O professor e o aluno em liberdade assistida: um estudo exploratório / Teacher and the student in assisted freedom: ans exploratory study

RESUMO

Liberdade Assistida é uma medida sócio-educativa que visa reintegrar na sociedade o adolescente que cometeu ato infracional e, como critério para essa condição, é necessário que esse adolescente esteja freqüentando regularmente uma instituição escolar. Diante disso, esse trabalho investigou as possíveis dificuldades identificadas por professores na relação com esse aluno em situação especial. Participaram dessa pesquisa oito informantes, todos professores de alunos em Liberdade Assistida (LA), de ambos os gêneros e com consciência prévia da condição legal do aluno, aos quais foi solicitado que respondessem individualmente a um questionário com 12 perguntas. As informações obtidas foram analisadas quantitativa e qualitativamente. Os resultados indicam que os professores encontram dificuldades na relação com o adolescente em LA, explicitando, nesse sentido, a necessidade de cursos de orientação para esses professores, além de um investimento maior de pesquisas relacionadas a essa problemática.

ABSTRACT

Assisted freedom is a social-educational measure that has the purpose of reintegrating the violator teenager in the society and, as a criterion for this condition, this teenager must be attending in a regular school. Therefore, this work investigated the possible difficulties which were identified by the teachers in the relationship with these students in Assisted Freedom condition. The eight teachers of both genders who participated in this research, working with students in Assisted Freedom, who were previously aware of the student’s legal condition, were asked to answer a questionnaire with 12 questions individually. The information obtained was analized quantitative and qualitatively. The results indicate that the teachers have difficulties in the relationship with the violator teenager, which emphasize the necessity of guidance to these teachers, in adition more investment in researches related to this problem.
