With the aging of the population, the number of patients suffering from diabetes and gastric cancer in the world is increasing year by year, and the number of diabetes patients suffering from tumors is also increasing. Studies have shown that metformin can not only lower the blood sugar of diabetic patients, but also affect the risk of gastric cancer and the prognosis of gastric cancer in diabetic patients. In this article, we reviewed the related research on the effect of metformin on gastric cancer in patients with type 2 diabetes through related literature search.

@#Objective To investigate the effects of DJ-1 A39S mutation in Parkinson’s disease(PD)and SUMO modification of DJ-1 on DJ-1 mitochondrial localization. Methods Five COS-7 cell lines that can stably express wild type,A39S mutant,K130R mutant,A39S K130R double mutant DJ-1 protein and SUMO-1 protein were constructed. The transfection results were detected by Western blot, double enzyme digestion and PCR sequencing. The expression and subcellular localization of DJ-1 protein were observed by Western blotting, confocal microscope and immunofluorescence. Results Immunofluorescence showed that DJ-1 protein was mainly distributed in the cytoplasm and also in the nucleus. Some wild-type and K130R DJ-1 proteins were distributed in mitochondria, most of A39S and A39S-K130R mutant DJ-1 proteins were transferred to mitochondria, and SUMO-1 was mainly distributed in the nucleus and around the nucleus.Immunofluorescence co localization showed that four DJ-1 proteins were colocalize with SUMO-1 protein. Conclusion The pathogenic mutation A39S of DJ-1 transferred DJ-1 protein from cytoplasm to mitochondria;DJ-1 and SUMO-1 have colocalization, and they may interact.mitochondrial localization. Methods Five COS-7 cell lines that can stably express wild type,A39S mutant,K130R mutant,A39S K130R double mutant DJ-1 protein and SUMO-1 protein were constructed. 【Objective】 To explore the effect of Lactobacillus rhamnosus on postpartum depression (PPD) and its potential mechanism. 【Methods】 The mouse model of PPD was established by using dexamethasone sodium phosphate during pregnancy. At the end of adaptive feeding, 50 pregnant female mice were randomly divided into low-dose group (group Ⅰ), high-dose group (Group Ⅱ), positive control group (Group Ⅲ), model control group (Group IV), and blank control group (Group Ⅴ). The mice in Group Ⅰ and Group II were given Lactobacillus rhamnosus 1×107 and1×108CFU(kg·d). The mice in Group Ⅲ were given 1.8 mg /(kg·d) paroxetine, and the mice in Groups IV and V were given the same amount of normal saline for 4 weeks. The 24-hour food consumption test, open field test and sugar water consumption test were used to detect the behavior of mice in each group. The concentrations of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), norepinephrine (NE), and dopamine (DA) were determined by RP-HPLC. The changes in Enterococcus faecalis, Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and Escherichia coli in the cecum of mice were detected by Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR). 【Results】 Before modeling, there were no significant differences in food intake, weight change rate, open field moving distance and speed, and percentage of sugar consumption among the groups (P>0.05). After modeling, there was no significant difference in food intake or weight change rate among the five groups, but the open field moving distance, moving speed and percentage of sugar preference were significantly reduced (P<0.05). After intervention with Lactobacillus rhamnosus, compared with Group Ⅳ, the depression-like behavior in Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅱ mice was improved; the weight change rate, open field moving distance and speed, percentage of sugar preference, and monoamine neurotransmitter concentration in Group I and Group Ⅱ were significantly increased compared with those in Group Ⅳ (P<0.05), while Enterococcus faecalis, Escherichia coli and lactobacillus were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and Bifidobacterium had an upward trend, but without significant difference. There was no significant change in food intake. 【Conclusion】 Lactobacillus rhamnosus can improve the depression-like behavior, affect monoamine neurotransmitters in mice, and regulate intestinal flora, which provides a new direction for studies on postpartum depression.

Objective To discuss the effect of applying internet-based formative evaluation in paediatric nursing teaching. Methods Three nursing classes from grade 2015 were selected as research subjects, and determined randomly as test group, control group 1 and control group 2. Internet-based formative evaluation was used in the test group, while control group 1 used traditional test papers, and control group 2 skipped formative evaluation. Results Analysis of the results and the total scores of the final examination showed no significant difference between the test group and the control group 1 (P>0.05), but the scores of both groups were significantly higher than that of the control group 2 (P<0.05). The scores of the students' evaluation to teachers in test group was better than that in control group 1 and control group 2, and the differences between the three groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). The average time of exams in the test group was shorter than that of control group 1, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The cost of the test group was 0 yuan, while the cost of the control group1 was 638 yuan. Conclusion Although there is no significant difference in the teaching effect between the internet-based formative evaluation and traditional test papers , internet-based tests can significantly improve the students' interest in learning, increase the efficiency of teaching and learning, and improve the teaching quality . The internet-based formative evaluation can be widely used in nursing teaching.

Objective: 1.To analyze the nutritional composition and evaluation of the nutritional value of Mortierella isabelina powder. 2.To investigate the effects of Mortierella isabelina powder on prevention and regulation of hyperlipidemia in rats. Methods: 1. Mycelium powder was analyzed for proteins, lipids polysaccharides, fibre, ash, vitamin E, amino acids, fatty acids and minerals. 2. Mycelium powder was used to feed rats in different dosages together with high lipid diet for 10 days. 3. Mycelium powder was used to feed hyperlipidemic rats in different dosages for 30 days. Results: (1) There were about 20% of proteins and more than 50% of lipids in the mycelium. Further examination found that the mycelium contained rich essential amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids. The mycelium also contained vitamin E and useful minerals such as K, Ca, P, Fe, Zn and Mn. (2) 0.6 or 1.2 g/(kg?d) dosage of mycelium powder could prevent the rise of serum lipids. (3) When the mycelium powder was used to feed hyperlipidemic rats, the serum cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL C and VLDL C of the rats could be reduced, meanwhile HDL C could be increased. Conclusion: The results indicated that Mortierella isabelina powder has potential nutritional value and can be used to regulate the blood lipids in hyperlipidemic rats.
