these effects are closely related to the time and intensity of the pressure.Understanding the effects of different biomechanical forces on osteoblasts is of great significance for a deeper understanding of bone growth and maintenance mechanisms.

According to gender, age, body mass index and follow-up time, 36 non-athlete FAI patients (non-athlete group) were matched at a ratio of 1∶2 by propensity score matching method. There were 18 males and 18 females, aged 20.81±4.68 years (range 14-31 years). The hip pain visual analogue scale (VAS), modified Harris hip score (mHHS), hip outcome score-activity of daily living scale (HOS-ADL) and hip outcome score-sports scale (HOS-SS) scores were compared between the two groups before and after surgery. The minimal clinically important difference (MCID) and patient acceptable symptomatic state (PASS) were also compared between the two groups. Results:All patients successfully completed the surgery and were followed up for 33.56±19.20 months (range, 24-77 months). The VAS score at the last follow-up decreased from 6.22±1.52 points before surgery to 1.28±1.67 points in the athletes group, and decreased from 6.28±1.37 points before surgery to 1.67±1.69 points in the non-athletes group. There was no significant difference between the two groups ( P>0.05). The mHHS score at the last follow-up increased from 65.53±12.90 points before surgery to 92.28±13.59 points in the athletes group, and increased from 61.01±11.96 points before surgery to 86.82±11.98 points in the non-athletes group. There was no significant difference between the two groups ( P>0.05). The HOS-ADL score at the last follow-up increased from 72.77±18.86 points before surgery to 94.00±11.36 points in the athletes group, and increased from 70.35±13.12 points before surgery to 90.78±9.36 points in non-athletes group. There was no significant difference between the two groups ( P>0.05). The HOS-SS score at the last follow-up increased from 49.77±22.93 points before surgery to 87.28±17.62 points in the athletes group, and increased from 44.08±19.66 before surgery to 72.57±20.16 in the non-athletes group. The HOS-SS scores in the athletes group at the last follow-up were higher than those in the non-athletes group ( P<0.05). Furthermore, 61% (11/18) in the athletes group achieved MCID in HOS-ADL after surgery, which was lower than the non-athletes group's 81% (31/36), with a statistically significant difference (χ 2=4.339, P=0.037). Conclusion:Hip arthroscopy in the treatment of FAI in athletes can achieve satisfactory pain relief and motor function.

ABSTRACT

To understand the progress of national schistosomiasis elimination program of China in 2023 and summarize the lessons and experiences, data on the endemic status of schistosomiasis and national schistosomiasis surveillance results in the People’s Republic of China were collected and analyzed at a national level. By the end of 2023, Shanghai Municipality, Zhejiang Province, Fujian Province, Guangdong Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region continued to consolidate the achievements of schistosomiasis elimination, and Sichuan and Jiangsu provinces maintained the criteria of transmission interruption, while Yunnan and Hubei provinces were identified to achieve the criteria of transmission interruption in 2020, and Anhui, Jiangxi and Hunan provinces achieved the criteria of transmission interruption in 2023. A total of 451 counties (cites, districts) were found to be endemic for schistosomiasis in China in 2023, including 26 250 endemic villages covering 73 034 500 residents at risk of infections. Among the 451 endemic counties (cities, districts), 78.49% (354/451) achieved the criteria of schistosomiasis elimination and 21.51% (97/451) achieved the criteria of transmission interruption, respectively. In 2023, a total of 4 216 643 individuals received immunological tests, with 47 794 sero-positives identified, and a total of 184 216 individuals received parasitological examinations, with 4 egg-positives detected. A total of 27 768 cases with advanced schistosomiasis were documented in China by the end of 2023. In 2023, 539 548 bovines were raised in schistosomiasis-endemic areas of China, and 125 440 bovines received immunological tests, with 124 sero-positives detected, while no egg-positives were identified among the 133 508 bovines receiving parasitological examinations. In 2023, snail survey was performed at an area of 641 339.53 hm2 and 184 819.77 hm2 snail habitats were identified, including 51.53 hm2 emerging snail habitats and 642.25 hm2 reemerging snail habitats. In 2023, there were 20 198 schistosomiasis patients receiving praziquantel chemotherapy, and 598 183 person-time individuals and 283 954 herdtime bovines were given expanded chemotherapy. In 2023, snail control with chemical treatment was performed in 116 347.95 hm2 snail habitats, and the actual area of chemical treatment was 65 690.89 hm2, while environmental improvements were performed in snail habitats covering an area of 1 334.62 hm2. The national schistosomiasis surveillance results showed that the mean prevalence of Schistosoma japonicum infections were both zero among humans and bovines in 2023, and no S. japonicum infection was detected in snails. These data demonstrated that transmission interruption of schistosomiasis had been achieved across all endemic provinces in China in 2023, and the endemic status of schistosomiasis tended to be stable, while advanced cases were predominant among all schistosomiasis cases. However, the areas of snail habitats remained high and cattle re-raising was very common in some regions. Intensified schistosomiasis surveillance and forecast and snail control in high-risk areas are needed.

