RESUMO
Objetivo:
Identificar e discutir achados da literatura referentes a ensaios clínicos que abordem a cinesioterapia para amputados transtibiais.Métodos:
Fez-se uma revisão integrativa de literatura. As buscas se deram entre 18 e 30 de agosto de 2019 nas bases de dados PEDro, Pubmed e Scielo. Encontraram-se 145 artigos, após aplicar os critérios de inclusão restaram 8 para análise na escala metodológica PEDro.Resultados:
Os ensaios clínicos prescreveram protocolos de exercícios terapêuticos baseados em fortalecimento muscular, treinamento de marcha e exercícios funcionais proprioceptivos.Conclusão:
Exercícios de marcha com velocidades diferentes, fortalecimento muscular (do membro afetado e do intacto) e exercícios domiciliares são eficazes na recuperação funcional dos amputados. (AU)ABSTRACT

To identify and discuss findings from the literature regarding clinical trials addressing kinesiotherapy for transtibial amputees.Methods:
An integrative literature review was performed. The searches took place on August 18-30, 2019 in the PEDro, Pubmed and Scielo databases. There were 145 articles, after applying the inclusion criteria, 8 were left for analysis on the PEDro methodological scale.Results:
Clinical trials have prescribed therapeutic exercise protocols based on muscle strengthening, gait training, and proprioceptive functional exercise.Conclusion:
Gait exercises at different speeds, muscle strengthening (affected limb and intact) and home exercises are effective in the functional recovery of amputees. (AU)
