"O homem é o lobo do homem": o lugar do bandido na sociedade de risco / "The man is the man's wolf": the bandit as figure of naked life on the society of risk

RESUMO

Freud no texto "o mal estar na civilização" discute a afirmativa de Hobbes "O homem é o lobo do homem". Para o autor essa afirmativa põe em cena põe em cena a agressividade com a qual lidamos com o outro. Beck em "sociedade de risco" propõe que viveriamos hoje numa sociedade onde a produção de riscos supera o acúmulo de poder tecnológico-econômico. Interrogamos, neste cenário, o surgimento de uma figura perigosa, considerada o lobo da sociedade, um risco vivente o bandido. Para tanto, nos valemos da noção de vida nua com Agamben, para pensar no estatuto próprio dessa figura, o de uma vida matável, sem valor. Se cada sociedade elege seus homo sacer, o bandido se apresenta como homo sacer para a sociedade de risco. Num esforço de calcular e medir o impossível, a sociedade de risco termina por produzir um efeito indesejado põe em evidência o caráter de vida nua inerente a cada um dos viventes. O bandido é eleito como figura perigosa, portadora da agressividade do lobo, e seu lugar seria aquele de um vivente já habitado pela morte

ABSTRACT

Freud on the work "malaise on the civilization" discuss Hobbes' affirmative "The man is the man's wolf". For the author this affirmative puts on the scene the aggressiveness that we use do deal with the other. Beck in "society of risk" proposes that we live today on a society where the production of risks overcomes the accumulation of technological and economical power. We interrogate, on this scenario, the emergence of a dangerous figure, considered the wolf of the society, a living risk the bandit. Therefore, we make use of Agamben's notion of naked life, to think about the statute of this figure, a killable life, without value. If each society elects it's homo sacer, the bandit presents himself as a homo sacer for the society of risk. In an effort to calculate and measure the impossible, the society of risk ends up producing an undesirable effect puts in evidence the character of naked life inherent to each living being. The bandit is elected as a dangerous figure, bearer of the agressiveness of the wolf, and his place would be that of a living being inhabited by death