ABSTRACT

ObjectiveTo reveal the correlation of Rehmannia glutinosa-soil feedback process with the formation of its continuous cropping obstacles through the identification of the root exudates of R. glutinosa and analysis of the specific rhizomicrobes recruited by the root exudate. MethodThe root exudates of R. glutinosa seedlings germinated under sterilized condition and those enriched in the rhizosphere of R. glutinosa cultivated in the field were collected and analyzed using the ultra-performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS). The highly abundant compounds identified in the root exudates were added into blank soil, and the soil microbial community was profiled using Illumina Miseq sequencing. The bacterial and fungal functions were predicted by PICRUSt and FUNGuild, respectively. ResultThe identification results showed that seven phenylethanoid glycosides were found in R. glutinosa root exudates, and acteoside possessed the highest abundance. In the soil enriched with acteoside, the bacterial genera such as Agromyces, Pseudomonas, Lysobacter, Sphingobium, Pseudoxanthomonas and Sphingomonas were enriched. For the fungi, the genera Neocosmospora, Plectosphaerella and Dactylonectria, and the species such as Neocosmospora rubicola, Plectosphaerella cucumerina, Dactylonectria alcacerensis and Fusarium solani showed higher abundance. The functional analysis indicated the above-mentioned bacterial genera may realize rapid proliferation by utilizing, biodegrading and transforming phenylethanoid glycosides, and some potential fungal pathogens were colonized. ConclusionThe R. glutinsoa-soil feedbacks were likely generated by the phenylethanoid glycosides in the root exudates together with the specific rhizomicrobes. The investigations of R. glutinsoa-soil feedbacks under continuous cropping system are critical to the further understanding of the underlying mechanisms related to its continuous cropping obstacles.

