RESUMO
Os autores discutem as modificações hemodinâmicas anterógradas e retrógradas que ocorrem na circulação cerebral após uma trombose venosa no sistema nervoso. Alterações na pressão hidrostática são variáveis e podem ter influência na indicação da terapêutica medicamentosa e cirúrgica.
ABSTRACT
The authors discuss the proximal and distal hemodynamic alterations that occur in the brain circulation after a venous thrombosis. Hydrostatic pressure alterations are variable and may be related to the indication of the clinical and surgical treatment.
