RESUMEN
Presentamos un caso PET-CT solicitado desde el punto de vista oncológico en el cual se detecta patología neurológica y cardiovascular no conocida. Es un ejemplo de la importancia de la imagen metabólica FDG como herramienta diagnóstica global. Los hallazgos descritos fueron confirmados mediante histopatología (pulmón) y evolución clínica.