ABSTRACT

Two methods including gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) and high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) were established to detect common alkyl sulfonates and aryl sulfonates genotoxic impurities. Four alkyl sulfonates and methyl benzenesulfonate were determined by GC-MS/MS using butyl methanesulfonate as the internal standard, the chromatographic column was HP-5MS UI (30 mm × 0.25 mm, 0.25 µm), the carrier gas was helium, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 in a constant flow mode, the sample inlet temperature was set to 250 ℃, the split ratio was 10∶1, and the initial temperature of the heating program was 80 ℃, maintained for 1 minute, and then increased to 240 ℃ at a heating rate of 30 ℃·min-1 for 2 minutes. The mass spectrometry detector was an electron bombardment ion source (EI source), the data collection condition was multi reaction monitoring mode (MRM), and method validation using the raw material of clinical drug citalopram hydrobromide as a sample. The results showed that the linear range of four alkyl sulfonates and methyl benzenesulfonate were good at 3-50 ng·mL-1 and 9-150 ng·mL-1, with a correlation coefficient of r > 0.999, The spiked recovery was 80%-120%. The detection limits were 1 and 3 ng·mL-1; Ten aryl sulfonates determined by LC-MS/MS, the chromatographic column was CSH Fluoro phenyl (100 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.7 µm), the mobile phase was methanol (B)-5 mmol·L-1 ammonium formate (D), with a flow rate of 0.2 mL·min-1, and gradient elution was performed. The gradient program (T/% B) was set as 0/20, 25/90, 35/90, 42/20. The mass spectrometer detector was electro spray ionization with positive ionization mode (ESI+), the data collection was in dynamic multi reaction monitoring mode (dMRM), and the method was validated using the raw material of the clinical drug citalopram hydrobromide as a sample. The results showed that the linear range of aryl sulfonates were good at 9-2 000 ng·mL-1, 3-100 ng·mL-1 and 0.9-30 ng·mL-1, respectively. The correlation coefficient r > 0.999, the spiked recovery was 80%-120%. The detection limits were 30, 1 and 0.3 ng·mL-1. Two detection methods did not detect potential sulfonate genotoxicity impurities in the above APIs. The established analytical methods are reliable and effective, which can provide reference for drug quality control and detection.

ABSTRACT

Modulating Tankyrases (TNKS), interactions with USP25 to promote TNKS degradation, rather than inhibiting their enzymatic activities, is emerging as an alternative/specific approach to inhibit the Wnt/β-catenin pathway. Here, we identified UAT-B, a novel neoantimycin analog isolated from Streptomyces conglobatus, as a small-molecule inhibitor of TNKS-USP25 protein-protein interaction (PPI) to overcome multi-drug resistance in colorectal cancer (CRC). The disruption of TNKS-USP25 complex formation by UAT-B led to a significant decrease in TNKS levels, triggering cell apoptosis through modulation of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway. Importantly, UAT-B successfully inhibited the CRC cells growth that harbored high TNKS levels, as demonstrated in various in vitro and in vivo studies utilizing cell line-based and patient-derived xenografts, as well as APCmin/+ spontaneous CRC models. Collectively, these findings suggest that targeting the TNKS-USP25 PPI using a small-molecule inhibitor represents a compelling therapeutic strategy for CRC treatment, and UAT-B emerges as a promising candidate for further preclinical and clinical investigations.

ABSTRACT

Background/Aims@#Roxadustat, an oral medication for treating renal anemia, is a hypoxia-inducible factor prolyl hydroxylase inhibitor used for regulating iron metabolism and promoting erythropoiesis. To investigate the efficacy and safety of roxadustat in patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis (PD) with erythropoietin hyporesponsiveness. @*Methods@#Single-center, retrospective study, 81 PD patients (with erythropoietin hyporesponsiveness) were divided into the roxadustat group (n = 61) and erythropoiesis-stimulating agents (ESAs) group (n = 20). Hemoglobin (Hb), total cholesterol, intact parathyroid hormone (iPTH), brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), related indicators of cardiac function and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) were collected. Additionally, adverse events were also recorded. The follow-up period was 16 weeks. @*Results@#The two groups exhibited similar baseline demographic and clinical characteristics. At baseline, the roxadustat group had a mean Hb level of 89.8 ± 18.9 g/L, while the ESAs group had a mean Hb level of 95.2 ± 16.0 g/L. By week 16, the Hb levels had increased to 118 ± 19.8 g/L (p 0.05) in the ESAs group. The efficacy of roxadustat in improving anemia was not influenced by baseline levels of hs-CRP and iPTH. Cholesterol was decreased in the roxadustat group without statin use. An increase in left ventricular ejection fraction and stabilization of BNP were observed in the roxadustat group. @*Conclusions@#For PD patients with erythropoietin hyporesponsiveness, roxadustat can significantly improve renal anemia. The efficacy of roxadustat in improving renal anemia was not affected by baseline levels of hs-CRP0 and iPTH.

