ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT Despite good hepatitis B virus (HBV) inhibition by nucleoside analogs (NAs), cases of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) still occur. This study proposed a non-invasive predictive model to assess HCC risk in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) receiving NAs treatment. Data were obtained from a hospital-based retrospective cohort registered on the Platform of Medical Data Science Academy of Chongqing Medical University, from 2013 to 2019. A total of 501 patients under NAs treatment had their FIB-4 index updated semiannually by recalculation based on laboratory values. Patients were divided into three groups based on FIB-4 index values: < 1.45, 1.45-3.25, and ≥ 3.25. Subsequently, HCC incidence was reassessed every six months using Kaplan-Meier curves based on the updated FIB-4 index. The median follow-up time of CHB patients after receiving NAs treatment was 2.5 years. HCC incidences with FIB-4 index < 1.45, 1.45-3.25, and ≥ 3.25 were 1.18%, 1.32%, and 9.09%, respectively. Dynamic assessment showed that the percentage of patients with FIB-4 index < 1.45 significantly increased semiannually (P < 0.001), and of patients with FIB-4 index ≥ 3.25 significantly decreased (P < 0.001). HCC incidence was the highest among patients with FIB-4 index ≥ 3.25. The FIB-4 index effectively predicted HCC incidence, and its dynamic assessment could be used for regular surveillance to implement early intervention and reduce HCC risk.
ABSTRACT
This work stems from the doctoral thesis project "Possibilities and limits on learning: the WISC-IV in the dynamic assessment perspective". It adopts the framework of Dynamic Assessment of intellectual ability to recognize the potential of subjects with learning difficulties and the most appropriate interventions to maximize that potential. This article sets out to review the theoretical bases and the main models of Dynamic Assessment. Studies in this field are categorized in terms of methodological aspects. Finally, the advantages of this approach and the criticism it has received are reviewed, acknowledging the fact that it has gained growing prestige over the last few decades, and a large number of studies have proved its validity and usefulness, in particular to approach learning difficulties.

Objective:According to the existing hospital static mixing method, the problem of dynamic allocation model for half a year period is put forward, in order to solve emergency equipment safe are deployed in a timely manner. Methods: The hospital can allocate all emergency equipment evaluation, grade and tabulation, according to the score for sorting, system of sorting table provides emergency center allocate use half a year. Results: According to the deployment of table realized in emergency equipment safety in time in case of major events are deployed and able to skillfully use effect. Conclusion: The use of emergency equipment dynamic allocation model can not only improve the social benefit of the hospital, and reduce the pressure of the functions of the hospital departments.
ABSTRACT
Fifteen journals related with liver diseases were selected from Chinese science and technology journal citation reports ( core ) ( CJCR ) during 2004 - 2009.Eleven important quantitative indicators including total cited frequency and impact factor were analyzed. At the same time, the dynamic evaluation model was also used to evaluate the academic influence of the 15 kinds of liver diseases journals. There were 5 kinds of trends:always arising, spiral arising, stabilizing after adjusting, vibrating highly and adjusting. The academic influence of liver diseases journals was rather high, but there were some problems including low academic influence, low ratio of funded papers and international papers and poor paper quality.
ABSTRACT
Objective To explore a set of suitable content and methods of evaluation for nursing students' humanistic quality. Methods Using dynamic evaluation theory, from three aspects of the evaluational main body, evaluation content and evaluation way, we assessed 261 nursing students' humanistic quality of the five-year undergraduate. Results Based on students' four consecutive years of assessment, results showed that the students' spirit had obviously changed, the students' comprehensive achievements had obviously promoted, the students' employment was obviously higher than other professionals and the students' degree of satisfaction from employing unit had increased yearly. Conclusions Dynamic evaluation can evaluate the best development of students, to strengthen nursing students' humanities education, to improve level of nursing students' humanities education, it is feasible in humanities education of higher nursing profession.