Objective To analyze the correlations of the expressions of miR-4500 and nerve growth factor(NGF)in breast cancer patients with preoperative magnetic resonance(MR)signs. Methods A total of 105 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital were selected, the mRNA expression levels of miR-4500 and NGF in breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues of patients were detected by qRT-PCR,and the positive expression rates of NGF in breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were determined by immunohistochemistry method. The correlations of the expressions of miR-4500 and NGF in breast cancer tissues with clinicopathological features and MR signs of patients were analyzed. The targeting relationship between miR-4500 and NGF was predicted by the bioinformatics website, and the correla-tion between the expressions of the two was analyzed. Results Compared with the adjacent tissues, the expression level of miR-4500 in breast cancer tissue decreased(P<0.05),while the level of NGF mRNA and the positive expression rate of NGF increased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in age, pathological type, tumor classification, parenchymal background, apparent diffusion coefficient or enhancement curve among different expressions of miR-4500 and NGF(P>0.05).The histological grade, lymph node metastasis, tumor diameter, tumor morphology,ring-like enhancement, and peritu-moral brain edema were related to the expressions of miR-4500 and NGF(P<0.05).The bioinformatics website prediction showed that miR-4500 and NGF had binding sites, and the expressions of miR-4500 and NGF mRNA in breast cancer tissues were negatively correlated(r=-0.576,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of miR-4500 in breast cancer tissue is low,and the expression of NGF is high, which are correlated with the preoperative MR signs in patients, providing a molecu-lar basis for MR signs.

ABSTRACT

The epicanthus is mainly manifested by a wide intercanthal distance and a short palpebral fissure, which affects the aesthetics of eyes. The epicanthus correction is of great significance in improving eye shape and facial aesthetics. However, scar formation and hyperplasia after surgery in the surgical area have been bothering doctors and patients, and how to prevent or alleviate scar after epicanthus correction is still a difficult problem to be solved in clinic. Therefore, this article summarizes the prevention and treatment of scar after epicanthus correction based on the current research status at home and abroad,in order to provide a reference for clinic.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics and related socio-demographic factors of schizo-phrenia patients with different ages of onset. Methods:Totally 2 016 patients with schizophrenia aged 15 to 70 were selected according to the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,Fifth Edition. All of the patients were interviewed by psychiatrists using the Mini International Neuropsy-chiatric Interview to diagnose schizophrenia,Clinical-Rated Dimensions of Psychosis Symptom Severity(CRDPSS)and the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)to assess symptoms. The cut-off points were 18 and 25 years old for three age groups,i.e.early onset(EOS),youth onset(YOS)and adult onset(AOS).Statistical analy-ses were performed by analysis of variance Pearson correlation analysis, and multivariate linear regression. Results:The early-onset patients had the highest total PANSS score(73.8±28.0)and CRDPSS score(11.7±5.4).Fe-male gender, high education level,Han ethnicity, early onset age,and slower onset of illness were negatively corre-lated with the total and dimension score of PANSS scale and CRDPSS scale(standardized regression coefficient:0.04-0.47),and income level and smoking were negatively correlated with those score(standardized regression coefficient:-0.04--0.14).Conclusion:Early-onset schizophrenia patients have more severe symptoms, and fe-male,high education level,early-onset disease, and chronic onset are the risk factors of symptom severity in patients with schizophrenia.

ABSTRACT

Gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST),with a certain malignant potential, are currently the most common subepithelial tumors of the gastrointestinal tract.Early diagnosis and prediction of malignant potential are very important for the formulation of a treatment plan and determining the prognosis of GIST.Deep learning technology has made significant progress in the diagnosis of digestive tract diseases, and it can also effectively assist physicians in diagnosing GIST and predicting their malignant potential, preoperatively. The application of deep learning technology in the diagnosis of GIST includes CT,gastrointestinal endoscopy and endoscopic ultrasound. This paper aims to review the application of deep learning technology in the diagnosis and prediction of malignant potential of GIST.
